Had a band made and work done on my wedding ring, had to send it back for poor quality of work and it was returned in similar quality. Now the band they made broke in half and they continued to try to upsale to get more work done instead of addressing the actual problem. They quoted me hundreds of dollars to repair the work and said they may not even repair it without fixing the «additional problems». Decided to take it for a second opinion and was able to get ALL the work done at Kevin Jewelers for half the price quoted for just the one fix at Kays. My review is due to the fact that the customer service was concentrated on trying to get me to fix more and not listening to my actual concerns, also due to the poor repair work and the outrageous prices.

I love this store the lady helped me figure out what I wanted. At a great price. they are very helpful … I love my ring.!!

Went in to look at engagement rings with my boyfriend and was scammed into signing up for a credit card! Don’t give them any of your information!!! Oh, and good luck trying to talk to customer service. The phone menu doesn’t give you that option, so I had to keep asking for customer service until they finally let me talk to a real person. The lady I talked to was extremely rude, and she hung up on me. Don’t waste your time.

My husband has always purchased my jewelry from Kay in San Bernardino. I had a diamond that had a major flaw. They were very helpful and they even replaced it. If you visit Kay Jewelers, ask for Sallie. She was so helpful and we will come back just for her. Thank you.

Friendly salespeople.
I usually just come here to make payments, and that usually can be done quickly at any store.
I did come here once to buy a couple watches and the salesperson was pretty helpful.

They do not care about there customers. there unfriendly and impersonal. Go somewhere else
