Terrible customer service. Went there looking for a sim card & they had none. When I asked why they got very defensive. When I suggested maybe I should look at another service provider another sales guy came over and asked if I would like my account number for the change. They also indicated there is no money in providing sim cards, but would love to sell me a new phone. Went to the corporate store in Park Meadows Mall — great service! Turns out the Parker store is privately owned and not under the same quality customer service standards of T-Mobile that we have come to appreciate over the years.

All I can say is that their service is impeccable. My daughter’s iphone 5 died and I bought a new Samsung at Walmart. I took it over to T Mobile and the employee, Katt R. transferred the phone number, helped set up a G Mail account, and helped download an app which transferred everything(contacts, games, videos) from icloud to the phone. Katt made this experience completely carefree for me. This place is the best!
