I decided to be a grown up and get a real purse this past fall. I opted for a good quality leather one that went with most things I wear on a daily basis and I found the just what I was looking for while wandering by Coach during the month of December. I unfortunately missed out on this purse because I was financially spent from Christmas but another purse caught my eye in January. My gift cards for from my birthday and Christmas we not enough to cover it but I had signed up through Facebook with Coach. They occasionally offer a 25% coupon, which is valid in stores and online. This totally sealed the deal for me. I purchased the Madison Leather Isabelle in brass/cognac with the help of Danette, who set aside the last one they had in that color for me. Happy, happy, joy, joy! Danette was super helpful in answering all my care questions and made me feel like a valued customer. Fast forward almost six months later and I notice fine tears on the end shoulder strap as it loops through the metal ring that affixes it to the purse. What the hell?!! I took it back right away to the same Coach store and lo and behold Danette is working. She remembers me and says they can ship it off to their repair store today with the shipping costs waived because of the age of the item. DONE! I don’t care that it takes 4 – 6 weeks to get it back, I just want my purse fixed. I could not have asked for better customer service. I’m glad I spent my hard earned paycheck at Coach.
