Came in on black Friday to take advantage of the sales and decided to purchase 2 rings(Mr. & Mrs.) Wedding bands. After purchasing the wedding bands everything went in a downward spiral from there. You could call it «shit luck service» The rings had to be sized and they told me it would take a couple weeks. a couple weeks turned into 2 months for my ring and her ring has taken over 4 months. I then decided to get insurance on the rings and the salesman screwed up our payment plan and our ring order… we spent hours, several trips, and phone calls to resolve the issue… this place has been nothing more than a headache… I have lost my patience with these knuckle heads. if u do deside to come here avoid making any purchases with Chris, he doesn’t know what he’s doing and talks out of his @$$… They are very good at apologizing for all thier mistakes. that’s the only good thing I have to say about them

Have had numerous good experiences at Helzberg. I highly recommend having Ron assist you. He is professional and never pushy. He waves at is across the mall, when we walked by. #SuperFriendly and down to earth. They clean out Jewelery every time we are in the mall, and have a great replacement program if you lose a diamond.

The associate that helped me and my fiancé was wonderful. We had been to another jewelry store previously at which, they kept us separated«to discuss finances» and then illegally opened a line of credit in his name. Helzberg did no such thing, they also took us out to see the rings that we were looking at under the skylight to see the diamonds in natural light. And every time we have been back they are courteous and clean my ring and keep it sparkling. They also have cleaned other pieces for me, that were purchased elsewhere.

went in to this store to buy a gift for my wife, and the sales clerk was helping me. another customer walks up and starts talking about his account to the clerk. she then decided that he was more important then get a sale from me. I left and went across the mall and opened an account at other store and got a gift for my wife. I noticed the clerk just gave me a smirk as I left, like«he wasn’t going to buy anything“I came home and closed my account with them fast. I hope that clerk gets some trainging on helping a regular customer. I will not shop at this store again.

I used to love this place and buy all of my jewelry there. I’ve been a customer for years. Now, their policies have changed, their prices have sky rocketed and their managers are horrific. Rocky is outright rude and egotistical and Sharon, Shannon? Whatever the assistance manager’s name is is horrible. She got an attitude with me and then ignored me for an hour. They ruined my ring and when it was getting sized and I have the protection plan and they refuse to give me something comparable. Shoot, they even refuse to give me what it was worth at the time. I’ll never go here again and I sure have the regional manager’s number and will be speaking with her ASAP.
