Our evening started with waiting for our waiter. He finally came and took our orders. We ordered an appetizer along with steaks. I had my meal come with a salad. The salad comes a long time before our appetizer comes. We had the potato skins. they were over cooked. Could hardly cut the potato skins. Then our steaks finally come. Out of three steaks, only one came as ordered. Mine was to be medium rare and my wife’s was to be medium. Mine came medium and hers was medium rare. They took them back. They were give me a new steak and just cook hers more. Again after a long wait, the steaks come back again. Again mine was medium and my wife’s was medium rare. I don’t know who can’t take orders, but they screwed up twice. We had it at that time. We just took what we got and took them home. The person who brought the steaks the second time was trying to tell me that mine was medium rare. it had a slight pink center. Back to the waiter. We asked for more lemon, never got it. He offered us a plastic bag to carry our food home in, he never delivered. Then before we leave, he comes and takes out payment. In a good restaurant, they have the good grace to wait until we leave to take payment. This was our friend’s favorite restaurant. We will not be going back. We didn’t even get the free peanuts at the beginning. I would stay away from this place.

Dinner tonight for four. Once again Texas Road house delivers. The steaks were cooked exactly how they were ordered. The service was very good. The waitress was a delight. Good service, good food and very fair prices.

I downloaded this app just because how badly we were treated. We got there at 4:50. They were starting to get a dinner rush. The blond lady just asked how many people in our party, I said two. She said to stand in front of the board and we were 3rd to be seated. A few parties later she started asking for a name and handing out a buzzer. They started seating people with buzzers before us. We waited a few minutes, then went up and asked her what was going on. She took our name and gave us a buzzer and apologized and said she would put us at the top of the list. After 20 more minutes they started seating parties of two that got there way after we got our buzzer. By this time I was really irritated. We decided to give up and eat at the chili’s across the street. We went back and handed her the buzzer, and told her we didn’t want to wait anymore. For the first time in an hour she smiled and said awesome.

Come here a lot because it is one of a few steak places in Parker. At best half the time my steak is cooked right. Medium rare should not be that hard. Wish there was a better steak place in Parker.

I love this place. Never bad food or service. The rolls paired with their cinnamon butter is to die for!

The service was good and the food was your typical corporate menu. You will have a very long wait if you go there on a weekend and the place tends to be quite noisy. I doubt that I will go back not unless someone else comes up with the idea, but the prices weren’t bad for what you got in return.

Best steak house in Parker! My family and I have been going here for ages! The food is always great! We’ve never had a bad meal. The servers are always up beat and friendly. The rolls with cinnamon butter is the main reason we go. Don’t get me wrong, the main course is great too, but those rolls, nothing can beat them! The wait is super long. Unless you do what we do, call ahead! It makes it so much easier! We can get in and seated within 10 min rather than waiting 30 – 40 as a «walk in» customer.

Lot of people waiting but moved quickly. Entrée and appetizers were great. Service was quick and efficient. Was really impressed with our waitress and how attentive she was.

This place is very good for an inexpensive steakhouse. It can get really crowded at peak times, but worth the wait. Service can be iffy at times, but most restaurants are that way. My only complaint is I’ve never been able to get rare piece of prime rib, no problem getting my steaks rare. Everything is big and you won’t leave hungry.

First and for most our waitress Amanda V. Was just great and bubbly and very friendly. she will become the waitress I will ask for by name every time I come here. The food was great as always from the bread with the signiture honey cinnamon butter to my steak cooked to perfection. Any time your looking for a great staff and good food come here be sure to ask for Amanda V. Truly a young lady who enjoys what she does.

When you walk in you see this awesome steaks in a refrigerator. I had my hopes pretty high based on what I saw. Sadly, the NY Strip I got was apparently pounded thin to make it look larger and the flavor seemed overly artificial. That sort of ruined the whole experience for me. The peanuts were good though.

Probably the toughest ribeye I have ever had. My wife had wings and they came out cold. My steak was lukewarm. We have a poor experience almost every time we come here. Probably won’t come back.

I love this place! I just wanted to post another review to thank all at Texas Roadhouse for the outstanding job done for the Veterans Day lunch. I’m sorry I can’t remember my waitress name, but what a sweetheart. She did a great job and I’ve found this to be true of all the staff every time I eat there. KUDOS.

My friend and I sat down at the bar to have a drink and a blooming onion while we waited for a friend to get off work near by. There were two bartenders(one blonde and one pregnant) and neither of them would acknowledge us. The blonde finally said«hello» to us 5 minutes later and handed us menus but still wouldn’t take our drink orders. On top of that, the bar had 3 people other than us tops. she wasn’t busy. She was ignoring us. We even watched a different customer come sit at the bar, and she ran right over to him and he had a drink in front of him within a minute while we sit across from him wishing we had a drink or a competent bartender. The pregnant bartender didnt even look at us or make eye contact. They both blatantly ignored us. I wont be back any time soon, and if I do, I definitely wont be sitting at the bar.

This place is always I mean always busy! Which means of course it serves up great food for a reasonable price and keeps the customers happy. The staff is always friendly even though clearly the hostesses always look like the are about to have panic attacks, lol. The wait staff takes your order quickly, gets you your salads and before you know it your tasty steak is right in front of you. All in all for a chain restaurant this local one seems to be more charming then other roadhouses I have visited.

I have eaten at the Parker Location probably 50 times, until recently it has always been consistent and great for the family steakhouse category. I don’t expect it to be Del Frisco’s. Unfortunately something has changed here. The last 3 out of four visits have all had one or more steaks dreadfully overcooked, the servers have handled it great but the inevitable manager visit has been less than diplomatic, completely unapologetic, and in fact you feel as though you’ve annoyed them for even objecting to the steak being off by two temperatures. I haven’t given up yet but it’s time for some refresher training. The servers here are always outstanding so that’s a plus.

The service here was on point. The food came out piping hot and in a timely manner. We ordered the smothered chicken and the chicken fried chicken. Both were very good. Only complaint– small glass of wine was 9.50 a glass(and not very good wine either).

I know it’s a chain but they put a local spin on it here. The steaks are always well prepared and you get very fair portions for the price. The onion blossom– they’re so good, the rolls– all of them heaven, and the by the time the steak comes out– I’m totally full. It doesn’t matter though because you can’t help but to keep eating. The steaks are always juicy and they always come out cooked to your specifications. The hero of the night was our waitress, Audrey. The restaurant was packed to the gills and we had a table full of my rowdy, hungry family members. Audrey was an ace under the pressure. She was attentive, nice, and never left us needing absolutely anything. She was awesome.

Texas Roadhouse is ALWAYS busy. ALWAYS. I see like 5 people I know every time I go there. Peanuts are nice, although people just toss the shells on the floor. I feel sorry for whoever sweeps up there! I love the rolls and stuff that come out before dinner, it’s always nice to have something to snack on before you eat a big steak. I used to hate steak as a kid, but I always want the BIGGEST sizes when I get steak now. Very good steak. I came here for my 15th birthday, and they sang to me and brought out a sundae. It’s a good place to get a steak or hamburger, at least for a chain restaurant, and the price. They taste the same even in Texas. I recommend coming here(who hasn’t been to Texas Roadhouse??), but only when it isn’t busy. Or else you could be waiting a while. WARNING: NOTFORPEOPLEWITHPEANUTALLERGIES
