The Subway at the corner of Lincoln and Jordan is the best I’ve been to. I wish I knew the name of the young man who is the manager there, because I truly think his positive attitude, and friendly personality is what makes this location so great. It seems like he is ALWAYS there, and goes above and beyond every time. It’s obvious that good management makes for a good restaurant and a great experience.

Compared to other Subways, my first experience at this location was pretty bad. The kid at the counter doesn’t listen very well, and had to ask myself and the guy behind me twice what we wanted. He didn’t ask if I wanted my sandwich toasted; that was okay though because my bread was so dry it may as well have spent an hour toasting. Honestly, I don’t go into Subway very often, but of all the locations I have tried this one was easily the worst. Is it just me or has the quality of ingredients at Subway fallen off a cliff? How could anyone look at their anemic perfectly formed«grilled» chicken and think it’s appealing? I’d give them one star, but lucky for them I didn’t get sick after eating here.

Friendly staff. Fresh clean Subway. You haven’t lived in a cave your whole life so, you know what they serve.

With the additional of this Subway there is now one on every major route as you leave or enter Parker. It is located on the Northeast corner of Jordan & Lincoln — next to Massage Envy. This makes it ultra convenient if you need to hit Starbucks, King Soopers, get a massage, you can then pick up a sandwich and head home. Definitely a one stop shopping corner. The store is new and shiny as they have only been open for about a month. I knew that it was going to open but apparently I wasn’t paying close enough attention to see when they opened exactly. But I’m glad that they did. On the day that I visited they were still working out some of the kinks and were having problems with their credit card system. They put a sign on the door saying cash only and then reinforced this when I walked in. This was greatly appreciated and glad that I had cash in my wallet — this means no surprises. The staff behind the counter was very nice and troopers to say the least. When I walked in there was a mother and daughter ordering one sandwich but you might have thought it was their first time ordering a sandwich from any place or perhaps ever. I overheard the girl say how do I explain to him what I want on the sandwich. What I wanted to say was but didn’t was…“Why not open your mouth, form the words and tell the guy exactly what you want on your sandwich — you could even point if necessary” They weren’t deaf, they spoke English, and it didn’t look like it was their first sandwich. It really is that easy — say I want pickles, onions and lettuce with mayo and mustard if that is what you want. So the Mom took charge and began explaining they wanted this on the right said and this on the left side and oh no not that but then you can put this on the whole thing and oh no not there… It just went on and on. I know the guy the making the sandwich wanted to roll his eyes and tell them to pull their head out of their butts but he didn’t — he stayed calm, cool and collected. Why not just make 2 six inches sandwiches and put different things on it — they were trying to order a foot long but with different toppings on each side. So I spent ten minutes waiting on them to make up their mind what they wanted on each side of their sandwich — if this enough to get a 16 year old subway worker to drink, I don’t know what is. For this reason I’m giving this location 5 stars — if I could give it directly to the guy I would as he certainly deserves the 5th star all for himself. And for this reason I am moving this to my favorite Subway in Parker and will continue to visit here often.
