Nice hotel. Beds are very comfortable. Will stay again! Rooms were clean. There is a Mexican restaurant/bar in the hotel. Food was good but the margarita was the worst I have ever had. Taste like chloraseptic throat spray.

Subject: Charges for Hotel Room I did not stay at this Hotel I had a reservation at Comfort Inn & Suites in Nashville TN for 12 September 2015. It was under choice privileges number(BXW100131) Bessie Woodruff, but the actual reservation was under my name Stanley Woodruff. We were not able to stay there because we had a family emergency in South Carolina. The hotel charged my account $ 111.99 anyway. I used their website to send a complaint on 17 September about this but have not heard from them, I sent another email on 21 September and still have not heard from them. I am attaching the email. I called their Customer Relations at 1−800−300−8800 and talked to an agent(did not get name) and was told because I was a no show in their system they could not refund the money but go to my bank and they probably will be able to. She said this is what they tell the customer in this situation. I explained to her I do not understand why they could not do it because I was about 90% sure I cancelled the reservation. The problem I have is once I read email, I delete it. She still stated I should go through my bank for this, so that is what I am doing. Sincerely Stanley A. With that said, without confirmation of your reservation being cancelled the hotel has charged your card as a «no show.» I have spoken with the hotel staff and unfortunately they are unable to have your account credited back without this cancellation confirmation. Again, I appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, which is why, from the Choice Hotels end, I would like to extend an offer of 8,000 points to your respective Choice Privileges account. I have all this in a word document because I copied and pasted our communications. Their facebook page is riddled with complaints, if people chose to stay at this brand, do so at your own risk, but I advise against it.

The«fitness» center is almost non-existent. Apparently they think a couple treadmills will keep us quiet. The receptionist was very nice and the room itself was very good.

I’ve stayed at Comfort Suites before and they’re generally pretty good hotels at afordable prices. I stayed here since it was fairly cheap and in a good location to everything we wanted to do(rented a car to explore more than just downtown). The staff were very nice and the room was very clean. WiFi was free too! The breakfast buffet was good and it was nice to save money on one meal of the day(so you can splurge on the others!). I would definitely stay here when I’m in Nashville again.

This is a very nice hotel. I was skeptical when I booked; I usually go for Hilton then Marriott brand hotels, mainly for the rewards, but all were fully booked in this area. My room was spacious, way more that enough room for lil olé me. The bed was very confortable but the AC/heating unit was loud. Luckily I had some ear plugs. The best part of the suite was the jacuzzi in the bathroom… verrryyyy nice and relaxing after a hrad day’s work. Breakfast was average but there was a pretty decent selection of items.

Very nice hotel near the airport and not too terribly far from downtown Nashville. The only rooms available were handicapped so we took it and I tell ya, it was very spacious. I must mention the rugs, because I’ve not seen such stylish rugs in a hotel room before. The complimentary breakfast included eggs, sausage, bagels, waffles, fruit, cereal, yogurt, coffee and juices.
