I love this whataburger, customer service is great, restaurant is always clean. They take the time to really get to know me and my family. I will gladly wait for my food their food is always hot and fresh.

I love whataburger, but this place is just god awful. Ordering 2 burgers and have been sitting for 20 minuets. They always have an attitude, the foods cold when you get it cause you wait so long. Don’t waist your time in this place. Go eat somewhere else.

i honestly don’t think this whataburger is as bad as others think because i’ve never had any problem getting food or anything. the only thing i can say is, can we make the drive thru faster?! it just took me 35 minutes to go through and there were knly five cars including mine!!! fix it!!!

I really wish I could give more stars because my previous visits were ok but my last experience was horrible. Waited in drive thru 20 minutes for a #4. Got to window lady tried to charge me for one shake that I didn’t order and no burger. I had to explain several times I prefers a #4. She didn’t get it … The order was never placed on their end for some reason, and so I had to wait at window while they hurried and threw my order together. To top it off good was cold and when I asked for refund in Shake I didn’t buy the lady tried to argue with me ! I even put in a complaint to corporate but never got an answer … Ps food was cold and not that great !

Worst ever. Place is so understaffed they are usually closed. Even when they are open the drive through is always closed

This is an alright burger place. My first Whataburger ever and I got a double cheeseburger meal. The value is decent — it will definitely fill you up. I do have to say though that for about the same price you can get a decent burger meal at many other burger joints that are far superior. I’m spoiled by great having had many choices of burger joints living in CA… so I am not saying I’m comparing it to In-N-Out, but I sort of am. Regardless, if I were choosing a burger I wouldn’t necessarily go here instead of any other burger joint.

It’s 5am. I’m from Cali and I haven’t had whataburger in 2 years. You forgot the gravy on my chicken strip meal. That sucks!

I’m not from Texas. But I have been told by many Texans that I «must try Whataburger.» So, there I was ordering a burger for which the restaurant was named. I’ll tell you what, it was just about on par with Dairy Queen, or Burger King. It is of course better than McDonalds, but nowhere near as good as a place like Steakburger or anything of that caliber. It was a forgettable meal. That was also the third time I had gone, and I am still not impressed. Three stars for being average… yay!

Beware: going to this whataburger at night is usually a 1 hour trip. The drive-thru and inside area serve food at an incredibly slow pace and this usually means the food is cold. Get a microwave. Seriously though, this is without a doubt the worst experience I’ve ever had at a drive-thru. Not all whataburgers operate this way. This one is unique. I’ve never had a meal here that seemed to justify the higher-than-average, crap-food prices. If you don’t mind long waits, annoying drunk people and armed security guards, stay away from this place. You’re gonna get ripped off.

Exact same experience as JD years later. I do not know what is is about the WB, but it sucks a fat one. Ive never been disappointed with a Whataburger, and this location changed that. Drive through takes like twenty minutes. They have two lanes, ones apparently just for show. And the two times I came here, my food was cold each time. The latter, I pulled up to the window with the bag sitting right there, but no one to take my money. I swear I sat for 3 – 5 minutes looking at my food before someone handed it too me. Avoid, unless you are into cold food and like waiting for it, then by all means…

I am not a big fan of Whataburger, I came here three times, did not care much for the meals that I got. I believe one of the main advantages of this place is it stays open when others are closed, and that is why at 12 midnight and after you see a busy line on the drive through/in. I may return in six months or so if at all!

My first meal in Od was at Whataburger. Bf raved that it was the best and I thought I try it out since they don’t have this in California. The burger was huge and good, my buns were a little cold though. I was starving on the 3 hr plane ride from Dallas to Midland, so this hit the spot.

Food was fine, but waited forever in the drive-thru. Then all of our food was cold when we got it. No explanation for why we had to wait 25 minutes for our food. Seems that the management at this location is sub-par. Wouldn’t recommend.

Oh great another burger joint, if there arent enough of these already. Well besides that, its just another good burger, nothing fancy about this one here. What IS special is the price, its pretty much the cheapest good burger chain ive seen. Kudos
