This location is absolutely AWFUL!!! Every time I go the employees are snotty little high school girls that make you feel like they are doing you a favor, sweetheart, I have news for you… IT IS YOUR JOB! I have been there three times now in hopes that maybe they were just working out the kinks, I was wrong. I got take out this evening and when I got home my pasta had NO SAUCE! Seriously?! Isn’t that kind of important? So I literally got whole grain pasta with broccoli and three little shreds of Parmesan. I’ll start making the trip to the other location. I was super excited to have a noodles open close by so it’s very disappointing.

I like noodles and co, just not the one at this location. I have been there 3 times and each time the tables are a mess and people have to either clean them themselves or ask to have a table cleaned so they can sit down. Today was the last time I’ll go to this one as it took 20 minutes to get a chicken Caesar wrap that ended up not having any chicken in it. Then when asked for chicken he gave me 3 small pieces. At least this time I noticed the issue w the food when I was at the restaurant and not all the way home like last time. Just save yourself stress and go to
The other Parker location.

Not sure why I gave this chain a second try… It’s noodles!!! Really how hard can it be? Very slow service… Kitchen in chaos. Mistakes in the order. Average food.

Went in for takeout and it took more than 30 min to get my order. Every table was covered in trash and filth. The soda machine didn’t work and the workers didn’t care. I will never eat at a noodles and co again. Nasty.

I have been to so many noodles because I’m an addict! But this one is special to me… I always recive the best customer service. Better then I’ve had at resturant’s that are fine dinning. There is a manager there with black glasses who you can tell has high customer service and next time I stop in I’ll be sure to grab his name. But now I don’t want to go to any other location but here because it’s guaranteed great service as well as consitanancy with food. Thanks team!

I ordered the Thai curry soup and it had very little flavor, and was more like watered down soup from a can. I told the staff it didn’t taste good and instead wanted to purchase from the kids meal which seemed like the safer choice considering what I originally ordered. I was told no as it was for kids only and nothing was done or offered to remedy my complaint.
I tried the other dishes my group ordered and all I can say is that the food is edible but not worth the one dollar sign.
The only positive thing is that the person who cleaned and cleared our table was pleasant and helpful.

Ordered buttered noodles with grilled chicken to go… Got home and the bowls were half full and the chicken was extremely dry and tasted like it was on a grill for 3 hours. Pretty disappointed

Yikes! We are pretty patient and understanding people, but our experience at this Noodles was awful! The ordering process was fine, but we waited over 20min for our food and when it arrived it was barely warm, my «½ portion» was more like a «¼ portion» and was mostly bean sprouts. I ordered a chicken breast and it came with 3 bites of chicken. When I asked for more the girl brought me a bowl of ice cold, unseasoned chicken. Gross! My husband’s sandwich was dry and flavorless. The server dropped a bowl of noodles while serving the table next to us. The bowl shattered and sprayed broth all over both tables. The only redeeming quality was the manager who was very professional and apologetic. She comped us a few bowls for a future visit. This is a new location so we will give them another chance to work the kinks out, but today was no good!

I had such an amazing experience with my fiancé at this location tonight. My fiancé is a police officer so grabbing dinner while on shift is sadly limited to where we feel safe to eat. The staff was so welcoming, respectful & pleasant! They put our worries aside the minute we walked in the door! The location was clean & open, the food was cooked & presented fabulously ! Any of you other blue– families who are also looking for a place to eat safely– go to Noodles new location:)!! Thank you Lincoln & Jordan Staff!

Great, quick service. Nice patio. This is a favorite restaurant so we are glad it opened up on this side of Parker. Staff are very friendly.
