Great ambiance. Good food. It’s nice to have something that’s not the usual. The chorizo pizza was yummy. The tacos were delicious. I enjoyed the sirloin nachos. Just thought they could’ve had more sirloin for the price. I’d definitely go back.

Cork and Pig is my favorite restaurant in Midland/​Odessa so my husband and I decided to give its sister restaurant a a try for breakfast. So glad we did! Excellent service, excellent food, and a cozy ambience. We’ve been twice in one week and we live about 30 minutes away if that says anything about its quality. We’ve had the chicken and waffles and prime rib hash and both were so good (we basically inhaled them as soon as they came out from the kitchen). The vanilla latte was definitely worth the $ 4.50 as well. One of my favorite things about CPT Market and Cork and Pig is the cozy feel and smell from the wood fire oven. We came on a Saturday around 10 and there was plenty of seating, which is a major plus in this town (so obviously the secret isn’t out yet). The prices are also fairly reasonable for the quality and quantity of food (especially for Midland/​Odessa).

Soooooooooooo delicious!!! I eat here anytime I can, chicken tacos are fabulous, salads are great, and their so cal pizza was on point. The atmosphere is something special, something you would expect when out of town or in a downtown city, it makes a romantic date night or exciting lunch. The wait staff have always been nice and courteous when we have been. We have tried a few of their beers and bought some wine (called Shout Out) and all have been good. I like that you can stop by here and get a unique wine or beer to take home. I also like that they are already chilled. Their lattes are the best in town, that’s saying a lot because I’ve lived in Seattle area and no coffee I’ve tried in Odessa has lived up to that standard. These lattes are a little taste of what I miss about my time in the Pacific Northwest. This place is just perfect all around.

Very good food! The high modern atmosphere, and great food does not differ from Cork & Pig. The price does not differ as well, so don’t be shocked. The staff was kind & eager to help with anything!
