Old Chicago Pizza Delivery

pick up easy. sausage, artichoke hearts and olives. so very good…

Had it delivered last night after a long weekend and some less than desirable recent food experiences. The pizzas were at my place in about an hour and cooked perfectly and as good as always. You can’t do any better than this for a Chicago style pizza.

I order from them about 3 times a month. Try the ice cream cookies as desert Hands down best delivery and pizza service ever.

Always been a fan of Old Chicago downtown which is my first choice. But this location is close to home. Went for a pick up and it was ready as scheduled. You just can’t beat Old Chicago. Took it to work with me to share with my co-​workers that have never had the old Chicago experience. I think I have introduced six more fans!

I am a bigger fan of the one on the west side, but this one is easier to get take out from on a busy weekend. I know the pizza in theory should be made the same, and they taste very very similar, but it’s just not as awesome as the one on the west side.
Staff is friendly, and I’ve always gotten my order made correctly, maybe they use a different oven? or I don’t know — but the dough just doesn’t seem to have that beautiful crunch on the outter edge and the perfect chewy texture that the one on the westside does.
Great Staff, and good pizza is the bottom line.

Me and my roomie have been wanting to try this place cause every one in petaluma says its amazing. Ill be honest, the garlic bread is good, and the pizza taste great. but it is not amazing. I am use to deep dish stuffed chicago style, like paxtis, zacharys, and in chicago the one and only giordanos. The pizza is good though. and the price is right. ingredients taste good.
Ill be honest and say i prefer NY style or chicago stuffed style, so im a little impartial to other pizzas. but still good nonetheless

Pizza and salad delivery arrived after more than an hour. It arrived with no silverware (an issue b/​c we were not at home). The pizza and salad were delicious but the pizza was full of hair. That was kind of gross. Summary: delivery was terrible (0 stars), food was tasty (4 stars), we question sanitary conditions given hair in the pie (0 stars).

Best Pizza Ever! i have been coming here for may years and it has never let me down. they will continue to get my money. their pizzas are untouched in Sonoma County by any other pizzeria that i have been to.

Moved back from Colorado after ten years, missed this pizza! There was an Old Chicago chain in Colorado, but there is no comparison. This is a deep dish type of pizza, but a singular take a la Petaluma river style, that is delicious! Don’t order unless you love thick dough and lotsa cheese!

The food here is nothing short of legendary. Though I’ve been to Chicago a couple times and never saw any pizza that even remotely resembled this one. My family orders pizza here at least a few times a year for parties and always happy. The pizzas are gigantic. You get a lot for your money. Initially looks expensive but when you consider it weighs 27lbs it’s a good value.

The web site says open until 9:30 but the kitchen closes at 9:00. We called at 9:02 — SOL. At least the web site should warn customers. They don’t really need your business, find a place that does.

I’ve always loved Old Chicago, the one on the west side… While I do like this Old Chicago, it just doesn’t quite hold up to the standard. I do get my pizza delivered from this location and its always really good. Also, when I go pick it up, the people are always very friendly.

Ive had a lot of Deep Dish Pizzas but this is in the top 2 list hands DOWN! Their pizzas are not like Zachary’s but they are night and day in comparison, but my lord, each pizza has its own merits. Im from Oakland and I have Zachary’s a couple miles from my house and without a doubt Zachary’s has the best sauce and crust (no offense to OLD CHICAGO) but Old Chicago takes the Bakery with their Cheesiness and the rustic flavors that go with it! Never bad service and always on time! I ordered a half baked 5 or 6 times and every time it came out GLORIOUS! Pesto chicken, pepperoni, mushroom, onions and garlic. Omg. Sooooo awesome. Cant go wrong with Old Chicago. As a deep dish lover I cant stress how good it is. Just make sure to get extra sauce and an XL! You’ll keep eating it! Trust me! Its a Pie you wont forget!

I normally always have a great experience with old Chicago. The last time we ordered it was late. The pizza arrived almost uncooked and soggy. Not fun. However 99% of the time it’s great just don’t order close to closing time.

28 dollars for a large two topping pizza. Seriously?

do not come here expecting to sit down for a meal. too small — an ordering counter and a table in the corner. I would say this place is delivery only!

We’ve lived in Petaluma for 16 years and have always enjoyed the pizza here and used their delivery service often. Tonight was the worst experience I’ve had with them. At 5:45, I called on our landline to order 3 pizzas, The woman answered «Old Chicago Pizza». I said «I’d like to get some pizzas delivered». She paused, said nothing and hung up on me. I tried this and had the same experience 3 times. Finally, I called on my cell phone. When she answered, I asked her if she could hear me, she said yes and put me on hold, where I waited for 9 minutes with no one picking up.
I finally said the heck with it and hung up. I called Hector’s on the same landline that got hung up on at Old Chicago and they picked up, took my order right away and delivered the pizzas in 35 minutes.
I’ve spent a lot of my life in retail and I forgive a lot, but if this woman
sooooo busy, too busy to take care of a customer on hold, she should ask for help. I felt that this was some of the worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Sadly, it reflects on the company

Our pizza metric: do we rush to the fridge the next morning to eat it cold for breakfast. Have you had cold pizza? it’s a great way to assess the quality of the sauce, and the overall flavors. This pizza was ok the night we ordered it, though expensive. But cold the next day? OMG. Like a brick of slime. So sad. What a waste!
We got the thin crust, and it still was heavy heavy crust. The sauce was sparse and the cheese was beyond heavy-​handed. Ugh.

I LOVE that Old Chicago delivers!

This place has such great pizza! We can’t resist having a slice before we hit the road for home and they are great about making it happen. My son said he has a first world problem… it is so hard to wait for the cheese to cool enough to dig into!
