Alder Property Management was completely unprofessional in my dealings with them. They did not feel it necessary to return my calls or messages. The lady who I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and completely unaware that I had even applied to a property, a WEEK after not returning my phone calls (even after explaining that them responding was a very time-sensitive matter) they sent me a cold email denying my application with absolutely no grounds, or explanation. I will never be dealing with these people again. :thumbs down:
