Won’t go back, used to eat here weekly, but on two occasions they mixed up our bill with another table, one for the tune of about $ 360 another time around $ 175. Asked to speak to the manager, she acted like it was no big deal, no offer of compensation and barely an apology. Next time we went we were left standing at the hostess table for 15 minutes with barely anyone in the restaurant, we walked out and went next door tongue brickhouse

We are regular customers at Saltgrass, and over the years I must say what once was a go to place has become a avoid place, as there menu and overall food quality had diminished over time. Staff does a good job as service is good but the food quality and price are factors that will keep us from going back anytime soon…

It wasn’t as good as I expected, good yeah but a few things put me off a little. When j first got there I couldn’t find any parking in the front so I went around back, that’s fine I don’t mind walking but, they didn’t shovel the walks in the back, ton of parking back there but nobody shoveled. Ok so we had reservations for 7, we check in, may as well not had reservations, they still just sat us in the order we arrived. The Mac and cheese was awesome! I got a t-bone, it had a ton of gristle which was a bummer but the bad part was the amount of salt on it, this is weird for me to say because I’m a huge salt eater but this was almost not edible. Nothing made me want me to ever return. Way too much money to have this many issues.

Not a meat eater so it’s not the Perfect place for me, but my family liked it. They staff is very nice and payed attention to my request for my salad due to allergies. However service is very slow and the place was hosting a party in the back in which someone kept loudly Whistling, disrespectfully to the rest of is in the restaurant. Also pricey.

Ok… My 42nd birthday bringing the whole family of 8. All started off good Nice Waiter… yet if the food sucks then it all goes bad. And of course last night meal the Chef decided to send me out a burnt 16oz Rib Eye. The beauty of it was they hide the burnt side on the bottom… thanks for quality control. So it was sent back… waited 20 minute for another… this time it wasn’t burnt… but it wasn’t cooked either…90% Blue. KEEPINMINDTHEPLACEWASNOTEVEN A QUARTERFULL. NOTBUSYATALL. I gave up and since the rest of my party had finished. I left only eating a salad. SO I THANKSALTGRASSFOR A LOUSYEVENINGANDMOST-LIKELYWILLNEVERRETURN.

I have eaten here several times over the past 10 years and it’s always been good. It a typical noisy restaurant, but the food is pretty good.

Staying at a nearby hotel… Decided to go in and give Saltgrass a try. The server was great(even though I showed up at closing time!), he was friendly without being intrusive. The food, I give it 4 out of 5 stars, the steak was just as requested, and the steak soup I tried was excellent! Loved it! I’ve always said it… The further north I get from Florida, the better the service and the quality of the food! I recommend Saltgrass if you’re ever in the area, reasonably priced dinner with great service.

This place has never let me down. One of the few steak houses where I can order a sirloin and love it. The poppers are great too. Service is always quick, food is great and prices are not crazy.

We had our rehearsal dinner here and it turned out Amazing. I spoke with Sherrie who got everything figured out for us for the night of our dinner. We had 19 people and a menu of three items we picked out. The service was awesome and fast for a Friday night! They kept checking in and making sure everything was okay. The best part was the food! Oh my goodness from the steak and shrimp to the chicken and the sides! I am in love with the macaroni and cheese! Each steak was cooked to each persons liking. Our friends and family couldn’t stop talking about the food! I’m so excited this restaurant is so close to where we live! I see date night here in our future! :)

Steak house that gives off the vibe of being straight out of Texas. Nice place with the Texas ambiance. Big restaurant with lots of parking in the lot. Excellent service. Fried mushroom appetizer was great. Early bird special during the week until 6p. I had the chicken fried steak with french fried onions which could have been more crisp. The green salad that came with it had lots of cheese and too much dressing. Ask for it on the side. Huge ice cream and brownie dessert. Nice and warm. Good to split with a few people. Big screen TV’s and a semi-private room with glass wall. Good steak house.

I’m not really a steak house person but wow. Great food. Great service. Our server Ryan was just great. Never had an empty drink or ran low on condiments. He even brought me out a whole carafe of sweet tea in case I ran out lol. Try the steak salad and the cheese fries. I’ve never seen cheese fries so big and delicious! This location in Parker was a very pleasant experience !

We went there to try something new and overall it was very good. I ordered the potato soup(yum!), sirloin & macaroni and cheese. Overall, the food was seasoned and cooked well. I’m not really into animal heads on the wall and there were plenty; plus the ladies’ room is in need of an update. Other than that, pretty good.

Starting with the limp soggy Caesar salad. The lettuce was to wet to hold the dressing. Ordered an 8oz burger with cheddar cheese and fries the fries were room temperature and must have been cooked ahead of time. Maybe under a heat lamp but definitely not fresh. I ordered my burger medium but no juice came out if it as if it had been cooked previous also. I tried my wife’s garlic mashed potatoes and the were not hot either. Maybe because it’s a Saturday night but no excuse for sub standard food. Will give them a second try. But this trip was disappointing.

Not the best Saltgrass I’ve been to. Drinks are ok. Food is not bad. Staff is friendly. Tried their Filet Mignon and even though it was full of flavor it felt like it was missing something. Their ribeye was much better from the previous visit vs. the filet. Still good enough to come back to again.

Meh. We went there for our anniversary. And while the food was just ok… we felt very rushed even though the place was empty, and the hostess seemed like she really wanted to be someplace else. For the money… it shouldn’t have felt like they were trying to rush us out… and the hostess should have been able to plaster a fake smile on her face. Honestly, Texas road house puts out just as good a steak, with a friendlier atmosphere, for a third less money. I probably wouldn’t go back.

Not impressed. Poor quality of food. Poor quality of steak. I didn’t like the shrimp but the steak was pretty good.

Still a fan, for what it is. I tried three appetizers today. The French fried onions were great, especially before they cooled off. The chuck wagon cheese fries were pretty good; the dip that came with them was a great addition. The queso fresco was my favorite thing — really good queso and really good tortilla chips. For dessert, we tried the brownie skillet crumble. An oatmeal cookie crust, topped with a warm brownie and ice cream. It was wonderful!!!

First time here and we had a nice experience. This is kinda comparable to a Texas Roadhouse but a cleaner nicer version. Not upscale steakhouse but good casual dining steak place. The food was good we had: –Seafood fondue: fondue was really good but the buttered garlic bread was kinda overkill for the flavors –Dinner salad: great, simple, chilled dinner salad. No both balsamic and ranch dressings were good and tasted fresh –Hubs had ribeye and sweet potato fries. Cooked perfectly with a great compound butter. Nice cut with good marbeling. Sweet potato fries were fine nothing exceptional. –I had the T-Bone and a baked potato. Also a great cut and cooked perfectly with compound butter. –Cocktail: Moonshine mule– good fruity variation of the traditional. Service was good-ish. A little slow as our guy was training a newbie but still good.

This may be my new favorite restaurant! To bad we are only visiting and don’t live near one. The wait staff were prompt and friendly. We ordered the crab stack which actually made us say wow when it came out. It tasted as good as it looked. We also got the Cobb salad topped with steak. The steak was perfectly cooked, it melted in your mouth! The food was so good we decided to get dessert just to see if the wonderfulness would continue.

Had a farewell party for my friend and with a party of 6 we went to Saltgrass Steakhouse, Parker location on Saturday evening January 26th2013. Thankfully we made a reservation coz when we arrived for the 18:00hrs Dinner time, this establishment was indeed jam packed to the brim. Our server her name is Hailey. We were seated almost at the center of this establishment, almost near to the washroom but not quite yet. I was wondering, how come they do not have a «level» table that can accommodate everyone. To me, it seems that they try to fit everyone, and somehow, my dining experience was not stellar. Everyone at our table wanted to order Steak, while I opt for Shrimp instead. The Steak wasnt calling my name that evening coz I think I prefer to eat steak with Hubs. The service was a hit and miss throughout the dining experience. If I could recall properly these were the items that my friends ordered : * 2 orders of Southwest Sirloin and Shrimp($ 18.99) each * 6 oz Maudeen’s Center Cut Filet($ 22.99) * 12 oz Ribeye with Smothered Steak Topping($ 20.99) +($ 2.49) * 12 oz Ribeye with Pepper Sauce($ 25.48) While I opt for the Shrimp Platter($ 19.99) + Fresh Jalapeño($ 0.69). The Shrimp Platter, comes with fried shrimp, grilled shrimp, coconut shrimp & stuffed BBQ shrimp enbrochette. For the Shrimp Platter, since I dont eat any form of Bacon, or Pork, thankfully, Saltgrass Steakhouse, offer substitution. At least the Manager that evening took the initiative to address the situation, and for my Shrimp Platter, I opt for extra Fried Shrimp instead of the stuffed BBQ shrimp enbrochette that contains Bacon. I dont fancy the coconut shrimp and the fried shrimp, the batter was way too thick for my liking. I also opt for Scampi Rice for my main Entrée. The Scampi Rice was just ok. Note to self, next time if order this dish again, opt for extra grilled shrimp that is way better than the fried shrimp. All in all, my Main Entrée of Shrimp Platter was just A-OK. DONOTWOW me as much as from the reaction of my friends who order Steak for their Dinner. As for the beverages, my friends order these : * Sam Winter Lager($ 7.50) * Citrus Cooler Mason($ 7.99) * Lemonade($ 3.29) * Sweet Tea($ 2.99) * Flavored Tea($ 3.99) While I just opt water as part of my beverages. It seems the Sweet Rolls or Breads are a hit to everyone. All orders come with salad. You can choose what kind of salad you want from the options that they provide. Everyone shared the desserts, that to me personally was WAYTOOSWEET for my taste bud. It was the Brownie Skillet Crumble($ 7.99). At the bottom of the skillet, they baked a HUGE cookie. On top of that HUGE cookie, they put the Brownie. It is baked in a skillet, topped with a Vanilla Ice Cream and drizzled with caramel sauce of somekind. Then why the 3 stars? Coz once again the service was a little spotty. Our plates are not cleared immediately and when we need somekind of service, our server was no where to be found. Then to cramp like 6 of us with just 2 tables wasnt to my liking either. *Sigh* Oh well… Do take note, every item you add in your order, they add in for the additional cost to it. So just make sure, you take note of what you order coz those orders can add up to your total check I dont mind returning but perhaps go to the other location which is nearer to where I live in the other side of town. Maybe, this establishment is another outlet to eat steak since Hubs like his steak but can be fussy about the steak he gets. We shall see, how things go. Left the establishment at about 22:00hrs ish. @35/2013
