Food good. There isn’t an actual village which was disappointing but everything else was good. The hostess could write a V that didn’t look like an R though.

Best experience I’ve ever had at this location. I was told the wait would be 15 minutes and it turned out to be 9. Then our waiter, Shawn, quickly acknowledged us and let us know he’d be there in a minute. Once he did arrive he was extremely attentive and caring. When he took our order he didn’t write a thing down which shocked me because we ordered seven items! Our food only took about 10 minutes and it came out all correct. At that point we started to realize this was a fantastic trip. Shawn was the best waiter I’ve ever had, he definitely earned the big tip I left and I will certainly be returning.

We’ve been to many VI’s and have never had such horrible service. Been sitting here for over 30 minutes and still no food. A table comes on sits down next to us, gets there food and the waitress says to us, «Oh, what did you have again? It didn’t get in the system.» We walk out and all she says is «Sorry about that.» Those that were getting there food had orders coming out wrong, just overall horrible customer service!

Came with a friend at 11am Thursday morning and was seated right away. The waitstaff was very friendly and we never ran out of coffee. We both ordered their new egg scrambles which were great, but on the smaller side. The potato fries in the scramble were delicious! Given it’s the only diner in the area, I’ll be coming back. I think next time I’ll try me some chocolate chip pancakes!

After my nieces basketball game we were all hungry & decided to stop here. We were a party of 7 w\ 3 kids & they didn’t even have a booth big enough for us. I had never eaten here before but my dad seems to like that they serve breakfast anytime of day. I ordered the grown up grilled cheese sans tomatoes but substitute for avocado«Cali style» of course! It comes with fries but ordered a salad instead. My niece ordered chicken strips with fries & dad ordered breakfast. We did come in around 11a.m. but our service was slow. Kids were getting cranky from hunger and it was starting to rub off on us too. When I got my food I told my waitress right away I ordered a salad not fries. She immediately went back & fixed it for me. Although I did ordered avocado with my sandwich, bacon was out in instead. I was starving at that point & not willing to wait. I also cut up the chicken strips for my niece. Which even with a knife was sorta tough, however she did eat a lot of them.

Not sure why I expected this visit to be any different, but I’m pretty it will me last We stopped for lunch today, Saturday, Jan 16, 2016. I ordered a bowl of vegetable beef soup and a ½ of a tunafish sandwich. Perfectly screwed up both! The soup was a chili base, I was counting on a broth base. The waitress graciously exchanged it for a cup of Chicken Noodle. It takes a lot of good old fashioned hard work to make really bad Chicken Noodle, but VI was successful. The tuna fish salad sandwich… yea, the white bread was crusty and the tuna salad was completely devoid of any taste! There wasn’t s any taste of tuna., so from that standpoint it could have been most any«salad» sandwich. I was so sure I would order some pie, but just wasn’t sure now much that could be srewed up! In the Parker area, there are too many other places to go. Go there!

Food is great but the wait staff could use some classes on customer service. I was ignored for 25 minutes. Then 3 waiters came up to my table over a 2 minute time span and each asked if I was ready to order. I ordered 27 minutes ago and was still waiting less patiently than before. When the food did arrive, it came with the bill. No waiting on that part of the food dining experience. I do believe they are still looking for the tip.

Food is good but service is slow. Had to wait 20 mins to get drinks and 15 minutes after our order was taken the server still had not entered it into the computer.

My favorite. We always come here for Free Pie Wednesday. The VIB is like 7 $ a person, and you get to choose between egg types, meat types, hashbrowns, pancakes, etc. Each add on is only 1.00. Pretty filling, great food. Service is normally always fast. The pie is amazing, and my mom is constantly sending me to vi to pick up a whole pie for desert. I haven’t had a pie there I didn’t like. They are open late which is nice, because pie is a great late night snack!!! However, one time our service was slow. Our waiter was awful. The manager was very kind and took care of our drinks and one of our meals. We didn’t tip. And we normally always tip. We eat at Village Inn at least once a week. We normally go every week for free pie. Cheap, delicious, and good service. A great place to go for breakfast any time of the day.

Delicious breakfast, delicious pies, and quick service. It’s a little pricey but still very good.

Nobody in the restaurant. Walked in and two servers saw me and decided that they needed to finish their conversation first. Unhappy and slow people work here. Good is just okay, I usually love vi

I do enjoy coming here on occasion. Never have been let down. Service it good and so is the food. I forget which day it is, but one of the days of the week is free pie day. Yum.

Not impressed. It had been a few years that I had visited a Village Inn because of all of them closing in Colorado Springs. I was very dissatisfied with the food. My girlfriend got eggs, bacon and a bagel and I got an eggs benedict. All of it was bad. The hollandaise was salty and gross, the fries were cold, the bacon was stiff and overcooked, the bagel was cold and the cheese was forgotten on my girlfriend’s eggs. Bad news altogether. I will never go back.

The Village Inn is a solid and consistent place to enjoy breakfast and lunch. We have never been here for dinner. What I like most is the fast and friendly service. Food is good and served as a reasonable price. Gotta check the pie out too… yummy!

Always slow service even when there are not many guests. Food is not worth the price.

Always clean. Friendly staff. Delicious food. Even though it’s a chain, you still feel like you’re in a small town diner. Prices are fair for the portion size. They have delicious country gravy and the new choices on the VIB menu are great.

Made a huge mistake and went to the Friday night all you can eat fish fry. Terrible… everything is made to order but mine came out very old and tough… worst meal I’ve had since being in Colorado. I know i should rely on going to the Village Inn for fish but i wanted to try it… trust me… don’t do it!

You know, not exceptional but certianly not bad at all. We had a pretty decent breakfast and the bonus is that on Wednesdays between 10am and 10pm you get a free piece of pie with every order! My son loved that :) I would say that it was a good meal overall and we will be back. It was also very clean and had a fun, old school diner feel. Also, the hostess was very fast and efficent although we did have to wait a bit for our food. Like I said, A-OK.

Facility was not very clean. The floor under our booth was littered with crayons, rubber bands, and food particles. Fixtures looked like they had not seen a wipe-down in a while. Food was very greasy. Looks as though it was sloppily thrown on the plates. Waited over 5 mins from when we were seated for coffee to arrive. Server was nice and cordial, but it was apparent he was not the most skilled. Was last here about 4 years ago. It has devolved tremendously. Seems like the type of restaurant where one would be scared to see the kitchen. We like Village Inn’s, but will not visit this one again.

I hadn’t been here in years. The last few times I was here, back in the day, the food was flat out bad, and so was the coffee. My recent visit was acceptable, if not amazing. The coffee was decent, and the food was reasonably well-prepared. The service was also pretty good. I am not a Village Inn«hater». The nice new one by Parker Road and E470, that closed all too soon, was quite good. The one up by Arapahoe and Parker Road has been solid over the years as well. Would I rather go here than Egg & I or IHOP in Parker? Definitely not. But, I will stop in again down the road.
