TOGO’S Sandwiches

Yeah, this is a chain sandwich place. So you know basically what you’re getting, and I’m reviewing it in that context. For my tastes, Togo’s is the best of the big sandwich chains, and this location is actually really great. The employees are super helpful and friendly, and they make the sandwiches correctly which (sadly) isn’t a given.
You don’t go here for adventurous or gourmet food. But if you want a quality fast-​food sub, made by really nice people in a very clean store, this is the place to go.

My boyfriend and I came in when Tyler and Jaime were working. We mostly only dealt with Tyler, who was hilarious and had really great customer service skills. This guy definitely went above and beyond to provide and solid experience for us. ⁵⁄₅ would eat again.

Great avocado and turkey sandwich. Staff are always friendly and the food fresh and tasty. Compared to the Subway where we ate yesterday, Togo’s towers over Subway in every respect.

Sweetest workers here and love the sandwiches, they always have a huge line and are so quick but not sloppy like other togos I have eaten at. The first time I went in one of the employees was so nice and the next time I went back he remembered my name! Amazing customer service overall best togos around :)

Yay for togos!!! I work closer to the Subway that’s around the corner, but I prefer Togos so I walk here instead. My favorites are the turkey and avocado and the turkey and cheese… both on wheat bread. They hook it up with the meat and cheese here and don’t skimp like they sometimes do at subway! And it is really fresh. The employees are nice here and even when there is a line, they make sandwiches quickly. There is one guy (wish I remembered his name) that works the lunch shift that is always smiling and talkative and remembers me. He has been there for a long time now… really nice. I recommend this sandwich shop over all the others in RSM! Great service and great sandwiches. Try the turkey avocado on wheat!

OK, I admit to going back several times in spite of a previous lackluster review. In part because of its proximity to where I live I find myself a repeat customer. In comparison to some other big name sandwich shops, I do think the ingredients are fresher and the product is very consistent. I guess I am hooked. ..

This TOGO’s is amazing! Look at the picture of my gluten free wrap– when does a sandwich place make the food look this good. I know it’s TOGO’s but this specific location just has fresh ingredients all the time. I eat here about 3 times a week and the staff is always friendly, remembers my order, and it’s super clean! I’m vegetarian and the gluten free option for the wrap is something most people don’t even know about– definitely try it and they will customize what you want in it as well! Clean eating, great nutrition, and awesome people making and serving your food! Thanks guys!

Better than most brands of same concept, as a fitness person I dont feel guilty eating here.

In my book, the Togo’s #26 is the sandwich against which all other sandwiches are measured. Turkey, ham, & cheese on wheat. So good. I’ve been getting this same sandwich at Togo’s for about a decade now.
Lately I’ve tried taking a healthier path, though, which means the Santa Fe Wrap on spinach. I really like it! The spicy pepita dressing is not spicy at all — I have zero spice tolerance, that’s how I know. This may or may not bother you depending on your personal preference.
Protip: phoning in your order may be faster than online ordering. The online system defaults to 40 minutes from your order time, but by calling I’ve had my order ready in as little as 10 minutes (depending on time of day, of course).

Best sandwich for the money and taste!!! I called extremely hungry and Austin answered my call and was awesome! Great customer service and the sandwich was massive! I recommend this place to anyone with a hefty appetite. Great food great service!

Must admit this is the first time to this togos. Wow! Fast, great food! And customer service is number 2 concern!, only behind fast great food!!! I will be back! As we walked in a small line which was ok because I didn’t know what I wanted to try. Then unexpectedly the crew member, at the far end was actually jumping up n down waving his arms to get my attention. Arriving at the counter I said sorry for not paying attention. He laughed then he apologized to me. He was very friendly and courteous. He then made our orders perfectly, asking if there was anything else we wanted on our sandwiches. Upon arriving home to enjoy our staycation backyard Saturday lunch. The sandwiches were in the category of a high end (overpriced) restaurant. We were very pleasantly surprised. THANK YOU! The second best thing that happened was finding this TOGOS. First is never having to go to subway again.

This place is the best. Service is always great. 100 times better than subway. The sandwiches at Togo’s always tastes fresh unlike subway. Better meats, better veggies, better bread hands down. I will NEVER go to subway ever again.

So Matt R. From Togo reached out to me and apologized. I decided to go back to the same location in RSM and this time can’t be happier. Looks like all new employees. one especially, his name is Austin is great. I basically come back to him only. Great guy, nice and courteous. Makes the best roast beef sandwich that should be on the menu.
If you go to this store and see Austin, ask him for his roast beef. So tasty and good.

I buy lunch for my employees everyday because I am lazy and I don’t wanna leave the house. Our awesome lunch-​technician picks up 4 meals everyday, from different restaurants here in RSM. We frequented Togo’s until today.
The last time we spent our money here, we were told our 4 sandwiches «hold up the lunch line» and we should «order online». These people are sandwich experts, and when they spoke, we listened.
We ordered online. We set the pick-​up time for 45 mins from the order time. We did our part. However at the scheduled sandwich pick-​up time, the sandwiches were not ready.
The sandwich is here. It’s a regular and not a large as I ordered. Its wrapped terribly, I took a photo it’s so bad. Tastes OK, at least they used the correct ingredients. 2 stars for acceptability and accessibility.

One of the better places for lunch on the go in Rancho. A very friendly and accommodating staff who make hearty sandwiches quick and to your liking.
The dining room was exceptionally clean, with a bright and inviting atmosphere, along with a service line where you don’t have to be 6′ 5″ to actually see when they prepare your sandwich.
I had a chicken salad footlong on sourdough and it was outstanding. I love peperoncinis and the young lady making my sub loaded them on with no extra charge. They were great with the small talk, asking how my day was going and chatting about business in the complex. Inviting, good natured, and genuine to their local clientele.
The sub was so big I couldn’t finish it, so I let one half chill in my fridge for a few hours and it made for an excellent midnight snack later on… I’m going to order this way more often now.

The first time I walked in here, I ordered a turkey & cheese sandwich with a clam chowder soup. On that day, I got great service from one employee who brought my sandwich to my table, then my soup, brought me some extra napkins, even and took my plate when I finished my sandwich before eating my soup.
The second time I went in, I ordered the same thing, turkey & cheese sandwich and a clam chowder soup, to go. At first, the employee (not the one who had previously been so nice) was sort of doubting they had the soup, so she looked back at her boss and he was quick to say, «Oh yes, we have clam chowder! I’ll just warm it up.» They proceeded to finish making my sandwich and I’ll mention that at some point, the boss started whispering in the employee’s ear and she started giggling (and to this day I do not know whether their laughing had anything to do with my order or not). When they gave me my order to go, I tipped her a dollar and left. I drove away and 10 minutes later, I started eating my soup and something tasted funky. At first taste, I just thought it was my own tongue fooling me because I had just drank some juice, so I left the soup for a couple minutes to let my taste buds adjust. When I took another spoonful I realized it wasn’t just me, but the soup was expired! I picked it up to smell it and it was putrid like milk gone horribly bad.
I often eat Togo’s sandwiches/​soups and I love all other locations because they’ve proved to be excellent, but I will never again order food from THIS Togo’s. I’ll only walk in here to buy those delicious mango melon Sobe drinks that I know are sealed and not made by the employees here.

Quick employees are on their A game always give suggestions and they make the best sandwiches welcome to the neighborhood!

Glad there is a Togo’s in town again after years of not having one. Staff is always super nice, and never takes too long. Sandwiches made with love and always taste great. No skipping on delicious, fresh meats like other guys who give you 3 slices of weird meat. I always call my order in ahead because of my short lunch, I get in and out in no time and food is always correct.

My boyfriend frequents this TOGO’s so naturally I tag along with him every once in awhile. Very clean location, never messy and the tables are always clean and wiped up. Restroom is very clean as well. The employees are really friendly and the manager and/​or owner seems to be on top of things. We came here this past weekend and my sandwich was made very quickly!
We like TOGO’s over most other sandwich delis because the ingredients seem to be a lot more fresh compared to others like Subway, etc.
I recommend getting Sandwich #26 :) With provolone cheese!
