The food is good for a ‘sandwich box chain’ store and the people working behind the counter are always men when I go in. I’ve never seen a woman working there, which I find odd but it is what it is. My order wasn’t messed up but the servers never smile and they mumble when you order.

For a chain, this particular Subway has got it when it comes to efficiency and awareness. While here, they greeted every person coming through the door. I came during the lunch rush, but from the door to my first bite, it was honestly less than five minutes.
I got a footlong but only wanted to eat half now and the rest later. The guy was nice enough to put half in a basket to eat here and the rest in a bag to go. Superb. That’s seriously amazing. They’ve got a working team and I have no complaints.
One of the Sandwich Artists also greeted the person in line behind me by name. Kudos for their friendly service!

Come here in the morning — its usually quiet, the staff is friendly, and the trip to get some breakfast is quick. Thanks, guys.

AWFUL service just now. Rude employees who mumble so you can’t understand them and impatient with customers. There were probably five people total in the place (customers), so was not a rush by any means. I don’t know what issues these employees are having amongst themselves but with all the other food options we have downtown, I will take my money elsewhere.
Does nothing for my already dwindling opinion of Subway in general.

I think virtually everyone has been in, eaten at or is familiar with Subway and its fare, so I need not discuss that.
What I will say is that this may be the friendliest Subway in the Northwest. Quick, efficient and with what actually seems to be a genuine smile.
My only complaint is that this location is often inundated with the lunch crowd… bad for me but good for them! And even with the lunch rush, I’ve never waited more than 7 – 10 minutes.
