Subway

This place is always clean and kind. I went there once a week to get lunch. Even busy lunch time, they are working very professionally. The taste is all same. However, better service makes me feel getting better food.

I must say that this branch has definitely gotten better over the past few years. My daughter and I came here recently for a sandwich at an off hour and was greeted immediately by a nice gentleman. He was very friendly and careful making our sandwich. We finally walked away feeling that the sandwich came out better since he took his time into toasting it and adding all of the vegetables and condiments neatly rather than feeling rushed like we have in the past and feeling like our sandwich was just slapped together. We will definitely be back!

This would be my usual subway stop, I have to say that my last experience with Thomas was phenomenal. I don’t expect to make much conversation but I was welcomed and greeted promptly, he was the only one in there while it was jam packed but still went above and beyond ok service. 10 stars if possible. Will come back furthermore because of his service.

Always out of bread. How could a sandwich shop be out of bread, especially «wheat bread» among others? Poorly managed. Employees could care less.

The sandwiches are good… they taste better than some of the other subways! They get busy but they bust out the sandwiches quickly. It’s a convenient place to eat lunch since it’s right by my work. The tables outside are a nice place to sit and enjoy your sandwich.

Great little Subway sandwich shop with a very friendly staff who make huge sandwiches quickly and to your liking.
Stopped by on a Wednesday night just by chance and picked up a Chicken & Bacon Ranch sandwich… The sandwich artist knew what she was doing and loaded the foot long 9-​Grain Honey Oat bread up with all the fixings including provolone, spinach, cucumbers, pepperoncini and jalapenos.
Totally quick, totally huge, and totally delicious; in and out in under five minutes. By and far way better than the other two locations in RSM, but hard to find if you’re not looking. I’ve driven by this store nearly every day for the past year yet didn’t know of its existence before tonight.
Pros: Knowledgeable staff, visibly fresh ingredients, and very clean.
Cons: Very small dining area and the signage outside is hard to see unless you’re shopping in the complex.
My experience at this Subway in Rancho Santa Margarita was fantastic and I will be returning again very soon seeing that it is less than a block away from where I work… I’m a fan!
