Outstanding teas! I really like the single serving sample bags — so tasty, so lovingly packaged. I usually just grab a couple of handfuls in a category I care about, then enjoy tasting them at home. Some serious sublime summer green tea combinations here! And Karen, the owner hailing out of DC and the Florida Keys, is very cute and passionate about what she does and knows. Karen really is ‘the good tea lady’. :-0)
Artful Teas also has great shop kiosk at Santa Fe Farmers Market on Saturdays. Oh, and as someone else pointed out, these sampler bags make great gifts. The selection is unbelievable varied and deep.

Wonderful place for the tea lover. Wide selection and reasonable prices. Friendly staff who are very knowledgeable about inventory. Great idea for Christmas!

What a pleasure it is to shop in a warm and inviting specialty store where the owner’s passion for tea in all its forms is so evident. Although we are well-​served by our Dallas tea suppliers, once we crossed the threshold of Artful Tea, we couldn’t resist. The organic Lapsang Souchong we sampled last night was splendid, and we look forward to breaking in our new teapot as well. We were impressed as well by the logic of the layout and by the many varieties of teas on display. The expansive selection of small-​sized tea samples offers a way for even an advanced tea drinker to expand her palate.
Like Macarthur, we shall return whenever we return to Santa Fe.

I am a pretty avid tea drinker and I have sampled teas and tea blends across the world. Being a local I had been pretty hard pressed to find a wide range of quality tea blends at fair prices. Outside of that — it’s hard to find teas to introduce non tea drinkers to the beverage. Well — no longer do I have to fret about either problem because Artful Tea has AMAZINGLY delicious blends (like seriously y’all gotta try «Winter Forest» because it will knock your socks off with or without sugar) and a large selection of quality teas. Artful Tea also has a wonderful selection of rotating samples for the unsure shopper AND a varied selection of tea bags for those who don’t want to commit just yet unless they LOVE the product. I haven’t even gotten to the part that brought me to love this little store: fabulous customer service! The customer service wasn’t too much, but was rather on point helping making selections or answering questions. Made a repeat customer out of me! Everyone should take a chance and take a look inside! Go! Go! Go!!!

Absolutely superb tea and a jaw-​dropping selection (something like 70 varieties!!!). The staff — especially the owner — are extremely knowledgeable and always have a couple of varieties to taste. (I used to think I knew something about tea until I walked into ArtfulTea.) I also love that they’ve clearly put a great deal of thought and care into every aspect of the business including their logo design, their packaging, and the lovely ambiance of the shop. If you’re a tea drinker, ArtfulTea is a MUST stop in Santa Fe!

I have been drinking a select number of teas from Artful tea for years. Her Masala Chai and organic Genmaicha are my two favorites for winter and she has several fruit versions that are nice in the summer for ice tea. She also has little packages of samples that make a great hostess gift. I love her new store on Galesteo, now open daily. She ships too so nice for sending tea to friends who sip as well!
