Why does it smell in this place lately? It’s a cross between trash and bathroom stink. I won’t keep eating here if this continues.

The staff here was very friendly(appeared to be a family) and the sliced meats and cheeses make the cold subs very enjoyable. My only complaint is the price. It was twice the price of Jimmy Johns for my particular sandwich and it was a lot smaller. The taste is great, but not that much better than Jimmy Johns to make it worth it.

Love the #13 Mikes way! Best cold sub in town, hands down. Their bread is so much better and fresher than any other sandwich place. Also, this location is family owned and they are very nice and fun, and do a great job with customer service.

It took 15 minutes from when we got in line to when we paid. The line wasn’t even that long, they’re just THAT slow. The sandwiches are mediocre but not worth a 15 minute wait in my opinion. Next time I’ll just stick with Jimmy Johns.

Ok, I have eaten at jersey mikes before and on scale 1 – 10 it’s a 7. But my review is based on this particular store. biggest pet peeve is when the store hours are till 9 pm then stay open till 9 !!! Rushed here to get there by 840 so we could get there with plenty of time to spare. two employees not1 but 2 sitting there staring at each other doing nothing tell us they put everything away 30 minutes ago! They could tell we were upset and one actually said«we will help you but it’ll take 30 minutes!» What a choice! So basically why stay open if your not gone be prepared to help someone. will never go to a jersey miles anywhere ever again.

I was part of Keith Z’s party and this situation was so bad I felt like the experience needed 2 — 1 star reviews. The attitude of these two employees was so flippant and rude after we hurried to get there with a reasonable amount of time to spare that I will never go back. Too bad, I love the subs. Also, I know the owner from visiting during the day and I know she would be mortified by their behavior. Unfortunately I usually go later in the evening and this is what you get when she leaves. Need better employees. Good luck

Yum! I love Jersey Mikes! We always get a giant cheese steak to share, and it’s plenty of food! I haven’t tried other menu items, but they always look good. The staff are usually friendly and the stores are clean!

Even better than JJs. Wish they had a location closer to our house. A bit in the pricy side for sandwiches but definitely worth it.

Freshly sliced meat and cheese. Can be had in a sub, wrap, or tub(in a bowl without bread). I had the #12 cancro special with rare but good angus beef with pepperoni. As a first time jersey mike consumer i give two thumbs up. Great fast causal place to eat while waiting for Discount Tires next door.

Jersey Mikes is a fine sub, at half the cost. Massively overpriced. All Jersey Mikes are overpriced. The Parker location has some terrible service though. Going there at 7:15 at night earns you a scoff and attitude like you have ruined their evening for asking them to do the job they are paid to do. Will not return.

Best subs in Parker. Food is fresh and well priced. Try downloading the app. Works great and is wonderfully easy for pick up orders. Their loyalty program is great. This is my go too place for subs in Parker. Our out of town guests loved it as well.

The sub was ok. The service wS slow and I was the only customer and there were 4 employees waiting for an order. What soured the experience was when I checked my bill and found that a 20% added tip was included. There is nothing posted that states that they add the tip and I was not asked or told about the tip. Considering the service no tip should have been added. This might contribute to the bad service. I think it is not ethical to add the tip without telling customers. This was my last visit.

The sandwiches here are as fresh as it gets. If you value quality, you will love the food here and they slice the meat onto the sandwiches right in front of you. The wait is long and the price is above average, but you will not be disappointed when it comes to taste.

Update 7.31.12: I just tried the Reuben(with a request for half the thousand island) and it was crazy good. I had to save half of it for the next day and it kept very well overnight. Man do these guys make a good sandwich.

My first though when visiting Jersey Mike’s — will this be better than Subway. Where Subway you get a good value for your money. Jersey Mike’s is quite a bit more expensive than Subway and I’m not exactly sure if the quality and taste is really that much better. I ordered the Turkey sandwich — which seemed to be the only meat that they serve that doesn’t have nitrates in it. I did Mike’s way and added cherry pepper sauce to it. It was a descent sandwich and I think I liked it just a tad bit better than Subway but I’m not sure that I would like to continue to pay the higher price. Effectively you can get a footlong Subway($ 5) for a $ 1 or $ 1.50 cheaper than the Jersey Mike’s 6 inch sandwich.

I stopped by again today. I am sticking with my 4 star review. I still think the cold sandwiches(Mike’s Way) are the best choice. I also still think the process flow could use improvement. The person in front of me had a large order and the new guy apparently had not wrapped«giant» subs before. It was kind of painful to watch, and a bit frustrating that they turned this into a teaching moment for him. Obviously, new employees have to learn sometime, but when the line is backed up, please step in and help him get the order completed. I got a decent-sized sandwich(with good flavors), chips and a drink for just over $ 10. That seems a bit pricey for a sandwich meal, but everything tasted good.
