Disappointing. Ordered on Seamless, and while the pizza looks good — completely wrong order and was charged double from what was delivered vs ordered.

I wish I could give negative stars!!! This is a terrible establishment! I ordered a couple slices of pizza and garlic knots and it was the most repulsive meal I had ever gotten delivered in my life. The pizza was grotesque and the garlic knots were burnt and both items were inedible. Do not ever waste your money or time here– luckily Seamless refunded me after the manager hung up on myself as well as Seamless multiple times. Rude and unprofessional.

this place has really great grilled chicken salads — so good that i go there 2 – 3 times a week. their garlic knots are really delicious as well. this place also has great service, whether they are packed or not, they are really attentive and helpful. i would give them 5 stars but they charge a fee for using your credit card, which bums me out.

Ive had better. Both times I visited I was greeted with burnt pizza that you cant fold which is essential to maximize the pizza experience. It actually tasted kind of boring. Far below your average pizza joint. On top of that they charge $ 1 to pay with a card(I paid cash) which is a fee the merchant s supposed to pay but I guess they feel that your responsibility.

Great place for a quick lunch. The pizza slices are huge and big enough for a whole meal. The chef salad can feed at least 2 grown men. Although it’s a small place it does have seating and the menu is pretty extensive. For the city, prices are generally on the same level as other places nearby. The owner is very nice, I believe his name is Anthony. Very friendly, calls everyone either sir or miss. When I was there for lunch today, a homeless man came in and the owner gave him a slice of pizza. I thought that was very generous and really made me want to go back again and again.

Great food — I really enjoy their grilled chicken salad. A slice of pizza is big enough for a meal and delicious too and they have many varieties of toppings… friendly service-definitely my favorite lunch spot!

Terrible customer service. Ordered take out from this restaurant, they sent the wrong item and refused to make it right. I’ve ordered dozens of times and never had any issues, but the rude treatment I got the one time I complained has turned me off this place forever. There’s a small price to pay to go out of your way for someone, especially a loyal customer, and clearly, sadly, this restaurant hasn’t learned that lesson yet.

Friendly staff! Food was good, just overpriced but understandable considering the area.

It’s the best pizza in about 5 blocks around it, I’ll say that. I often go for lunch on my lunch period, it’s a bit expensive for the broke high school student market, that frequents it, but it’s good for the one splurge meal. $ 7.25 for two slices and a bottle(bottle is only 25c more than the can, good deal.) A little greasy, but I like it.

Very good pizza in the area. I live next door and would definitely opt for this over Justino’s or Sacco. Slices are large and tasty.

Casabianca is my go to Italian food by work for delivery. Always very quick and they have a bolognese sauce that is so good. I MUST have it with angel hair, always. Their sausage and sauce is also yummy.

This is it. If you want that perfect Grandma slice. Something that makes you feel like a REALNEWYORKER when it hits your lips. Stop by this happenin’ spot. Best Grandma slice I have had in NYC, and I have tried at least 5 pizza places in the Hells Kitchen /Columbus Circle region in the past 2 years. Believe me. This will make you call your Grandma and thank her for birthing your father/mother who subsequently birthed you.

I’ve never been into the actual shop, but I found them on and they had five stars, so I ordered. The food came pretty quickly, but the delivery guy refused to use the buzzer(which makes me insane since it’s right there on the order slip), but whatever. When I opened up all the tins and started eating, the food was alright, not the best, not the worst… Until I found a hair in my chicken. Normally, I would assume that the hair is just mine, but since my hair was pulled tightly back and the color was certainly not mine, I was more than a little grossed out. I’ll just have to keep looking for a really good Italian joint.

Casabianca is the perfect local pizza joint. I am extremely picky when it comes to pizza, and Casabianca does it just right. Definitely extremely casual, I recommend doing take out, as the ambiance is not the best. My boyfriend and I go so often, that they know our order by heart there. If you love grandma slices, then Casabianca is the place for you. They have the standard grandma slice, plus different specialty grandmas. My favorite is the pizza supreme, which has no tomato sauce but the grandma dough and is topped with various Italian meats. It is seriously amazing, especially when ordered well done. They are the type of pizza joint that will make a completely new pie if they are out of the slice you want, which is the way that it should be. My boyfriend loves their buffalo chicken and pepperoni slice. Their garlic knots are hit or miss. Sometimes amazing with all their garlicky and crispy goodness, and other times much too oily. Their veal francaise and penne alla vodka are great as well for when we want to switch it up. If you are in the area and looking for awesome pizza, I highly recommend Casabianca! They have a cute Italian ices stand there in the spring and summer!

One of my favorite pizza joints in nyc. Could it be that I’ve worked next to this place many times and a slice is always quick, fast and cheap? Probably, the pizza here is still good. Nothing fancy at all, no pizza’s with spinach, just grease, cheese and bread and some tomato suace.

Pretty good pizza, at decent prices in the neighborhood. My coworkers order two pies for lunch. Not my favorite pizza ever, but definitely on the tasty side. ANDDDTHEYTAKECREDITCARD(without a minimum) !!! That’s a big plus because I’m never with cash. Their sandwiches are very good too.

Stopped here because Justino’s, which is around the corner, was packed. Casabianca is off the avenue so I think it gets overlooked. When I stepped in I noticed it was very clean. 10 tables or so, so a table should be readily available. I’ve never ordered anything other than the plain slice. The crust is nice and thin, just how I like it. The sauce is not sweet, its salty and spicy. It’s not a very cheesy pizza, it has the perfect amount. The second I bit into it, I realized I had found a hidden gem, 40 feet from Jake’s Salooon. It’s not that Casabianca is never busy, it’s just that guys I know who work in that area, didn’t know it was even there.

The pizza was nice, but just average. It was what you would call, a quick snack… Do not come here and expect you taste buds to have the time of their lives with their pizza. I’m not sure how their other menu items taste… [you should try them and let me know]. The inside appearance was not up to par with Manhattan standards, but it was okay. The workers are friendly. The time that I went, there was only one customer sitting down inside. I get the impression that they are never packed — I could be wrong though. Service is quick as it should be since it’s only pizza. The slice and the Snapple was $ 4.50 total. I am not sure if I will come back here in the near future. I mean, I guess if I get tired of the better pizza places around the area, I’ll come back…
