Really good food truck. The food is good and spicy. If there’s a line just wait, because they’re fast but most importantly the food is worth the wait.

Best location of all 4, Edgar is super awesome… that man deserves a raise. The carnitas are amazing!!! I’d cut my arm off for it. Love the imported drinks, completes the whole experience. This is my go to on late work nights or to Netflix and chill. Thank you Edgar for being super awesome, I will never go to taco bell again.

Not real impressed — ordered a chicken burrito and it was packed with rice and beans. There was about 5 small pieces of chicken for 6.99. I hate it when they pack a burrito with filler and skimp on meat. Cheese quesadilla for daughter was 4.95z Expensive for whAt you get.

Best Mexican food in Washington I’ve had outside of Seattle. Really enjoyed the milanesa torta. Lengua was also really good. Only issue I had was that the salsa wasn’t self serve. I’ll be recommending this place to anyone spending time or stopping by Olympia.

Amazing everytime! I love how inexpensive and quick they are. I usually get the chicken burrito cut in half to split with a friend and sometimes a marinated pork taco. Seriously worth checking out. **Also, dont worry about getting food poisening lol. My friend hates getting food from truck food stands but I’ve never once gotten sick from here, nor has anyone else that I’ve heard :)

This place is honestly the best Mexican food in town. They have a great(vegan) veggie burrito, and I have yet to find a place that uses a hot sauce like theirs. Damian is awesome and he takes a lot of pride in his work, which shows every time you take a bite of it.

I ate the chicken tacos for dinner the other night. I often eat their tacos. It’s so convenient and delish! I usually go to the Westside location but I have had great food at all of their locations.

I just downloaded this awful app to shout out my dudes Edgar and Lalo!!! I do not speak a lick of Spanish, and still feel welcome here every time. They serve up consistently great food — with generous portions, and so i have no choice but to come back. It is safe to say that anyone who leaves this place unhappy is either mean, or simply does not appreciate the great work that these guys do.

A few years ago this was a 5 star business. But like many places over the years as ingredients become more expensive they simply remove the expensive ingredients and fill the burritos with rice. I went today and ate over 1⁄3rd of the burrito before I even got to the steak and other ingredients. At the end of the day I would much prefer that they went to a smaller tortilla and filled it with a proportionate amount of meat and other items instead of just putting an extra half pound of rice in to make up for the lack of meat and keep the burrito the same size. It pains me to write this as I’ve been eating here for as long as they’ve been in Olympia, but I have been incredibly disappointed every single time I’ve gone in at least the last year(3 – 5 times). Like someone else wrote, the meat and burrito has also become a lot more greasy over the years. It’s a damn shame really, since Olympia/Lacey/Tumwater really struggles with Mexican food, but I guess it’s time to move on. I will be trying the new place on Legion soon. (This review is strictly for their burritos, I do not know how their other items have changed since their burritos used to be so good I never felt the need to change my order.)

As a Californian, this food truly reminds me of home! Their burrito blows most other chains out of the competition(I’m talking to you Chipotle). I had to eat if for two meals! I also appreciate when I ask for avocado inside my burrito, there is literally half an avocado in there, not just 2 or three measly sliced slivers. I’m definitely headed back… maybe today. Yeah. Today.

I really want to put 5 stars, but I have picked up a few burritos as of late that appear to have oil spooned into them along with the meat.

The chicken quasidilla is really good, tacos are ok. They charge a fee for credit cards(only in Podunk olympia.) and sometimes are a bit too liberal on the bland but hot hot sauce. Overall its the most authentic in this area and better then taco bell

Today I flew in there on my lunch break of a super packed day! I ordered my Burrito and threw a tip in the tip jar and ran out of there. Two hours later I realized that I accidently threw the only $ 20 bill I had in the tip jar! That $ 20 was for my daughters school pictures being taken TODAY!!! In utter panic I ran back down there and explained the situation to the man whom at first tried to tell me he only had $ 1’s. With tears in my eyes I asked him to believe me and showed him the Picture order form. With just a little hesitation the man gave me back my $ 20 and I put in what I originally meant to give him. My next visit there I will leave him a very deserving generous tip! Thank you Taco Truck Guy!

I don’t know what I’d do without these guys. Their food is so good that I could eat it exclusively and never get bored with it. And they manage to deliver high quality with fast service. 5⁄5 all the way.

Pure mexican street food. Just carne asada, rice, beans, salsa, cilantro rolled into a tortilla. That equals awesome. Some good quality tacqueria on wheels food! What would make it perfect is if it had horchata. Then It might merit a 5 star. They do however, have mexican coke(if you’re into that). The prices are cheap, the food is great. Me gusta tacos de california!

hot firemen if this is the best mexican food in olympia, i’m worried. because it is by far, the least quality burrito i’ve had in the olympia area. All fed up across the lot is at least 100x better, quality burrito is about 25%better and maya is about 15% better. the price for a burrito is comparable to the other food trucks in that corner, but i’d rather pay the extra dollar and get a combo schwarma salad from ninevah or an actual decent burrito from all fed up. i’ve made this truck stop the last spot to check out, and i’m sad that i wasted money on a burrito that i ended up taking two bites of and throwing away. The rice was bland, the meat over cooked, there was absolutely zero flavor in the burrito and was simply not worth the carbs. the only saving grace about this place was that there their clientele includes the handsome firemen of olympia. save your money. go to ninevah or all fed up.

Best Mexican food in Olympia. Period! No frills and reasonably priced. No tex mex here. WAY better than Quality Burrito.

California Tacos, now with 4 locations! Olympia, Downtown, Lacey, and Tanglewild. How informative their flashy light board thing mounted on the inside of the taco truck is! This one is just like the others: yummy, cheap, fast, and filling. Unlike the others, this is located dangerously close to my house. Dangerous for my waistline that is. It’s in the parking lot with the Filling Station Espresso, right by a little spot with the Star Wars mural and a couple tables. For some reason the meat doesn’t seem as good at this one compared to the Lacey and Westside ones though. The adobada isn’t as spicy, and the chicken is a little overcooked. They are also terrible, terrible people for misleading me with a sign saying they have Aguas Frescas, when really, they carry no Horchata, Tamarindo, or Jamaica.
