Jersey Mike’s Subs

I LOVE their food, even though the price is a little on the higher end. Or maybe it’s just a tad bit higher in my opinion because we dine in a lot. Anywho, the food is amazing but the employeers sometimes are not so friendly.
But great environment & great food!

I am obsessed with their subs in a tub!!! Their sandwiches are awesome, tho the toppings are limited.

I’ve ate here several times, every time it has been great and my order has been right. Love their Mikes sauce.
Their workers are always very nice. Love this place.

First time experience was awesome! Nothing to complain about. Excellent subs! Great service. Clean area. Overall awesome experience. I got the #26 regular and it was a great portion and I was stuffed! My boyfriend got the #15 in the large sandwich and it was a great portion for him (he eats a lot). We really enjoyed it.
We will definitely be coming back!

I love this place. This is what a real sub shop is all about. Every thing on the menu is excellent! You can’t go wrong eating here.

Really great food but out of all 4 times + I have been (as we are neighbors to Jersey Mikes) they either put something I don’t want on my sandwich or leave something off completely.

Sooooo good. I had the same thing twice now and it’s always good! It is pricey to eat a lot but the meals are huge. Love jersey mikes, it’s one of the better places in the area.

Came to Texas for the first time from California for work and decided to try this place. I was greated with EXCELLENT customer service and they helped me with ordering my sub. I had the Italian on rosemary bread and MAN was it an great sandwich. It was huge and very good. …plus they slice the meat in front of u! Thanks for the experience! !

This place has the best customer service, every time I come here they always greet and seem legitimately polite. It’s clean and the sandwiches are great!

We really had a great experience at Jersey Mike’s. The staff were polite and friendly and really took pride in making a good sandwich with plenty of toppings. The meat/​cheeses were freshly sliced and the other toppings such as the tomatoes and lettuce were good too.
We got the #9 Club and also an Italian sub with pepperoni etc. and also split a meatball. Got the oil and vinegar dressing on the cold subs and it was good and not overpowering. The fountain sodas and cookies were really good as well.
Recently I have encountered poor customer service at some other restaurants (step up to the counter and cashier says absolutely nothing, etc.) so to go to a place like Jersey Mike’s and just to be treated well by the staff and have food that is made carefully and not just thrown together is a real breath of fresh air. We will definitely come back. The restaurant itself was very clean and modern and is in a brand new shopping center.

New to Midland. We ordered a giant and a regular Philly steak. Also, a meatball sub. The giant was way to big for my husband, but he thought it was chinchy on the steak, so he put all the steak on half the bun. It comes w onions and peppers. We added grilled jalapenoes and grilled onions but then I think we had too many peppers and onions. It already comes with banana peppers. Our mistake. The quality of the steak and bread were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our sandwiches. Our daughter who is a picky eater also really liked her sandwich. It was more than enough for her. Well definitely be back.

Had Jersey Mikes for lunch, I got the medium (normal sized) sandwich my boyfriend got the giant one! (It was giant!) I love the sandwiches «mikes way» with vinegar and oil! The staff was friendly, facility was very clean, and it was a quick line! Overall we enjoyed it.
Kind of pricey… but what isn’t in Odessa?

Made a lunch visit to Jersey Mike’s in Odessa, this is my fourth visit here and the quality of the subs here never disappoints. I’m going to make this review short and sweet. I went here at noon, there was line however they are very good during the lunch rush, waited only about 4 minutes before ordering and on my way. I ordered the #9 Club Supreme, the deli meats are up to par, they slice the meat and cheese in front of your very own eyes and don’t forget to add Mike’s Way with their special sauce and spices. Overall great food, clean atmosphere, seating is a little crowded, subs are a bit pricey but worth the price! Till next time Jersey Mike’s Subs!

I was raised in NJ and was excited to see this chain here in the desert oil pumping wasteland known as west Texas. The Italian sub reminds me of home and I make the 15 minute drive from midland very often until the new location opens up here. This is probably the best place to get an authentic northeastern sandwich in west Texas. Also, the restaurant is always clean and the staff is always friendly!

I’ve been back two more times with coworkers and I’ve got them hooked on Jersey Mike’s! Waylon does an excellent job with customer service and he makes a great sub! I’m only working here for another few days but I plan on stopping at least one more time before I head back home to Nevada.

Tried this today! I ordered a Super Sub in a Tub (gluten free) and my husband had the Philly Cheese Steak (#17 Giant size). About $ 26 for both of us having combos. We were in and out in a matter of minutes! Very fast, very friendly and great food! Better than Subway for sure!

I’ve been to this location twice now, and I have nothing but good things to say about it. Seriously.
Lets start with the logistics of the place. Today when I got in line there were 12 – 15 people in front of me. A good crowd, but not awful. Still I was worried about being late getting back to work. I arrived at 12:40 and was out the door sandwich in hand by 12:57. Not bad, about a minute a customer. There are faster places, but not many faster sub shops that I can think of. The employees were friendly and efficient, though I think they may have a couple too many hands in the kitchen.

The meatball sub. What can I say? It’s my go to sandwich and my all time favorite every since I was 12. It might sound crazy but I think Subway’s is number one. HOWEVER, Jersey Mikes takes number two and I won’t be satisfied I’m right till I do a side by side test. It’s nice and meaty, good and cheesy, and has a great sauce. The sauce was layed on a little thick, but that seems to be the schtick here. Maybe a bit sloppy, but totally worth it.
The other sandwich I’ve had is a simple italian style with prosciuttini and cappicollo. Add on hot pepper relish and the vinegar and oil and enjoy. It sits heavy and salty but it’s delicious. I can totally see how waiting to eat these would really soggy really fast though. Watching them splash on the condiments made me worry how good the bread was going to be. It held up fine though.
The price is ok. Not a great bargain, maybe a tad overpriced in my opinion. A combo would run you about ten bucks and they stick a tip line on the receipt where I don’t know that I think it’s called for.
Overall it’s a solid ⁴⁄₅. Get you a meatball sub and go to town.

I have to agree with the other reviewer’s, the staff at Mikes is very friendly and helpful. There were four of us in our party and all four of us loved the subs. We will definitely be returning there again.

First off, I have become a frequent customer. It’s just so convenient for me because I literally live down the street… And for those days where I am tired from work and Rosa’s is not an option (which is always– bf hates Rosa’s — lol), I go here. The reason for the 5stars? The staff. They are amazing, all have been so friendly and upbeat, they are fast and even with a line I’ve been able to get out under 10 – 15 minutes tops. Love the club sub, and I ask for it mikes way. I do however monitor the amount of vinegar/​oil they put because I’m generally not a fan… if I don’t say anything, they can put a lot!!! Anyway, they have options for everyone… I think it’s a good addition to the Odessa food scene. (I guess you can call it that) and for sure It’s definitely a better sandwich alternative to subway. (which is a whole other review in itself)
