Five stars earned through excellent customer service: Her necklace chain brought in for repair, but not repaired to our satisfaction. Without having to ask, the manager replaced with a new necklace chain, and refunded the entire cost for the repair in the first place. Professional, friendly customer service, and going above and beyond the right thing without having to be asked to. I am not sure of the circumstances of other reviewers experiences, but I would be absolutely comfortable recommending this Zales location to any shopper looking for their jewelry.

This place is absolutely horrible. Stay away by all means. First off they sold me a damaged ring. The lady told me to just exchange it after the holidays because it was purchased as a Christmas gift. We returned the ring to have it exchanged and fitted. The employee told us it would be back in about a week and half. It took them almost a month to get the ring back and after receiving it the«14k gold» tarnished in about 3 days. I was so fed up I decided to just return the ring and receive a refund. I returned the ring and was told the money would go back on to my debit card in about a day by one of the employees. It’s now been a week and still no money. I now have to file a claim with corporate just to get my money back. Employees are incompetent and rude and extremely unhelpful. Stay far away from this business.

Mayra was really helpful. I came in to the store to view a ring that I have been thinking of purchasing. She showed me other options in the same price range and offered to clean my engagement ring while I was there. There were no other customers in the store, so she had ample time to help us. She was kind and patient. Being in the San Bernardino mall, the store was clean and surprisingly had a decent selection. Note: Their jeweler is not onsite, so if you need repairs/polishing they have to send your piece of jewelry out of the store and you have to wait for it to come back, which can sometimes be a long wait, and scary(to me). Temecula Zales has a jeweler onsite.

SOOOOO… I came here yesterday because I think I MIGHTHAVE lost my ring(YIKES!)…ANYWAYS, I ask them regarding their lifetime warranty policy as to what they can do in regards to me losing my ring, they say we cant replace it because it wasnt stolen or damaged therefore(youre kinda of screwed) so WITHOUT any HELP these MONEYSUCKING bastards would NOT stop thinking about their damn SALES. NO help or suggestions as to what I can do to replace it. SO they decide to TRY and sell me THESAMEEXACTRING for TWICETHEPRICE that I originally purchased it with! REALLY?! ANYWAYS, NEVER again will I return to THIS zales damn money hungry P.O.S.‘
