La cucaracha! Dirty Starbucks location. Made the mistake of coming here for a meeting with a regional director and was terrified I’d find roaches in my handbag or hair. Seriously, it’s really dirty in here. I saw 3 baby cochroaches and would have left, but I was in the middle of the meeting. Lots of employees socializing, and couldn’t tell who was a customer and who was an employee as they weren’t in their barista attire. Never again.

Three employees but only 1 person making the coffees. Took me at least 15 minutes to get my cappuccino and when I entered only 1 person in front of me to order. With 6 people waiting for theirs, they should have had two employees working together to get them done faster.

Went in around 5:00 for coffee for the ride home. Ordered coffee with milk and sugar and one flat black
Coffee came with no sleeve and after sitting in my car I realized there was no sugar in my reg coffee!
I went back inside an had to add sugar my-​self.
Store was extremely dirty! Employees work very slow!

I come here almost every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to get my homework done. The service is almost always friendly, fast, and the drinks are made very well. If they ever get a drink wrong, which they barely ever do, they remake it for you without attitude. Love coming here!

Used my Starbucks app to place an order for 2 drinks & 1 breakfast sandwich. App said 3 to 7 minutes until it was ready. I showed up at the location where I sent my order, walked to the pick up area for food & drinks and it was ready & eating for me in a handy carrying tray with the stoppers in each drink so they kept hot & didn’t spill during its car ride to my work.
This app was easy to use, you customize your orders, and there is no wait ad you don’t have to stand in the normal ordering line, you just go to the pick up area. This particular location is always busy in the mornings more than others that I’ve been to & they know how to make sure you don’t wait for your app order.

So apparently at this Starbucks if you order a coffee with sugar in it, you also have to ask for it to be stirred. When you send it back to have it stirred after tasting it, they treat you like an a-​hole. I normally would NEVER spend my money at Starbucks but I was given a gift card so thought I would spend it. Also, three times (and the only times) they have messed up my order of cream and sugar and stirring.
Save your money and your good taste and go to Java Jacks around the corner, where they always get it right and do it with a smile on their face.

Good service, items well stocked, and pretty quick for a busy Starbucks. There isn’t a drive through for this location, but there is a big shared parking lot.

The Associates acted very business friendly. I was assisted within a timely manner. The woman’s restroom was out of order so I had to use the men’s. That was a bit off putting, especial since the toilet paper had issues issues. Otherwise all was good.

I work in the same shopping center and normally have excellent service until last night when they ran out of coffee and made me wait over 5 minutes for a pour over and then this afternoon when they were «temporarily closed» for most of the day! Seriously you are going to be closed unexpectedly on a weekend day with no explanation?! Really upsetting considering I didn’t have enough time to go to another coffee shop!!! Soo wasn’t cool. Think I won’t be going back here anytime soon!!! Some advice if there’s a situation where it’s necessary to close put that on your hand made sign so patrons will be more understanding instead of just sitting by the fireplace staring at a person coming to the door or better yet greet them and explain why you are closed «temporarily» and when expect to re-​open it will go a long way! Also ya might want to have more than 2 employees working on a Saturday night and especially when one is still training!!!

Well, they got the maple scones back, which is nice, so i’m upping the review to 3 stars. Though the rest is still about the same.
I ask Starbucks this one question, though: Why wouldn’t you announce it’s disappearance before at least SOMEWHERE? I know that you removed it from the menus so it wasn’t that much of a shocker, but still, is it that hard to have a sign somewhere in the shop saying «No more maple scones»?
Anyway, yeah. Thanks to Starbucks for getting those delicious maple scones back.

This Starbucks has the best seating ever! There is an additional area to sit — which includes comfy chairs and tables. The area is away from the store section, so its a great place to read, surf the net without the business of the store.

So, I have to admit something… I know these people, if I were to say it in Jive, I may say something like, «These is my peeps dog», or something to that effect, I’m sure you get my drift… This place is cool, getting ready for a big remodel, they will be getting a clover machine (oh yes Petaluma residents, you heard me…), and they have a fireplace… I hear star crossed lovers can be found singing the joys of tasty Starbucks in front of this fireplace… I also heard the baby jesus was found all wrapped in a cloth, near this heart warming fireplace… Okay okay… Just go here… Drink more coffee… And when the clover machine gets here, drink that… I have personally had a cup myself… Best damn coffee west of the Atlantic ocean…
