Great location and so much potential. Food is so so. But, if you want surly, arrogant, non-caring, and nonexistent service, go here. We will not be back.

Was there yesterday. Love the interior of this place, also the beef stroganoffs is to die for!

Everything about this restaurant is great. The food, the prices, the ambiance. Just two problems: first, the service is sub par. On my first visit(one which I organized a group of 8 guests) the waiter was rude and not accommodating at all. We’re all great tippers and not high maintenance so for us all to notice the snide and dismissive attitude of the waiter is really saying something. I’m not even big on service as a reason to frequent a restaurant; To me it’s more about the food and the place itself, which leads me to point number 2. I tried to visit this place last night during Parker Days which had hundreds of people walking by the place and tons upon tons of people across the street at the Tailgate(one of their main competitors) with drinks in hand. It was just past 8:30 pm on a Thursday in the middle of maybe the busiest night this town ever sees all year long. There’s people on the patio eating, there’s people at tables, even at the bar. One problem. The door is locked. Wait, what? My friend was sure there was some mistake. She pointed out, but there’s all these people on the patio and inside still eating and drinking. So many people are walking by and yet you lock the door @ 8:30 on a warm summer night with hundreds of people walking by and a full patio? Wow. I used to always love this place, but if you can’t even stay open until 10… On any night, not just maybe the most marquee weekend in this quickly growing towns calendar… There’s a reason the owner of the Tailgate is a rich guy in town — he knows how to run a business. I’m just not sure I can give this place the same respect I used to even with all the redeeming qualities. It’s a cool place with great food. But if a cool bar is closed — especially ridiculously early on such a busy night — it may as well not exist at all. Maybe they’ll correct these problems one day… If you’re in bed by 8pm and a grandma you’re probably fine here though.

No use for another yucky place in Parker. The rizotto was like partially cooked rice, chewy and sticks in your teeth. The pasta salad side dish did not go well with some of the meals it is paired with, & some of the foods are very very overpriced. Some items don’t move well so when you order one of those, you know it’s been sitting around for a while. Service is horrible and it lacks good management direction and organization. On the positive side, the restaurant is clean, the patio on main street is amazing and I love the fire feature outside and if I go there only once a year for a drink I’ll be OK. Not at all my go to place… Update May 22, 2016. Although establishments cannot pay to have reviews on Unilocal removed. I certainly have gotten harassing messages from management. Not appreciated! I am allowed to state my experience and my opinion. Leave me alone!!!

I will start by saying, the service was great. The food was overpriced(with one exception). Ny Strip Steak w/truffled potatoes(med-rare). Not worth it at all. Truffle should be more subtle and the steak was plain. Red Pepper Risotto(underdone). A real shame, risotto is one of my all time favorites and the people who ordered it have ever had risotto, the poor execution may have spoiled it for them. Diablo wings. These were good, not great, but good, solid wings. Well prepared. Meatballs. I don’t think these were worth ordering at all. Very bland. Chicken Posole soup(this was an easy five star dish). I will come back and get this to go. Flawless. Easily the single best Mexican dish in Colorado. Baileys Crème Brûlée — burned, not good, nor how I would have served it.

I absolutely love this restaurant and have visited many numerous times! The servers are all very friendly and I’ve tried several dishes, with no complaints at all. I love the tomato soup, mushroom risotto and last time, I tried their winter salad with grilled chicken and it was one of the best salads I’ve ever had. They’ve also got a great drink menu. I love meeting friends here and my husband and I are always quick to recommend it!

Beat restaurant in Parker. My only critique is they did not have after dinner port. Excellent service and food.

There is nothing exciting about this place. It is conveniently located in Parker Station, right on Mainstreet in downtown Parker, and that’s the best thing I can say. The food was fair, but not tremendous or exciting. Won’t be back.

Was(slightly) pleasantly surprised by this place based on some of the other(negative) reviews. The food was great. Friendly service. The prices were very reasonable, and they have what promises to be a wicked patio spot right on little Parker’s main drag — in Summer. The atmosphere was lively on a Friday night, though we didn’t have to wait for a table. Four and not five stars for a smallish menu and a loud dining room with horrible acoustics.

My husband and I just moved down here to Parker, and we love this place! We came once when we were looking for houses and have been back a few times. I have only had the salads there, and drinks are good. My husband has had the smothered burrito, and wow! It was so much food and he loved it. I had a few bites myself and it was delicious! I would highly recommend this place! Very inviting and comfortable environment inside and out!

Visited Elev 5900 for the first time. The server who greeted us was very friendly. She didn’t seem annoyed that my friend and I were chatting so much she had to check with us a few times if we were ready to order. She made some great menu and drink suggestions. We both ordered the bbq pulled pork tostadas and each had a yummy cocktail — that I can’t remember the name of — but it had vodka and cava in it — along with some other goodness! The tostadas came with their rosemary fries — which seemed like an odd pairing — but I would eat anything with these fries! They were heaven on a plate! If you try nothing else at Elev 5900 — you have to get the fries! Overall Elev 5900 is a great restaurant — excellent customer service, nice ambiance and great food!

Just moved to Parker wanted to try a restaurant near our him. Checked out Unilocal and had mixed reviews of this establiment. Service was just as we had read. horrible! Employees who seemed to not enjoy their jobs and standing around(on a Friday night) my husband has the train wreck and it was dry… I had the fish and chips that had so much batter it was disgusting. Won’t be visiting again and unfortunately will be telling everyone we know not to waste their money.

Stopped in for dinner tonight with new friends who live in Elizabeth. None of us had yet been to Elev. 5900 Kitchen & Bar so thought we would give it a shot. Entering through the north side of the building it felt like we were coming in the back door, but it’s the front door? Kind of confusing but no biggie. Sat at a table in the main dining room which was nice. Simple décor, large open windows to Main Street and a nice bar. Although we didn’t sit out there on this visit, the patio was large with a great view of the sunset tonight. The menu was small yet ample and our table ordered a little bit of everything. Fettuccine Carbonara, Smothered Pork Burrito, 5900 Burger and the Pork Tostadas. The opinion of the table was that the food was portioned well,(not gourmet leaving you hungry or spilling over leaving you gross) and had good flavor, but not… I dunno. Excellent. Just good… and I have to admit I expected a little more. The local craft beer menu had great choices and the Deep Eddy Vodka drinks and cocktails were definitely priced right. For dessert we ordered the chocolate bacon bread pudding. Again fun… not super sweet, but not AWESOME. I’ll have to admit I really wanted to fall in love with Elev. 5900 Kitchen & Bar, but instead think we’ll head this way for happy hour drinks and aps and skip the full meal.

The food was delicious and prepared in the perfect portions. My husband and I were able to finish everything and not feel disgusting! The house special ravioli and burrito are killer. They have a pretty sweet beer selection as well. The service was nice and we felt like appreciated guests. We’ll definitely go back! So far it’s our favorite place in downtown Parker.

Have been here multiple times and it’s a crapshoot. Have had some good dishes and some pretty poor. The cheap Deep Eddy mules and cheap craft beer pints are the reason I will keep going back. It’d be best to stick to simple entrees and sit outside and throw a few back. Don’t be tempted to try the fancy stuff.

Came here for brunch sunday. Left very disappointed. The place was almost empty. I think there were 2 other tables there. It was 5 minutes before anyone came over with water or menus. The menu was very short. I think there was 5 items. I went for the breakfast burrito. I wasn’t expected much but I honestly couldn’t tell you what was in it. Supposed to be eggs, chorizo, etc. cutting open the burrito, everything looked the same. Had the consistency of tofu and was very salty. The service was average after a rough start. Could have been better overall.

My fiancé and I recently moved to Parker, and we were so excited to have such a great selection of restaurants right on Main Street. Elev. 5900 was the one we were most excited about, and decided to try it out about two weeks ago. For a Friday night, it was not busy at all, and we were seated immediately and given waters. My fiancé got a phone call, and the waitress said she’d be right with us when he was done. His call was done in less than two minutes and… we waited. And waited. And waited. For more than 15 minutes. Not one person stopped by our table to take a drink order, a food order, check on us, nothing. The waiters were standing by the bar chatting with each other, and made eye contact with us several times. Not one of the many waiters came to our table, despite us making it very clear we were ready. The only time someone even came near our table(after the initial waters) was when we finally stood up and walked out; one waitress ran up to our table in distress. The food looked amazing, the drinks looked amazing, but such a bad first impression can’t be fixed. Too bad we didn’t get an opportunity to even comment on the food and drink. I seriously doubt we will ever be returning here for another disappointing experience.
