The Ribbons Of Squash And Zucchini with chicken($ 15) is AMAZING. This is the only place I’ve found that makes zoodles better than I do. O;-) The dish is thin cut zucchini and summer squash ribbons tossed with roasted seasonal veggies in a white wine basil pesto sauce. The sauce is phenomenal. I would lick the plate if it was socially acceptable. So damn good. They also grill a mean chicken breast. Decent wine selection. The place is small and the service is friendly.

This place is no longer open! We went and there is a vacant sign on the door. Looked yummy, but went down the road to La Boca instead and it was amazing!

Stopped here by chance because they welcomed our dogs. What a nice surprise! We shared the watermelon & mango salad to start. Amazing! My husband went with the traditional NM choice: green chile chicken enchiladas with a twist… jasmine rice. The meat was all white meat and the chile was a perfect balance of flavor & spiciness. On our waiter’s recommendation, I had the quinoa and veggie stuffed poblano with a red chile cream sauce. Excellent choice! The mix of flavors & textures was wonderful. Rudy, our waiter, was attentive & friendly and even brought individual water bowls for our pups. Halfway through our meal, a trio of musicians set up across the street and provided entertainment. It was a great meal with good ambiance on the patio.

This is the most over rated place on Unilocal. The food is fine but not worthy of 41⁄2 stars.

The food here is great! It’s like a little whole in the wall gem! The prices are fantastic and they have a great beer and wine selection. They have Tv’s and a small bar area and a nice size patio.

Pretty good off the beaten path spot. It was literally empty when we arrived and of course this put me into a cold sweat. H can it be any good if no one is there? WRONG! Great mac and cheese. Meh on the brisket budget. It just wasn’t a great quality meat and wasn’t worth the calories. Desserts were fantastic. Lemon crème brûlée is to die for and cheesecake flan as well. Great staff.

On a Saturday evening in Santa Fe, my family stopped by Elevation Bistro in hopes of finding something cute/quaint with reasonably priced food. We were seated immediately in the enclosed patio area(which was actually perfect for our 14 month old) because he can be quite rambunctious and need to move about during the course of the meal. Our waiter was nice – however his knowledge of the very small menu was limited, and he misquoted the menu several times. Not a big deal, though. We put in an order for the roasted garlic appetizer, which, unfortunately never made it to our table(it was mistakenly delivered to another couple seated in the patio area). My husband ordered the special bone-in rib eye which was VERY fatty and marbely for a rib eye, and also thinly cut(was described as a thick cut by our waiter). It was $ 28. The appetizer was delivered after the waiter noticed it wasn’t at our table(which was the same time as the sub-par and expensive entrees. I had a burger. Average at best, and $ 12). Beers on tap are ok, and not all local(which is just what we prefer at local joints, not the restaurant’s fault). Our appetizer wasn’t comped(I felt like it should have been). Nearly 100 bucks later we felt like we should’ve gone somewhere else.

This little café was a wonderful find. After 10 days of Mexican food, we were craving something else. I think the burger was the best I’ve ever had! We also had the pork bbq sandwich — also excellent. Service was great, prices were fair. We’d definitely return and highly recommend.

Congratulations Elevation Bistro: hands down my worst experience in any restaurant in the US over the past twenty years! I’ll be brief: menu displayed at the door didn’t match the menu we got inside, so if you are waiting for a table don’t waste your time reading anything you see posted. Maria, our waitress placed three wrong orders out of five entrees! Not only she placed wrong orders but got very defensive when we refused the dishes that we didn’t order, not to mention that one person in my party had a food allergy and would have never ordered what the waitress claimed he did! The menu itself was very«touristy», mediocre at the very best. The prices though were comparable to the more sophisticated places nearby: the classic ONESTARQUALITY in a $$$ package. The bill came, and a few items listed were the result of the wrong orders placed by the waitress, which — by the way — gave herself a large tip(included in the total)! Note: I don’t mind tipping 20% when the service received is great, but for the same token I refuse to give away $ 20 to a person who didn’t even had the decency to admit her mistakes, in fact this person made us paying for her mistakes! I spoke to the Restaurant Manager about the horrible evening we just had and his tone turned so unprofessional that I felt embarrassed for him. We ended up getting the bill adjusted and leaving the Restaurant in disbelief of what just took place. Lesson of the day: an empty restaurant located in the same block where other restaurants are full to capacity should raise a flag, despite of the reviews on Unilocal(which are not always written by people with similar food culture).

Definitely one of my new fav spots here in Santa Fe. My friends and I dined in and received excellent service. There is plenty of parking across the street. Although the menu seem a bit limited, everything sounded good. And I prefer a restaurant that has a smaller menu but makes everything perfect rather than a mediocre larger menu. I also appreciate the fact that the restaurant rotates its menu according to season and local availability keeping the farm to table spirit. The green chili fries are a must as well as the goat cheese. Our burgers were yummy and cooked to perfection. But OMG, the dessert was def HEAVENLY. I love bananas so caramelized banana split was the best way to end our dinner experience.

Fantastic food on the main menu along with a variety of exquisite daily specials. Who needs more options when everything they have is over the top delicious! My wife and I shared the Garlic Bulb app and the Mac & Cheese app with grilled chicken added. Then shared the grilled salmon over polenta with red wine & mushroom sauce. Awesome! Theo was a great server-there when you needed him but not in your face. Highly recommend this little hidden gem.

We had dinner here on NYE. We made a reservation, however, every table was available besides ours. This was a bad sign considering everything else was booked. We started off with drinks. When requesting the wine list, we were told of three wines: Malbec, red blend, and a Chardonnay. When asked which vineyard each wine came from, the server had no clue. Malbec was mediocre at best for the price. Our plans were to have dinner and take our time there. We first ordered two appetizers: Mac and cheese with green chile and the roasted garlic bulb. First, the Mac and cheese was warm and did not have enough green chile to give it flavor. Was quite bland. The roasted garlic bulb was also warm, the bread wasn’t toasted enough, and the goat cheese was easily out of a jar. There were a ton of great reviews, but I’m not sure why. The place itself was cute and quaint. The server was nice, but some«random girl» for lack of a better term, approached our table several times and asked, «What is this?»(pointing at an empty pint glass) «Is this water?» «What do you want?» It was an empty pint glass for a green chile beer that was on tap and we requested another beer on tap, which was not available according to «random girl.» Even though our server previously told us it was available when we initially ordered. The service was inconsistent. The food was mediocre. And overall, we did not receive enough service even though there was only one other table there after us. We were there for a total of 30 minutes and didn’t want to spend our NYE eating mediocre food with subpar service. We ended up asking for the check, still tipping 20% even though we shouldn’t have. Don’t waste your time or money. On top of that, on our way out, «random girl» was out in front of the restaurant puffing away at her cigarette, which was disconcerting.

While the place is tiny and gets crowded easily, its food is awesome! I ordered the grilled cheese that came with a cup of tomato bisque and a side salad. The grilled cheese was on brioche slices of bread and was heavenly! My husband ordered some chicken enchiladas that were authentic tasting while my mom ordered some enchiladas in mole sauce that were equally delicious. My husband wants to come back here ASAP so he can order his own grilled cheese!

I was looking at reviews of this restaurant and they were most positive but a few a little questionable. I took the opportunity to try them. What an amazing surprise, my partner had the mac and cheese which was highly recommended and I had the special which was a pork chop with amazing wine reduction and vegetables. Simple and PERFECT. Their prices are less than most of Santa Fe and maybe the gest find in town. Our server Theo made the night perfect. Please try this small out of the way find.

Arrived for an early dinner about 4 on a Friday. We were greeted right away. Service was excellent. My husband decided on beer and I on wine. Drinks arrived promptly. For dinner my mind was set on the Oyster Po Boy. It was delish! More than I could eat and the sweet potato fries were excellent. My husband ordered steak and eggs Christmas style. Steak was perfect and eggs as ordered. This is the perfect place to view on the Plaza to get away from crowds. A gem to find and enjoy!

I really could not ask for anything more when it comes to a yummy brunch/lunch in downtown Santa Fe. We looked up this cute place on Unilocal and it had amazing reviews so we called to make a reservation for 7 on the patio. They were super pleasant and were able to accommodate us on a busy Saturday during the last weekend of the balloon festival. When we arrived our table was already set and ready for us to just walk up and sit at. The waitress was very nice. I didn’t feel rushed or just like another number, I felt like she actually cared about us. The food came out hot and in a timely matter(within 20 minutes). I got the fried oyster po-boy. It was so fresh tasting with the yummy homemade chipotle aioli and fresh cut slaw. I would visit the establishment again and look forward to doing so. They even had zucchini noodles for my friend that is literally allergic to almost everything Earth has to offer her.

Cute alley-way bistro that has a great patio. My sister and I both got the zucchini and squash pesto dish with chicken(additional $ 1) for me and shrimp(additional $ 2) for her. Our server was polite, friendly, and great with not bothering us but checking on us just the right amount. When our meal came after about 15 minutes of waiting, my chicken looked undercooked(see picture) so I sent it back. It took about 5 more minutes for me to get my new dish and the server made sure I had new silverware as well, which was appreciated. Since there wasn’t a lot of people in the restaurant I would have liked the manager or chef to come out and apologize or at least bring me my new meal instead of my server, but oh well. The meal itself was hot, creamy, and delicious, but portion-wise I would have liked to see more. My sister got only 3 shrimp on hers. I got about a palm-size of chicken breast sliced on top of mine. After dinner, I hoped to get some of their highly-reviewed crème brûlée, but the chef apparently rotates his desserts like he does his specials. Speaking of specials, my sister and I walked by Elevation Bistro today and the same specials were being served as yesterday… Not ideal. Overall, even though there was some issues with my chicken in my dish, I felt like the new dish was really tasty and would definitely come back and try another dish again. Just make sure you check your meat before you take a bite ;)

Needed a great place to have a late, light lunch here in Santa Fe and stumbled on Elevation, next door to famous Pascal’s. Open after many other restaurants close after lunch, Elevation was a great choice! Happy Hour started at 3! Started with two glasses of Sauvignon Blanc. Great choice, light, dry and a hint of fruit. We split the short rib street tacos which were amazing. There are a lot of restaurants in Santa Fe, but this one is not only OPEN in off hours, it’s great!

This place is soooooo good. And the staff is extremely friendly as well(even though one of the guys there is a Canadiens fan and I’m a Ducks fan, we still managed to have a nice chat about hockey. This place is right next to Café Pasqual’s(which is also pretty good), and is a small place. It’s sort of a hole in the wall type place, and the people there really make you feel welcome. I’m in Santa Fe for a conference, and one of the ladies there had this really detailed map and sat with me and marked places to go — definitely knowledgeable about the area and the places she suggested were worth the walk! On recommendation from the staff, I ordered the sea bass over red quinoa(off the menu). This has to be one of the best sea bass dishes I’ve had(and I’ve had a lot!). Decently plated, the sea bass had a great sear and was very flaky. The sauce was nice and creamy and the red quinoa was cooked perfectly. The vegetables were also a very welcome touch. I’m here for another day and a half… Seriously considering going back there to have this same dish again!
