It’s gotten better, so it’s worked its way up to 2 stars. Right when it opened the service was terrible, inconsiderate, and most importantly, inaccurate. I wrote to the corporate location regarding the lack of concern for allergy needs, and frankly the lack of respect for customer safety concerns, and I got absolutely no response, quite the company that cares. Since then I have been there twice(in about a year) because it is five minutes from my house, and the service has picked up and the orders have been accurate. I won’t frequent this place to much because of the lack of concern by the company, but after the 2 visits I’ve had ill stop by a couple times a year because the burgers are great and the root beer I had today was outstanding.

Unfortunately I’m not impressed. Their cheese curds taste just like your average mozzarella stick. Forgot fries in our order. They gave us a fresh one no questions asked but eh, won’t come back.

Love culvers! Been to locations all through the Midwest including the original in Wisconsin. Imagine my delight when one came to Parker! The people are always so friendly and smiling! The cheese curds are to die for and the burgers taste yummy. The lemon ice is good and the custard is the best part! It’s a stop at least once a week for dinner.

The lines are always long, service is slow and the food quality is substandard. My Swiss burger was RAW. They offered to replace it but my tummy said NO.

Okay people… first off don’t complain about eating grease when you order a butter burger with French fries… wtf…what did you think you were going to eat. I personally love this fast food mecca in Parker. If you want to eat«healty» I suggest you by spinach and make a salad with low cal dressing at your local market. If you want yummy burgers, custards and Reubens come here and be satisfied

Dang those shakes… they keep me coming back. The rest of the menu is a ix of fast food type fare though this place is always pretty busy so it’s not super fast — but that’s not a bad thing. The burgers are«butter» burgers, so they are on the greasy side. And the cheese curds are delightful. Let’s go back to the shakes — they have a daily flavor that they post on the their website and the sign outside so that you can add some variety to the usual.

I would personally say this is a 2 star place based on the food. But… …the service and smile from my son move it up to 3 stars. He would probably give it a 4 star for the Butter burgers and shakes. I’ll break it down. The burger is a thin, crusty, tasteless burger-like thing. The cheese doesn’t melt; it just sits, greasy looking on the burger thing. The original butter burger bun is thin and lacks substance. The bun on my Pepper Grinder Pub Burger was thick and seemed old. That burger had some spice, but no real fun flavor(even with bacon!) The shakes are very good tasting, but the mixed-in flavor(I had Heath Bar) was all big chunks at the bottom of the cup… too big to get with a straw… seemed weird to have to eat a broken candy bar after drinking a milk shake. The service has been great as they bring your food to the table with a smile. I’ll try to avoid this place, unless my son insists(once a year???).

Ate at this joke of a restaurant on 10÷30÷15. The trainee didn’t really have proper training. Small portions for the price. Food was not cooked properly. When I asked to get the firty table cleaned, it was done very poorly! When we received our food, there was a very small amount of lettuce, so I asked for a side. They don’t have sides. The Cod was undercooked as well as the fries. I have submitted 2 complaints and now 13 days later, still NORESPONSE!! What does that say about customer service. Zero stars!!! Oh. No, can’t post with no stars!

Let me preface this by saying that I don’t eat fast food often. But I’ve been in enough to know it isn’t rocket science — and Culver’s makes it hard. The service here is courteous, but quite slow. The food here is of decent quality, but often not prepared to order. In my three visits, two of the orders have been wrong. I will say that the custard is excellent, and the fries are good. But the overall lack of value in the wafer-thin burgers that are misprepared more often than not push the rating down considerably. In a world filled with fast food options, you have to do better than this to compete.

We were on a bike ride and wanted a quick bite, this was in the area and thought we would try it out. An easy comparison would be the hamburger joint that is comparable to Chick Fil A. It’s «slow» fast food. They make their burgers fresh and it takes some time for them to get to you. I had the fish sandwich and fries and it was pretty good. The only thing, it was small. For the price($ 7) I thought it would be a little bigger. I would go back to Culver’s again, it just wouldn’t be my first choice.

Good burgers! My husband and I both had a hamburger melt — a triple for him and a single for me. He had onion rings and I had cheese curds. All were tasty. We went at 9:30pm on a Saturday night and the service was quick and I also had a diet root beer float and he had an iced tea. Yummy! It all came to $ 20. We will be back.

Just don’t. If you don’t go for the 1,200 calorie meals, don’t go for the small portions for $ 8. If you don’t go for that reason, don’t go because you probably won’t get your fries and then when you ask why not the 12 year old bringing out all the orders will demonstrate the«deer in headlights» look that’s all the rage with any young person who is asked to be accountable. Horrible food, too many calories and overpriced. Jackpot!

The cheddar butter burger was perfect. It was juicy and the bun was toasted and soft! The butter burger kids meal was the perfect t size for our picky eater. The chicken salad was plain but fresh! The chicken was very tender and flavorful. Check out their«flavor of the day» ice cream choices! I went with a standard cookie and cream shake. It did not disappoint!

The burgers are very good. I would say one of the best fast food burgers available. The other great thing is the variety of sides available. We were in the drive thru. It was a little bit of a confusing system if you had never been there before. You order your food, pay, and then pull forward with your number. Someone will then bring your food. Pretty easy to catch on. The problem that can arise though is that if you are stuck behind someone who’s order is wrong or who’s order is bigger and it takes longer, then you are kind of stuck. It’s a little annoying but I expect it to get better as this is a very new location and I’m sure there are kinks to work out. All that being said, bottom line is if a good quality fresh burger is what you want, this is a good place to go.

Burger quality was 4 and price quality is. 2. I like juicy burger better. For the price, I would rather drive to centennial. For the custard, it was really good. Price was good for the custard too. Hubby failed to order drink. When food came guy got me drink and ran the card without us having to stand in line. I did like that.

Well my first review is just on the frozen custard and that item only. We went to Culvers at night right after the rush to get some dessert. Huge mistake. I was not a fan of their«special of the day» «strawberry Bön Bön». Tasted like fake strawberry syrup with chocolate shavings. Could’ve gotten that at mcd for half the price. Very grainy and not smooth at all. Almost like they made it in advanced and decided to just put it in the freezer. Terrible. I threw it in the trash. I’m pretty sure I’ve never done that before. I will go back to try the burgers but as far as my first impression… I wasn’t impressed. At all. Terrible frozen custard. Did I mention the fake strawberry flavor? If the burgers aren’t good this place won’t last long once the newness has worn off…

Jury’s still out. Just opened so packed on a Sunday at 12:30pm. Got lucky on the last parking space in the lot. Chicken fingers for my son and a single deluxe for me(sandwich only). We shared his basket soft drink(Pepsi products) and spent a dollar more to upgrade to cheese curds. We also split a salted caramel cookie dough concrete. $ 16.60 tab. We got lucky again to find a table though I saw an employee who appeared to be on break taking up one? Food came to our table though missing our concrete. Manager apologized and delivered. My son liked the curds though I thought they reminded me of frozen cheese sticks. Not tangy or squeaky. I like A&W’s better. His chicken fingers also tasted like frozen food style to me more processed chicken than strips. My burger was ok. Not exciting or bad. Not memorable. Concrete was good! I’m sure we’ll give it another try in the future. Until then.

If you really like«retro» burgers this place may be your jam. For me it just seemed like In N Out but not as good. The prices were decent and it seems the food is fresh made. It’s in Parker and new so it was crammed with people on a Friday at 11:30. It’s crazy that a place so mediocre had a 30 minute long line on a weekday, but it goes to show what a food desert the town is. If you’ve ever been to a Braum’s then that’s pretty much what this place is but without as much ice cream.
