Needed a room just for one night and everything downtown in my price range was booked, but this hotel was perfect for what I needed. Rented a king bed room on the fourth floor. The room was clean, bed and pillows were super comfy, and front desk personnel was very nice. The hotel has a pool, hottub, and free breakfast but I didn’t try any of these amenities. I was worried about noise from the airport, but that wasn’t a problem at all. Hotel is a short drive to everything, comfortable, and affordable so I would recommend it.

Don’t stay here! Not worth the price at all! The hallways on the first floor sounded like I was staying in a college town and the front desk(although in very close hearing range) didn’t intervene. The screaming/running/loud talking/luggage cart rides went on for a solid 15 minutes at 3am, as well as 3 – 4 other loud middle of the night disturbances! The mattresses were far from a queen size, they looked like a full size, yet beds are advertised/priced/sold for two adults in each bed. We had 6 guests and the 2 guests on the fold out couch had the most space. The bed pillows are square couch pillows, I suppose they wouldn’t want to put actual bed size ones on them because that would only emphasize the tiny mattress size, but who wants to sleep on a couch pillow? All that fun for almost double the rate of an average«3 – 4 star» hotel in the same area! We booked the hotel over the phone for one price about 10 minutes prior to our arrival, when we checked in we had to initial a paper that was, according to the clerk, their no pet/no smoking policy, however the following morning when we checked out the price had jumped almost $ 40 for the price we had booked the hotel at! When we discussed this with the front desk, we were told that we locked in our price when we initialed that slip at check in. Rip off! Don’t waste your money or sleep.

This hotel is a bargain. Clean room, large TV’s, large rooms, pool, free WiFi, and convenience to downtown Nashville are some of the things that make this hotel a great stay. The price for the rooms and the staff compliment what was already a quality experience.

The hotel was nice and staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was the usual fare and the ladies worked hard to keep it filled and clean. The pool water was cold and we were there during cold rainy weather so I was disappointed that the water was not warm. Also, the pool room was pretty cold the morning we went to the pool but the pool was clean and surrounding area neat and clean. We had a room(109) with the whirlpool tub. It was all clean and the room spacious. However, it was quite musty smelling overall. I sprayed some air freshner each day. There were obvious signs of repairs made to a wall and ceiling. The paint on the top part of the wall did not match the bottom of the wall. It’s too bad the quality of those repairs was lacking.

I have only good things to say about this hotel. We rolled into town without a reservation. Stopped at Alexis first and couldn’t get out fast enough due to stale cigarette smell and outdated tired look. Walked into Comfort Suites and Tony was great! He got us set up for two nights at a great price. Lobby and dining area are clean and modern. Rooms are updated and clean as well. Hot breakfast and evening buffet were great and filling. I would definitely stay here again.

Read all the good reviews so we decided to stay here for out trip. Place is close to downtown and clean. As we arrived and checked in, fate apparently had us draw the short straw. And that was our experience with Joe in ‘guest services.’ Apparently ‘guest services’ in Nashville means something different than it does in the rest of the world. We weren’t greeted with a ‘hello’ ‘how are you’ nothing. He couldn’t even muster up the dignity and professionalism to hand me back my ID. He simply put in on the counter. Didn’t offer us any ‘thanks for staying with us’ or even a simple ‘enjoy your trip’. Nothing. Rude as hell. And thanks to Joe we will never stay in a ‘un’ Comfort Suites again. And the only reason I can think of is rudeness is because I’m white and my gf is Indian. Because Joe offered all the requisite platitudes to the white lady that checked in after us. So Joe, ur rudeness cost your company a future customer. And get a new name tag. No one likes being lied to.
