This would be a 4.5, so I tend to round down. I came for a quick breakfast here, and was not disappointed. I ate a simple Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on biscuit, for breakfast. The bacon wasn’t as you would expect, but closer to a cooked pancetta. The biscuit was flaky and amazing, and the whole sandwich was a homerun. Had I gotten a bit more food, I might have been able to give it the revered 5 star rating. Otherwise, location was great, and service was awesome, with really friendly people taking my money. Take the trip, it really was worth it.

Pretty fantastic sandwich even for a tourist ‘trap’ although i wouldn’t mind being trapped in there all day eating the sandwiches. The only downside is this place gets packed and fast… thinking of eating there on the weekend? Don’t even try! But if you do, its definitely worth a wait.

I’m originally from the South and love biscuits and gravy, so I was excited to try this restaurant on my trip to Seattle. I wanted to try one of their more elaborate creations, but I ended up just getting the Straight Up Bitch with a side of pork sausage patties. It was some of the best sausage gravy I’ve ever had! Salty and peppery. Highly recommend! This location has more seating than the location near Pike Place.

The food here was good and big. I forgot what mine was but it was one of the top favorite there. It was warm and enticing. However since it was big, I feel it was more appropriate for brunch.

We initially went to the original but noticed a huge line with the limited seating. One of the staff directed us to their other shop which is less than a 10 min walk away. There were about 10 people ahead of me, and we waited around 15 mins before we could put in our order. There are more seats here but you might have to wait to get one after you get your order. Everything is self service, you pick up your order when your name is called. Ordered the hot mess, which has spicy links on top, jalapeño, eggs(recommended was over medium), on top of a sausage, gravy and biscuit mix. This dish weighs about 2 pounds, it’s seriously dense. The first few bites are very good, but it gets repetitive and does not taste good as the food cools down, so make sure to eat it quick! I did not like the drip coffee, it was too thick for my tastes.

Biscuits were good! I got the Hot Mess Bitch… yummy, creamy, cheesy, and spicy! It was good but I should’ve got something a little simpler to taste the true flavor of biscuit and their gravy. The one with bacon and cheese was very good! Iced coffee was great.

My favorite BB location. This one is newer looking so it feels cleaner than the Pike Place location. Be sure to check-in to get your free Biscuit Bitch sticker! The wait is shorter here too. After my initial run in with the Spicy Seattle Bitch, I though I would tone it down a notch and try the Cheesy Pork n’ Bitch. It comes with: Biscuit and Gravy smothered with Cheddar and Crispy Crumbled Bacon. No joke, they really pile on the crumbled bacon! Sooo Goood!!!

HUGE portions! Definitely difficult to finish a meal in one sitting, would be smart to either share one or save half for later. The smokin hot bitch was so so so good, and very spicy with the Frank’s hot links and pickled jalapeño peppers. I love spicy but this was probably too much heat and density for my first meal of the day. Would order it again but split one next time!

I chose this place simply for it’s fun name and proximity to my hotel. I discovered, more than a fun story, that the food is staggeringly good. So much so that I broke my «no repeat restaurant visits» vacation rule to come here twice on my short visit to Seattle. The first time, I had the messy and tasty Easy Bitch(added bacon of course), followed by the maple peanut butter-laden Canadian Bitch, to appeal to my Canadian and peanut butter-loving side. Both were just great. I may have dreamed about them even. On top of that, the eclectic décor is fun, they have a little merchandise corner, and the staff just had a great energy to them that brings the place to life. If you’re craving a savory and delicious breakfast in a chill atmosphere, you need to try Biscuit Bitch. Tell ‘em I sent you. And when they raise their eyebrows, confused, and say, «who?» just abandon the plan and place your order. I’ll feel important for two seconds, and you’ll still get a great breakfast. Everyone wins!

When I visited Seattle, I stayed at the Belltown Inn, so coming to Biscuit Bitch for breakfast in the mornings was super convenient! First off, orders are filled really quickly, so you won’t have to wait too long and the portions are incredibly filling. However, I really was hoping that the flavors would be a lot better. Their grits and biscuits are relatively bland, so I recommend getting anything with bacon or sausage to balance it out. I will say though that their orange-infused mocha is pretty bitchin’. I would definitely recommend going here for a quick yet filling breakfast!

Lovely food, killer vibe, cozy location, bitchin service. Can’t wait to go back on our next visit! We enjoyed the hot mess bitch, gluten-free and not, and raspberry lemonade sparklers. It was all delicious and the Belltown location didn’t have a line running out into the street and way more seating! Go to this location, it’s worth it.

[Out-of-Towner Review] Biscuits & Bitch(iness)… …is really what it should be called. The staff were quietly, hipster rude in their own way. From us waiting to place our order, until we paid — nothing friendly about these people. It’s a good thing their food is delicious, otherwise I’d say go somewhere else. As our very first stop on our Seattle vacation, we decided to go fully gluten, fattening, and caloric with our meal. It’s vacation, why not?! We went here solely on the name. It’s quite catchy. I didn’t realize it was not going to be a sit down joint. No worries, we walked through their entire shop with five steps. We started straight up at the chalkboard menu, tongues wagging. We worked collaboratively on our orders, so we could share both of them together. Him — Bitchwich with spam, Her — Cheesy Pork N’ Bitch. It was really brisk outside, so I also ordered a soy mocha to wash it all down with. The employee didn’t really care for the fact that I checked in on Unilocal and asked for my free sticker and the 10% discount that was offered. To be honest, I’m not even sure I got the discount, but I did get the sticker. He also didn’t appreciate us asking for water, when it was apparently in a jug by the utensils. Again, Bro — it was our first visit, be a little nicer, thanks! I don’t need someone to cater to me, but human decency and niceness is always a plus when you patronage a shop. We decided to stay inside and eat and stood at the shelving style table that ran across the wall of BB. This is what every gluten and salty dream is made of. We probably should have shared one, but being that we were newbies we wanted to try everything. I’m glad I went with the order where the gravy smothered the biscuit, oddly the cheese wasn’t melted. The copious amounts of crispy, fried bacon were amazing. Since there was so much food inducing coma toppings, you lose a little sight of the actual biscuit. Its there and huge, but you don’t really get the traditional flavor of it. The Bitchwich definitely lets the biscuit be the hero of the item. J loved the fried spam and was excited it was an option on their menu. I don’t care for it, so my bites were sans Spam. The cheese was definitely melted on here and dripping off the egg and biscuit! If indulgence and salty are your thing, this is by far one of the best places to come. I loved the two items I tried, I just couldn’t eat here all the time. The coffee was on point and helped balance out my salt overload. Biscuits and bacon are a perfect marriage in salty heaven!

I’ve been dying to come here and finally bit the bullet and went with a co-worker after an overnight shift. It was well worth it… yum!!! I ordered the egg and cheese Bitchwich on a very tasty GF biscuit and a perfectly lovely cappuccino… it’s was a great way to relax after a busy night in the ER. My friend ordered the Easy Bitch with scrambled eggs and added cheddar cheese and wow, it looked amazing!(I’m going to try that next time with their GF shitaki mushroom gravy.) I also ordered their Buttered Up Bitch to go for breakfast this morning and found it just as yummy the next day heated up with coffee. The only thing I’d change is I’d get the Bitchwich without their house Bitchy Sauce as it tasted kinda fishy which I tolerated but didn’t love. They only make 15GF biscuits a day so if you have to eat GF like I do, get there early! They are worth it and I didn’t get sick, bonus! ;) It’s a super small place, but they have outdoor seating as well, so keep that in mind if you go during busy times.

So good! I mistakenly ordered two savory biscuits –they’re huge! I was eating them for two days. I tried the one with bacon and cheese and felt it was a little greasy. I liked the one with sausage and eggs on top better. Hearty food, cool staff, great vibe with the 90’s pop music playing.

These biscuits are BITCHIN!!! Perfect biscuit, gravy, grits, egg, sausage combo. One of the best meals I’ve had in a LONG time. I’m from the south and these far surpassed my expectations. This is a brunch experience you will never forget. They destroy the biscuit game. So buttery and perfectly peppered and cheesy but not too much. I will make a point to come here every time I am in Seattle in the future.

The name itself is reason enough to check this place out if you’re ever wondering where to go for breakfast/brunch. I went to the Biscuit Bitch near Pike Place a long time ago and was surprised to find another one just a few blocks away in Belltown. It’s definitely less busy at this branch but there’s still a late morning rush so beware. The Bitch Wich is my bitch. It’s super filling and still cheaper than most options on the menu which, btw, is incredibly entertaining. I’m not quite sold on paying $ 11 for a fancier order like the Hot Mess Bitch when both are similar in size and, to be frank, kiiinda reminds me of cafeteria breakfast. Will probably share a Bitch with a friend next time I stop by!

WOW! talk about FINALLY a good spot of eats! my brother and I ordered the Gritty Scrambled Cheesy Bitch. Homemade biscuits, yum! This definitely was a serving for two. I only had a bite of it. It was really yummy. Melted in my mouth. Made me feel like I was in NorCal for a minute. Orange juice was awesome also

Don’t be like me and be a dummy. I called to try and put my name down on the list to get seated. FYI, you order at the register and find your own seat. Both the person that picked up the phone and I were very confused. Gritty Scrambled Cheesy Bitch($ 8.80) This is their self-proclaimed best seller. It’s pretty big. I couldn’t finish mine. Let’s just say I’m not one to leave leftovers, ever. I was super full and couldn’t move after. The food is good but within an hour, you’ll regret you had it. Hot Mess Bitch($ 11.40) Pretty much the same thing as the Gritty, but throw in some japalenos and hot links. You can also choose how your egg is cooked. Again, you’ll leave feeling like a walrus. We saw all the locals get the biscuit sandwiches, which is now a better idea. Hindsight is always 20⁄20.

I tried the Bitch, and let’s say it was pretty good. I had a biscuit with Louisiana smoked sausage and egg white with fresh strawberry jam. My guy had his with grits, pan sausage and a lot of other ingredients I said, eww to. I loved the biscuit but I didn’t like the fact that it was falling apart. They should definitely tighten up their recipe to ensure the biscuit is flaky but isn’t falling everywhere before you could even bite through it. I’d go back again and do a plain biscuit with jam.

This was located right next door to your hotel and was worth the five steps we took to the door. It is super small with only about 8 tables, and the counter and they work off a griddle, but the espresso/coffee machine is huge. I ordered the Bitchwich which was the egg and cheese sandwich to which I added sausage. OMG I loved the cheddar and the sauce on this biscuit. Don’t forget the biscuit itself. It tasted like down home southern crispy and soft all at once. Husband got the hot mess bitch and that Louisiana hot link was HOT. I got to try the gravy and the garlic grits both of which were delicious and had good flavor. This had a bit too much going on for me though and was very heavy. We wanted to eat here again the next day before we left, but they don’t open until 8:30 on the weekends.
