Eco Cleaning Services

I have had Eco Cleaning come to my house three times now and could not be happier! The floors and couch get deep cleaned and the whole house looks amazing. Kamila is the lady that cleans my house and she even organizes all of my shoes! I would recommend this company to anyone that likes their house cleaned with out leaving any bleach or harsh chemical smells. I also own two corgis that shed quite a bit and I can not tell you how hard it is to get rid of all that hair. When I come home after a cleaning my house is sparkling and hair-​less! I love it!

The worst service I have had. They first did a deep clean, which was not too bad. Then they cleaned once, not terribly thorough, but ok. Then a no show with no call. They showed up twice after that and then another no show with no call. Then they came one more time and the cleaning was only half done. Rugs weren’t vacuumed, kitchen floor was still dirty, surfaces not wiped with sticky stuff on the dining room table and dust all around, dust bunnies in many corners, bathroom and kitchen trash cans not emptied, nor the recycling. The bed was thrown hastily together. However, the corners of the toilet paper roll were nicely turned over to a cute little point so I could tell someone had been there. I sent several pictures of my dirty house, and they said — sorry, we’ll give you a 20% discount next time. I texted back that I was not interested in a discount, I wanted someone to come back and finish the job. No response! So, I spent two hours cleaning my own house after paying someone to do it. Bad!

I really wanted to like this cleaning service. But after 3 disappointing services, plus 1 redo (that was still unsatisfactory). I had to give up on them. The girls were all very nice with pleasant personalities and the rates were low… however, the home cleaning services they provided were not very thorough. I keep my home pretty tidy already. I just like to have someone else come to do deep cleaning and the more time consuming tasks, washing floors, showers, counters. In my opinion, as nice as these girls are, they are clueless as to what «clean» really looks like.
WARNING after my last cleaning service I requested my key back. Several times I left voicemails and email messages with the owner (who I’ve contacted successfully with both methods while I was a client) not once did I receive a response. I was to the point of changing my locks realizing I wasn’t getting it back and worried I’d come home to an empty condo one day… It has been nearly 8 WEEKS since requesting my key be returned and just TODAY received my key in the mail without a note or apology for the delay.
Don’t waste your time or patience on this company. Certainly don’t risk your security.
