Stopped here for the first time to eat a snack after Black Friday shopping. Food was good for greasy bar food with your beer. We ordered the cheese plate and soft pretzels. There are different and creative choices for appetizers and I was just so thankful that they were open after our shopping adventure. Came back in with some family a few months later for dinner. I ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup according to the menu and it came out different than described. The server was happy to make it right but I waited a long time for my second meal. The rest of my party had finished their meals at this point. That is just unacceptable. Probably won’t return.

What it is: a place to drink and snack What it isn’t: a restaurant Ordered the gun show burger. I was pretty excited because it has an egg on it. Anything that unhealthy promises to be good. But it was on a long hoagie bun or something that turned it into a mess. The egg was overcooked and wasn’t over easy, which is the point of putting it on a burger. I ordered the fries with the Cajun seasoning and they came out bare. My wife got the lamb burger and asked for it well done with Cajun fries. She got it medium with bare fries. You’ll notice a pattern here. My son ordered a burger with tater tots. He got bare fries. I don’t know, maybe they were out of seasoning. We ordered the white chips as an appetizer. It came with queso on it and on the side. So that was cold cheese on potato chips. Even worse than it sounds. I am not sure why one would put that on a menu. Another in my party had the chicken and waffles. That was supposedly good. The cost was around $ 12 per person for only food.

The food and service was good, prices not bad and a lot of choices, but the biggest reason I came here was for their fried chicken meal, they stopped making it, so I don’t come back very often. Sitting in front of the big fire place my wife likes on cold snowy days

We went for an early dinner. We waited to be seated even though there was only a few people there. The hostess asked us to pick a table and she would follow with menus. She didn’t. She seated the people that walked in after us. A waitress finally brought us menus, and that was it. No one ever came back. The hostess watched us leave and said nothing. We will not come back.

my friend and I came in tonight @ 10 pm, we were handed menus, sat down and was then told the kitchen was closed(it closes at 11) but this night they«closed early», not even 10 minutes later they’re bringing out food for the table across the room from us… Won’t be back.

Maybe Good For TV and Drinks… First time and last for the Brick… The service was slow; the Kobe burger over cooked, and the order was wrong. Also, there was this waiter who was shouting at the next booth telling his life story. I talked to the manager about it, who did not care at all.

Try the twisted root beer! So good. The Kentucky mule with bourbon worth trying as well. We came just for drinks and apps at 6:30 in a Friday and waited only 20 minutes. Tried the man cave wings, blue and white chips, and calamari — all good. Good service. Lots of TVs, fun atmosphere. Will come again with kids for dinner or lunch. Would be a good place to watch a game.

We used to love Brick House when it first opened. It was our go-to place when we were meeting friends and we went there often. Over the last year, it seems like the kitchen staff has stopped putting in effort and the wait staff don’t care. Five of the last six times we have been, the food has been at best average and at worst burned or raw. Today I had a teaspoon of the special sauce on my sandwich and the food was overdone. We have had times where burgers were raw in the middle or when the Kobe beef burger was well done. The servers often act like it does not matter if we have a good experience or not. We talked to the manager two visits ago and he seemed concerned and said he would talk to the kitchen but today it seems like they are still not doing much. I think we are finally done with Brick House.

One of my new favorite places. Food is exceptional and consistent. Excellent service and reasonable prices. 3rd time here and looking forward to the next.

Three strikes and you’re out. Staff is not very well trained but friendly. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt on their kitchen but it’s slow and not very good. If you just want a good beer selection and a TV it’s a good place to hang.

Horrible service! AGAIN! Set for an hour and was told it was because we ordered a well done burger! Then the burger wasn’t done! Then the waitress said she’d get the manager because it will take a while for another well done burger. Our fries were cold and the Philly Cheesesteaks burnt! The manager came to apologize, but by then it’s too late. We won’t be back, I refused to pay for food. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone! Go to Arapahoe Crossing to Old Chicago or Lone Tree to a Wild Wings!

I’ve been to Brick House a few times and will probably be back a few more. The food has always been great, the beer menu is pretty good, and they make a damn fine Bloody Mary on the weekends. The service has always just been pretty meh. We’ve eaten in the dining room a few times where things can be a bit slow, but since we were hanging out with friends it was never a big issue. Most of our visits we sit at the bar and enjoy a few snacks or lunch. The service is spotty — sometimes great, other times very slow. When it’s slow it’s usually because the staff is busy helping regulars, or people they know, so it’s hard to get their attention. We’ve usually been lucky but we’ve seen other people leave when nobody greeted them at the door, and most recently watched a patio patron have to come into the bar to order because the service was slow outside. So overall, I’d keep going — and recommend them to others — but maybe take a few friends so you can enjoy yourself if you end up waiting.

The appealing, upscale menu was the reason I decided to try this chain restaurant… my first visit. Although the appetizers, pizzas, and sandwiches are unique, I went with the tried-and-true Chicken Fried Steak. Starting with a side Caesar, the greens were fresh and it was perfectly dressed… not to much! But the croutons were not only soggy, but had an unidentifiable taste that was not conducive to the salad. Main Course: HUGE steak with gravy with cheddar mashed, and a lifeless piece of toast. The steak was good, but combined with the gravy there was that unidentifiable taste that came from the croutons! The cheddar mashed potatoes were pretty mediocre, too. What’s going on here? The food I ordered should have had very straight-forward flavors, but instead, were marred by an underlying staleness, freezer-burn, something. My meal didn’t approach the freshness and flavor I can get at Cheddars. That being said, I would go back to try the Asian Duck Wraps, Zucchini curls, Moroccan Stacked Dip, Greek Meatballs, and maybe the Prosciutto-Wrapped Meatloaf. One visit doesn’t make or break a restaurant for me, particularly when the atmosphere is so comfortable and wait-staff are so attentive. But it IS about the food, so I’ll give them another try in the near future.

Great ambiance & décor. A little odd when you walk in and are standing in the dining room — the hostess that greated us — did so without enthusiasm and seemed annoyed that we interrupted her. If you want to watch sports — this is a great place — lots of tv’s and great music. Love the cozy couches instead of your typical booths. And the reclining seats in front of a large TV. I had the chicken chopped salad with grilled chicken — very tasty, plenty of chicken and delicious dressing. The man had the wedge salad — it was huge! He said it was delicious and said the blue cheese dressing was very good. The kid ordered the Mac n cheese and was not a fan. If your kid is expecting Kraft Mac n cheese — this is not it. I tasted it and it was very bland and boring and I’d have to say an odd choice as a kids Mac n cheese menu item. The other guest with us ordered the pepperoni pizza — perfect thin crispy crust — like a cracker — pepperoni was spicy but the sauce was a little off — tastes like store bought. Our server went through the motions and lacked true customer service. We actually witnessed 2 male servers yelling at each other across the dining room which onviouu started in the back and carried out in front of customers. As we were leaving it was more of an obligatory after thought to tell us to have a good evening The food and ambiance are good — but to give it 4 stars they need to step up their customer service — not sure we will be back — i like to know that I’m spending my money somewhere that appreciates me as a customer

Food was good, service was poor. Waiter was either MIA or breezed by with out looking to see if we needed anything. Had to ask for the malt vinegar with the fish and chips. Music volume could have stood being turned down a couple of notches.

Came in with my fiancée on a Friday night around 7 or 8p. There was no wait and we were seated right away, we asked to sit in front of their huge fireplace. It was nice and toasty! The atmosphere is relaxed and fun, like a place where you come with a group of friends to catch up and maybe catch a game. We sat in a booth that has couches instead of bench chairs. So comfortable. We liked the atmosphere so much, that we sat in our couch for an hour after finishing dinner. The food itself was great. We ordered the spicy meatballs as an appetizer. They came with jalapeño cornbread and a BBQ sauce. A great combo! I had the Chicken and Waffles with extra chicken! No regrets! I’m trying to have a reason to come to this part of town so I can stop by again! The chicken was moist and fried perfectly and the waffles were fluffy with the right amount of crunch! They come with syrup and a dollop of butter on top. Need I say more? Our waitress was a bit absent throughout the night, but that wasn’t a big deal to us. We saw her on intervals of about 30 minutes. Overall, I’m glad I found this place. I will definitely be coming back for some more Chicken and Waffles.

Like the music they play here and the waitress was pretty attentive, she was even worried about bothering us, but I liked it. ^_^ They also make a to die for Bloody Mary! A must try!

Interesting layout with couch type bench seating as well as tables and recliners all in an open high ceiling area. Huge gas fireplace, lots of TV’s. Best part is great comfort food using original recipes with quality and sometimes unusual ingredients like the Bloody Good Mary and preceutto wrapped meatloaf with mushroom gravy. The only thing I did not like was the tap water.

So glad I discovered this place. I’m sort of a creature of habit when it comes to dining out in Parker. I usually prefer to go to places in Denver or over in the Lone Tree area. Aside from the French bakery(La Petite) or Armando’s, I never really thought of Parker as a place to have a few drinks and a good meal, much less a fabulous brunch. Well, I was completely surprised on Sunday when I went here for brunch. The ambiance is warm and cozy. There are couches and reclining chairs to lounge around and have a few drinks. Plus there are TVs everywhere! We got the smoked salmon appetizer, which was super yummy. My friend had the classic chicken and waffles and I had the french toast. We also had the $ 2 mimosas. Our server was awesome and probably a little too awesome because she kept filling up our glasses. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back for not only brunch but to also try some regular menu items including their specialty drinks.

I have heard a lot about this place, but always found an excuse to not go here. I have been to the majority of the restaurants around it, just never found my way to Brick House. Well that changed on a Sunday, late morning, when I was craving brunch and football! When I walked in I can say I was impressed, the décor, the way I was greeted by the host, all of that. Damn… I think I have been missing something fun. The bar had plenty of seating room as well as community tables that you can share with other people. I went with the staple, chicken and waffles for brunch and it was pretty damn good. This was the first time I had chicken breast tenders versus bone in chicken with my chicken and waffle meal, I must say, I wasn’t disappointed. All of the whispers I heard about BHT was true, great food, great environment(well, the Broncos were getting their asses beat, so it was kinda quiet). But overall I was super impressed with the bar. I want to make it a point to come back for the night crowd as well as the brunch crowd again, just to make sure I wasn’t trippin! Excellent experience Brick House Tavern, I truly enjoyed myself and had a damn good meal — I am a fan!
