Worst healthcare experience I have ever had. I had two questions for my doctor after my exam, about recommendations the doctor made. «How much do these tests cost?» And«how long do these tests take?» In response to these questions I was faced with a blank stare and a very annoyed doctor. Both of these questions took 15 minutes individually to be answered. Ended up walking out to avoid being late to work after another 20 minute wait at patient checkout. I had absolutely nothing done to me and I received a 200 $ bill in the mail, in addition to the 40 $ one is expected to pay on entry, and that’s just the co pay! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody of right mind. Absolute trash.

Majority of staff is rude. Really made a simple process very unpleasant. I suppose the attitude is a cultural thing (wwiiinnnkkkk) Go somewhere else.

A place full of incompetent physicians. One doctor even talked about one of her patients to me — isn’t that a HIPAA violation? Dr Ko is a joke, seriously!

Loved both visits to this location. Fast and effective. Roslyn Jones went above and beyond to meet my needs and I appreciate it immensely. I would give 5 stars however both times I called and spoke to «Tiffany» she was argumentative, and unwilling to assist. I have worked in costomer service my entire life and she was not pleasant to work with. Tiffany repeatedly spoke over me and answered my questions with«I’m not sure» without offering to seek further information. I literally had to ask her«Can you ask if that’s something you offer at the facility so I don’t have to drive all the way to find out in person?»… other than that I strongly recommend this facility and will return.

Incompetence levels approaching government levels. I went in for a DOT physical, and I asked if they would take my insurance. Now, they already knew I was requesting a DOT physical: they asked me which insurance I had, but when I told them, they told me they didn’t accept insurance for DOT physicals. So why… oh never mind. Now to be fair, the wait was relatively short, but they kept telling me the wait was longer than it really was. Perhaps I shouldn’t complain that I had short waits, but the estimates I got for the waits weren’t even close. At once I was told I was going to have to wait in an empty exam room for 30 – 40 minutes, and the medico came in within five minutes. Add the fact that I had almost no cell signal, and they can’t be bothered to offer wifi. It was awful, and SOOO Dull. and it would have been mind-numbingly dreadful if I had to have had waiting for the length had the Nostradamuses behind the counter had been correct. It’s also not a good day when the medicals tell you they have to touch your balls, but at least they didn’t tell me to turn me turn around and cough.

The wait was long but the Dr was well worth it! Dr. Marc Watkins was amazing! I’m here on vacation and my 2 yr old started wheezing and coughing and Dr. Marc saw us at this urgent care. He took his time with us even waited for my son to become comfortable and waited through a temper tantrum. I was very impressed. TN is lucky to have him.
