While I think it’s great they are starting to make changes with the juice and revamped menu — my egg pocket is suffering. Barely warm, it’s not as full as it used to be and, once again has random ingredients that I did not order and are not even included on the main description. I don’t understand why with seemingly enough people behind the counter they continue to get it wrong. Now I’m going to go warm up my breakfast that should have been all done, previous to me walking out the store. I think it’s time to breakup for good.

Not sure if this business is new but they need to get their stuff together. I came here for lunch and witnessed two people who didn’t know each other complain about the food because it was incorrectly prepared or served cold. Our wrap lacked any flavor or sauce and they forgot to cut it in half and instead served it like a burrito. This place is in a prime location and could make ton of business but lack luster food and confused employees don’t equal a good business model.

«Dear nasty, blonde Franchise Operating Partner: „Heather“: keep your expensive, cold, tasteless food. And if you can, keep your expensive, cold, tasteless self quiet when an unsuspecting potential customer is unlucky enough to wander into your shop. They deserve better.» I’m not sure what I was thinking. I had been here about four times and received cold, flavorless food with a skimpy portion. Watch as veggies and cold meats get tossed in a plastic bag, dumped onto a tortilla, folded then heated to room temp in a panini press. But hey, it’s so conveniently located and«healthy». I was there to meet a friend to catch up, and wasn’t ready to order yet. I sat down to wait for my friend. A blonde lady with a bearing like an angry ice-princess/soccer-mom came over and impatiently asked if she could help me. I said«No, thank you. I’m waiting for a friend.» She began harrassing me, repeatedly, rudely asking me what I was doing there and if she could get me something. I’m talking about obviously fake concern from someone who is clearly a master of false kindness. She wanted me to buy something or leave and wouldn’t budge until I did so. I dress nice, I shave and shower and I’m polite. Did I not fit into your target demographic? Was I the wrong shape, age or what? I haven’t ever been so rudely addressed in public and so I left. Avoid at all costs.

After being contacted by the manager with a solid explanation of their revised recycling policies, as well as additional info about items still available, even if they aren’t on the menu, I decided to try Freshii again. I ordered the Pangoa bowl with a quinoa base and no cheese. I was offered a substitution for the cheese and took the recommended extra avocado. The portion was good and the food was delicious. I also felt like the staff were really making an effort with their customer service(a young woman in line ahead of me had some issues with her past 2 orders). I left with a positive feeling about Freshii, so I think it’s fair to say I’ll be adding them back into my «downtown lunch» rotation. PS — If you buy a canned or bottled beverage, you can return your empty to the counter and they will recycle for you. Hopefully this will be publicized more.

Freshii is my favorite spot for lunch! You can get in and out very quickly, the options are super healthy, and it is great for those with food sensitivities because you can have them leave out things you can’t eat. They have even asked me if I wanted to substitute other items at no additional cost.

Meh pretty much describes this place. Overpriced and under flavored. Good things about this place: friendly staff, clean, great location relative to my office, uses earth friendly products. I decided to give freshii another try after 2 – 3 times of feeling underwhelmed. Today I ordered a custom wrap. A base of half rice and half spinach, black beans, onion, cilantro, topped with pico de gallo and went for the extra cost of two cheese blend($.99) and chicken(1.79). Somehow my wrap ended up costing 9.27 $ which seems expensive to me. And man was it bland. The only flavorful part was the black beans. The chicken is white meat but has absolutely no flavoring, tastes like plain boiled chicken. As I continued to eat my disappointing wrap I realized it had not a single strand of cheese and also no pico de gallo. Super disappointing. Yeah the food is fresh and healthy, but it’s falling into that trap of healthy meaning boring. And honestly I could have made that same burrito at home for 1⁄3 of the cost and 10 times the flavor. I think they can do better.

After my run, I like to stop at this place. I have only tried their Ninja Wrap(with tofu and without) and their tofu spicy lemon grass. I love the Ninja Wrap. I didn’t care much for the tofu spicy lemon grass because I thought it was bland. Service is quick because I go there after 1pm so there’s no crowd. The staff are friendly. The location is clean.

I’ve tried to like this place and have eaten there about seven times. I should have stopped at six. It is a restaurant with food that is overpriced and underwhelming. On my last visit, I tried their latest steak and cheese chili entrée. The first red flag was the portion. I would expect the bowl to be at least half filled, but no. The second issue was the lack of chili itself. Most of the dish was only rice. The only«chili» was literally a thin layer over the rice. Tiny bits of cubed steak pieces were tossed on top and not even incorporated into the«chili». Melted cheese was the topping. At $ 9, this dish was utterly disappointing and maddening. It was perhaps the lamest rendition of «chili» I’ve ever seen any restaurant serve. I wanted to complain, but service was backed up and customers who ordered before me hadn’t received their orders and were visibly getting irritated. I did not want to add to their frustration because the taste, portion and prices were going to do that well on their own. I eat lunch out everyday and like supporting area restaurants, but unfortunately will never try Freshii again. If you want overpriced and bland, this is the place for you.

Love this place! Quick fresh healthy food. It’s a little small and always busy. Must tell you they got something right! Only wish they more locations! We need one in Beaverton

My «go-to» for breakfast almost every morning… all I do is walk in and the staff knows my usual order. The staff is very friendly and service is speedy. Though I haven’t really tried anything else, I’m a huge fan of their egg pockets. They’re the perfect portions, have relatively high nutritional value and are pretty affordable. The whole wheat tortilla sells it for me!

Freshii is your typical a-ok office life, lunch time food place. It’s located near my office building, so basically everyone in my office treats this place like the office cafeteria. The food is a bit pricey, and tastes decent. The plus side: the food here is generally health oriented. There’s a big emphasis on kale and quinoa here, and I love both these things. But I’m no chump– I’m not going to pay $ 10 for quinoa and kale. And I suspect most people wouldn’t either– especially not from Freshii. What Freshii has going for it is convenience. It’s kinda of like a McDonalds, but socially acceptable and in a cleaner, crisper environment. I’ve definitely fallen victim to Freshii a handful of times. When I need a quick, filling lunch, and I’ve only got 10 minutes to grab something, I will go to Freshii. And I will order the Tex Mex burrito with extra avocado, which they’ll do for you for no extra charge(very, very cool of this Freshii team) and this is pretty filling, but not in a gross Taco Bell kind of way. The burrito is full of black beans, avocado, pico and brown rice. It’s pretty large, and about $ 6/$ 7 if you don’t add protein. I have also ordered their breakfast pocket one incredibly hungover morning, and I actually really liked it. I think the Spinach, Mushroom, Cheese one was about $ 3. This pocket included scrambled eggs, roasted red pepper, mushrooms, goat cheese. The guy there even offered to replace the eggs with avocado for me because I told him I wasn’t really in the mood for eggs– Nice. For a pocket, it was pretty large in my opinion, and after eating this, I didn’t even end up having lunch that day. This was a solid pocket. It has be noted that the Freshii team at this location is amazing. They are incredibly friendly, and they try to remember your name, since most people who go there work close to the building, and they’re all just really accommodating and patient.

Hello healthy eating… Came by this place today while I was walking aimlessly down town for lunch. Earlier in the day I had an Egg McMuffin from MCD and decided I should balance it out with a fresh veggie dish from somewhere… than I remember Freshii. Walked there from my work and looked at the menu they had. It’s like really any fast food joint, look at the signs order step aside and wait for your food as they call your name. I really wasn’t sure what I wanted to order, a wrap, a rice bowl or soup. After reviewing the menu I opted for the Teriyaki rice bowl. The Teriyaki Rice Bowl came with cucumbers, carrots, broccoli, some beans, and brown rice with teriyaki sauces poured on the rice. I also asked for Chicken which is white meat. All this for $ 8.50 +/-change. Hello healthy eating. The bowl was surrounded by said vegetables and reminded me of a bimbibop like Korean food. I stirred that sucker around and ate it. I thought the flavor wasn’t too bad at all, maybe some Siracha sauce would have been nice to add on but I didn’t think it was too bad at all. The veggies were cold though, but I guess that’s the meaning of this place… fresh veggies… at least they were not overcooked and soggy. The meal was surprisingly ok… it was light and not heavy. I do think it’s a wee bit overpriced though. Would I eat here again? Maybe, I can see myself coming by here just once in a while. Like every couple of months… it really depends on how I feel.

Freshii catered the Fit Right Fitness Fashion show at Pure Space and I was soo happy they were chosen! I’m no vegan(or vegetarian for that matter) but their veggie rolls were wonderful! So was their rice and chicken — because their peanut sauce was so heavenly! Literally, I could drink that sauce. The slaw was wonderful too, but again, everything was made wonderful with that peanut sauce. They also served little won ton’s that I couldn’t stop shoveling into my mouth. I think their main business is catering, so they would be a business I would hint at to our vendors — to hire to cater lunch for us.

Visited their cart on Curry ave. next to the OHSU center for health and wellness. Had the Bacon Cob wrap with chicken, it was outa this world! The staff was quick and friendly too.

I’m only giving it 1 star because the guy who delivered the meal was charming and the materials are all biodegradable/earth friendly. The dish I got was terrible, and the woman at the counter was stone faced and unfriendly. I asked if I could get my Buddah Satay bowl spicy and she gave me a blank look and asked, «what do you mean». I said, «I like my food spicy, maybe add some extra onions or red chili paste?» She said they couldn’t do that but that there was Sriacha(sp) sauce by the condiments, then dismissed me. So I get this small bowl of noodles with RUNNY, BLAND, PEANUTSAUCE. It was flavored water at best. The brocolli and tofu were minuscule, and when I went to log this«healthy» dish into my food journal I about crapped when I learned that this bland, unfilling bowl was a whopping 783CALORIES, 111CARBSAND23FAT I was so pissed. I could have gone to McDonald’s, gotten a 99 cent McDouble, felt full, and probably served with a happier face than at Freshii and for LESSCALORIES. Freshii also come to the Travel and Event fair where I work and the wraps they brought were oily and bland tasting as well. All in all — overpriced, unfriendly save for the guy who hands you your wrap or bowl, fast food environment inside in which to dine but with high end prices — no thanks.

I went back again for a second try, this time at the 1st& Main location. I am adding one star, to 3(«A-OK») total. I got the Wrangler bowl, which is black beans, brown rice, barbeque sauce, some vegetables(corn, etc). It is about 6 bucks, plus another 2 bucks for chicken. Again, a bit pricey when compared to nearby alternatives(Subway, carts, etc). However, the flavor was better this time. The BBQ sauce had good flavor, and it meshed well with the other ingredients. I would get it again. There is a place that does similar rice bowls called Café Yumm that is maybe an 8 minute walk up by Portland State. For about the same price their flavor is way better. All in all Freshii will probably be a place I go to maybe once a month. It seems like a relatively healthy option, and certain items on the menu have appeal. But not something that I am going to crave.

Had the Asian Noodle bowl and spent around $ 7.00. Quick verdict: Chicken was mushy, the sauce light and spicy, with the rice noodles taking up about 90% of the box. I was full after eating the box but the overall taste did not impress and I was not satisfied in any way. I would rather go to Noodles and Company instead. Did not seem any more healthier to me despite the claims. Environmentally friendly, yeah, I will give them that.
