Formerly the Rio Java Gourmet Coffee & Tea. Sandra Petron has been open in this location for 4 years. This smallish location on the main drag thru Port Isabel has probably 6 – 8 tables, has a good menu for breakfast and assorted sandwiches for lunch as well.
