I found this place from an ad on TV. They claim they give top dollar for fine diamond jewelry. I went this week with a 1−½ carat emerald cut diamond ring that I paid $ 5,000 for (nearly new at the time) and I had showed him my $ 11,000 appraisal (I had it set in a antique etched yellow gold setting a few years ago). He said they could probably offer me $ 500-​$ 800 for the ring! What??? Needless to say, they don’t live up to what they say will do! On top of that, he was sort of rude when I left.

Horrible horrible service. One of the worst places I have ever been to purchase jewelry. The staff (men) were very rude to me after I had a concern about a ring I had purchased. After they sized it down it had a gouge in it, when I pointed it out the man said that’s just how the ring was when you bought it. I told the man I purchased the ring brand new and I haven’t even taken the ring home or wore it. He laughed and said he would fix it. A week later they called and said the ring was ready to be picked up. we returned and nothing was fixed on the ring, so they said again they would fix it. The 3rd time it was not ready again. Finally the 4th time we were able to pick up the ring and it looked good. This ring was purchased on financing and every time we go in to pay money towards it they are still rude to us. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!! Please take your business elsewhere!!! I would have never went here but the ring was given to me as a xmas gift.
