Let’s just say the lady is nice but the place seems sad and kinda depressing since there was no music and it is just a slower location. Not a huge selection when I went in and dim lighting and the apples aren’t fresh or cold or even that good. Plus not as neatly arranged as the spectrum location. 2 stars just for the nice lady but this place needs to get it together…

The caramel apples and assorted chocolates we bought for our family were awesome! For sure! One of the«BEST» Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factories around^^ The service was«Super Friendly» from the Asian lady who helped us smiling all the way from start to finish recommending and explaining each and everything in detail. Very professional atmosphere with a cozy feeling of the chocolate stores I used to go with my parents when I was a child. Brought back memories… One of the«BEST» traditional Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factories around. I would highly recommend this great experience to everyone!

The owner, oriental woman, is the sweetest person you can find. I am a regular and normally buy the white chocolate strawberries or whatever is indulging at the moment and she always gives us extras! You can also phone order and she will have your order ready before you arrive :)! Prices are reasonable and customer service is great!

The girl working in here was so nice that it’s hard to write a bad review. However, their selection was so meager that I ended up leaving empty-handed :( They had no fudge, and only about three different types of caramel apples. Go to the store at the Spectrum for a much bigger selection!

Like another reviewer said, the opening/closing times are not always accurate. I’ve never tried any of the chocolate in the cases, but from what I can tell, they look a bit old. Despite that, I really do love this place for their caramel apples and chocolate covered strawberries! I’ve come in a few times when the lady behind the counter was making her caramel from scratch, which is good for a chain like Rocky Mountain. There’s a good variety of apples to choose from as well. My personal favorite is the Apple Pie. The strawberries are kind of pricey at $ 3.50 a piece, but they are certainly some of the best chocolate covered strawberries I’ve ever had.

Its hard for me to review this one because the lady who worked here was so nice. But if you look at the standard sweet shop this one really falls below the line. I came her for a Groupon and got a dozen chocolate covered strawberries. She made them as I waited which was awesome. But they were really small, now she did give me a few extra noting that the strawberries were smaller. I was disappointed cause I wanted the pictures at every other location which showed, a big fat chocolate covered strawberry. Still I was grateful and left. Now while I waited I looked around and the candy cases were thin and the product was old. There were flies and the place just seemed a bit run down. Now I was the only person in the shop the whole time so maybe this is just a slower location. I just overall was bummed about the whole experience.

I grew up with my mom giving my family caramel apples from the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory for pretty much every holiday. I bought some caramel apples with a Valentines theme that were super cute! I also recommend their peanut butte bucks, they’re like recces cups on steroids! Only drawback is that sometimes their opening times can be unreliable since they’re family run and I’ve come a few times when they’re not open at the time posted on the door… bummer. I will still go back for tasty fun chocolate treats.
