Decided to stop by here while out and about. Place stinks, waitress is, well to be blunt kind of a beyatch, and the beer … Not impressed. I’d give this place a 2 but anyone who serves me beer gets a baseline 3. I would not turn nor recommend.

The piñon & chicken on blue corn crust pizza was amazing! We substituted marinara instead of the Alfredo sauce. Good place to watch football. Nice comfortable leather couches and chairs. They also have normal tables and an outside seating area. Great modern place in the heart of ancient Santa Fe.

Smoked duck pizza… yes please! Could improve a bit on atmosphere and service, but it’s a brewery… what do you expect?!?

They have a huge beer selection, considering that it is all from their own brewery. I had the double imperial stout and the pumpkin noire. I would have tried more, but due to the high alcohol content of what I had, two is my limit! Being from Dallas, we have a lot of places like this popping up. I think this place could hold it’s own next to some of Dallas’ breweries. We also ordered pizza from the Rooftop Pizza restaurant nearby. We ordered chicken, pine nuts, and green chiles. The chicken was tough, but otherwise it was okay. If I had to order pizza from there again, I would get something super basic.

so so pizza + great prices and a good beer list = Maybe order a fancier pizza than Margarita next time? Also super cold outside even with heaters!

You can’t beat the location of Marble’s Santa Fe tap room. The upstairs balcony is across from the Plaza. I spent an enjoyable autumn afternoon sipping a tasting tray on the balcony people watching on the Plaza. Marble has a great selection of locally brewed beers. I tried the more expensive brewers tray and was not disappointed. For autumn they had interesting selection of pumpkin brews. The bar does not have a kitchen, but you can order pizza that they deliver from the Rooftop bar across the hall.

I’ve been here a few times. It’s fun to get a seat on the patio overlooking the square and watch all the action. The patio is usually pretty full but there is always seating inside. They serve really good pizzas from the pizza restaurant located at opposite end of the building. Blue corn, green chile, piñon nuts, mmm. Oh yeah, Marble brewery beer is good too. It’s on the third floor and can be a little hard to find.

The biggest appeal of this place seems to be the patio. It looked like a nice place to enjoy happy hour but unfortunately for us it was full when we arrived. So, we grabbed a seat indoors which was just fine though a bit stuffy. As has been mentioned by other reviewers, the servers here are none too friendly and they don’t offer any food other than the pizza served in takeout boxes. Seriously, nothing else. No snacks or peanuts. Not even a lemon or orange wedge for your hefe. They don’t even provide water, you have to refill your own glasses from the large thermos on a back table. So, why the four stars? Simple. They make really good beer. I was surprised that they had no less than 12 taps of their own brews available. Six are standard and six were seasonal and you could do a tasting flight of either(no mix and match). I opted for their standard version and received six 4 oz pours in small glasses served on a wooden paddle. Here are my impressions of those beer samples. Pilsner — I usually don’t go for this style of beer because I find them lacking in flavor. Not so with Marble’s version. Very light and drinkable, I would order this again on a summer’s day. Wildflower Wheat — Based on the description I was afraid this would be too sweet but no, there was just a hint of the honey. This is a fantastic wheat beer, very cloudy, lots of body. Loved it! Hubby had a pint and he liked it, too, and he doesn’t usually go for craft beers. Amber Ale — This was another one of my favorites. Nice malty caramel flavor with some good hops thrown in. Just a little sweet and a little toasty and a little hoppy. Perfectly balanced. Red Ale — A bit more hops than the amber, without the sweetness. I would drink this again if I was in the mood for something with a little bite to it but otherwise it wouldn’t be my top choice. IPA — Too hoppy for me, as expected. I’m just not an IPA girl. Oatmeal Stout — Wow, this beer tasted just like a smooth silky French Pressed black coffee. Seriously. I would drink it in the morning with my pancakes. Wonderful brew. I’m pretty impressed with the quality of the beers from Marble Brewery. I am not sure if they are distributed outside the state but I will be sure to keep an eye out.

I was introduced to Marble on a visit to Albuquerque a couple years ago. Very laid-back, relaxing, hidden-away brewery just bursting with happy folks! And, of course, the brews were great! I’m very partial to dark and they were able to fulfill my cravings with several choices. So, when we were passing through Santa Fe(my old hood) and I learned there was now a Marvelous Marble there too, I just had to go. Much smaller than the one in ABQ, but no less enticing. .. and not hidden away! It is smack dab in the middle of everything. .. The Plaza. If you’ve been to Santa Fe, you know that the Plaza is the heart and soul of the Land of Enchantment. The night we were there, we sat on the balcony, listened to bands playing in the bandstand, and drank the most marvelous(hence Marvelous Marble. .. my name, not theirs!) brews and ate pizza. If there is a heaven on earth, I think I may have found it. Marble in Santa Fe!

Come and get one in the yarbles, if ya have any yarbles, you eunuch jelly thou! The Marble Brewery was conveniently located along our path between our hotel and the town plaza and collection of museums that we hit. We ducked in one day for sampler flights and found ourselves returning mere hours later for the ol in-out round of greatest hits. Two different flight options were available and it allowed us to try every beer on tap with a few double ups filling in for unavailable selections. As with most flights, there were some I liked, some I loved and some that were just good. The best brews that we had here were the Honeyflower Wheat: a lighter, cloudy hefe, kissed by honey. The IPA: hoppy goodness, The Double White: tasted like a Belgian brew, the Double IPA: even more hoppy goodness. The rooftop patio is another star of the show well deserving of proper recognition here. It overlooks the town plaza from the corner and gives you outstanding views for people watching and listening to the bands playing on the nearby stage. Sitting outside having a good brew is one of life’s finer pleasures to me and it seemed fitting that the band was playing the Eagles«Peaceful Easy Feeling». I’d be here all of the time if I were a local. The Double White and the Wheat struck me as perfect summer beers. We mixed a six for takeaway and enjoyed those back on our patio during our trip. Service was friendly and good. They were helpful with beer descriptions and recommendations. We didn’t have any food on either visit.

Excellent variety of beers on tap. My fave is the double white Belgian beer, get a flight if you want to sample their selection. Great patio that overlooks the plaza. Great place for people watching… Score a table by the rail for the best views. Gorgeous place to watch the sunset. They serve pizza here too. Great place for a beer and some grub.

Great place to grab some beers in the sun. The brews are yummy and the prices are fair. If the weather’s good, I’d head straight for the balcony.

Need a break from all the walking around, stop by the tap room. You can get samplers or pints of their beers and pizza from a place down the hallway. Comfy lounge chairs, TV’s, beer, friendly staff too…

What a wonderful little taproom!!! Great location and great views… gotta love enjoying damn good beer while looking over a historic plaza and cathedral. Service was friendly and prompt. Other patrons were polite. The noise level was low. And no smoking — sorry smokers, but this balcony beats Marble ABQ patio for this reason. A very different experience from Marble ABQ. Such a pleasant experience that we went both nights we stayed in Santa Fe. And my bf refuses to go to Marble ABQ to drink, even though he loves the IPA. Marble did this place right, so hopefully it stays that way. Well done. Yay!!!

If you have any love for beer, Marble Brewery and Tap Room is a great place to spend an evening in Santa Fe. There’s no kitchen in this bar, but you can order pizza from Rooftop across the way. Matt B. and I came from out of town and met my Internet friend Jon P. and his fiancé for beer. I have pretty limited experience meeting friends from the Internet, but this was a successful encounter. Jon lives in Santa Fe and is largely responsible for our itinerary during our four day stay in town. Great concierge, would use again. Anyway, he suggested we meet at Marble Brewery and Tap Room, and it was the perfect spot for a double date between strangers. We spent time both on the patio and inside the bar, once it got cold. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant, and the patio had a lovely view of the Santa Fe Plaza. Bar service was fine, and since there weren’t too many customers at 8:00 on a Monday night, everything was fast and easy. The beer was delicious. We tried the IPA and the Imperial Red, and I’d order both again, and buy them in packs if I could find them in California. I especially loved the Imperial Red, a big, flavorful, high alcohol beer that was right up my alley. We stayed for a couple rounds and had a really good time. Loved both the beer and the venue, and I’d come back soon if I lived in Santa Fe.

Bill said they served a house brewed root beer here. Not. They do present a fine cup of chai, excellent alfredo, pine nuts, green chile blue corn dough pizza(#3 — get the 16″ by all means). Much beter tasting than it reads. And Bill’s eyes rolled back in his head with delight as he sampled the last two ounces in the house of the beer he wanted with his pizza. Unbeatable service this evening and from our balcony seats, an unbeatable view of Santa Fe Plaza, the human variety of this town, and the Loretto Chapel. It would be a slice of God’s country even if served without the chapel.

This brewery is right across the street from the Santa Fe Plaza. So, if the weather is good, you have to grab a seat outside, increase Vitamin D levels, & people watch! After a tiring morning of riding the train up from ABQ, absorbing the Georgia O’Keefe museum, and checking out the famous Indian Market, I sought out Marble Brewery. The patio was fairly packed, but I managed to grab a seat outside away from the shadows. After getting my bearings, I pulled the usual«corey» when at a brewery: I went the sampler. Being studious, scientific, and solo, I went ahead and jotted down notes for each of the ales I sampled: o Imperial Red: decent o Abbey Darkness: intense, flavorful & fav o India White Ale: it was odd o Wildflower Wheat: nice cold brew o Double White: yummy o Double IPA: yummy o IPA: signature & ordered a pint(this one got we a bit snookered, luckily I didn’t have to worry about driving!) For an alcohol sponge, I went with the Grilled Chicken & Green Chili Pizza. Had to get this simply because it had green chili and when in New Mexico, do as the New MexiCANs! This was a pretty decent pizza and totally perfected my experience here — I mean: great beer + good pizza + sunny patio = great experience + ! (now I did check out the Marble Brewery in ABQ and wasn’t quite as impressed. It was on a busy evening, and it was super crowded. So crowded it was hard to get a beer. And hipsters were aplenty. So, I amscrayed.)

Great view over The Plaza with beers just as good. Heaters at most, but not all of the outside tables. Those go fast. Inside cozy with tables and lounge chairs in front of a TV and shuffleboard in the lounge and a few tables and an a TV in at the bar. Double IPA is a bad ass mo fo and that’s coming from a guy who loves hop. This pushes the envelope. Enjoy over a pie. The Pale Ale was skunky. Almost dirty lines but I hope this gin joint cleans the taps. Eliot B agreed with the, not so fresh taste. The Red and IPA were good but not as good as the Double. Recommended by our waiter, the número uno add pepperoni sub red sauce was a mighty fine pizza. We’ve popped back into the friendly and easy joint for beers a few times this week.
