Omg!!! This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had!!! As I write this review I am waiting in line… Where I’ve been waiting for literally about 20 minutes!!! 3 people waiting in line have already left. There’s is only one old man who can barley speak English here. Taking his sweet time! I’m from Los Angeles and I have never ever seen this in my life! I would expect something like this from like a McDonald’s but not from subway… I guess I’ll be waiting in line another 15 min. This is absolutely ridiculous!

Great location in Roseville! I come here for lunch quite often and they never disappoint!
This location is clean! The customer service is great… Very friendly and professional!
I believe the owner or boss is an older Indian gentleman and he’s a cool dude! He smiles and greets customers and make sure they are happy!
I always get the Italian toasted BMT on Italian herbs and cheese bread! The produce is always fresh!
I will return soon!

Horrendous customer service. If you’re in the area, Safeway deli is going to have exponentially better service as well as be a better value. If you can travel a few miles up the road and insist on Subway, hit the one at «The Brickyard Shopping Center» it’s at Foothills and Baseline.
These kids working didn’t want to be here, they didn’t want us here and they won’t want you here either.
I will always choose cordial over convenient. Well, now we know. Now you do too, don’t say you weren’t warned.

I wish this owner would keep up with franchise regulations in regards to where he gets his food. As far as I know you can’t buy your food products outside of the company because you have no idea where it comes from and if it’s sanitary:(

Maybe Subway is discontinuing their sourdough bread because this is the third Subway I’ve been to in the area within the last few weeks that no longer has it.
