Absolutely worst JITB I’ve ever been to. We have been waiting over 20 minutes for our«fast» food. The staff has mixed up multiple orders for the people in front of us and do not seem to know what goes with what. At one point one of the employees barked back at another one. Very unorganized and very unprofessional.

This is my third trip to this Jack in the box and every time I’ve had to wait at least half an hour before I get my food. When I do, it’s cold. Today was the worst. Not only was my order wrong, I also didn’t receive my receipt when asked. A few of my co-workers have stated that the wait time is horrible. On separate occasions, we have spent a good part of our lunch hour waiting for cold food.

Bad food. Ya. Bad fast food. Dont chains like this have a certain level of quality across all locations? Not this one. I think they use microwaves to heat up food. It comes out soggy and nasty. They are not open 24 hours. 3:30 am and they said they are closed.

if you are here in the morning, I’d recommend going through the drive thru. I got really slow service inside. I waited at the front counter for quite some time before someone came to take my order.

By far the worst place ever. First visit– they forget my orange juice. Called them, to let them know i will be going back to pick up. Showed up and they claim i had recieved it. Umm– i wouldn’t of drove all the way back for it. Second visit– order my hamburger, decided to add bacon. Came home to find there was no bacon. Went back, they fixed it. So I didn’t check. Came home to find all they did was give me a another hamburger without bacon! Twice in one day, they really need to get their act together. This location will not last.

My own fault for not checking my order, but third time they have completely messed up my order! but I had hoped that since she repeated my order back 3 times it would be correct. But my wait time was short, then trying to get it fixed and it’s been the worst hassle ever.

This JITB is very disappointing and I only went there once while I was in town for a family event. One big thing is that it’s dirty. also, I ordered 3 kids hamburgers without pickles, mustard, and onions and the clerk repeated that order to me 3 times to make sure he got it down right… somehow I still ended up with the unwanted condiments! And on top of that, our curly fries were old. Anyone can see from the ordering counter that the regular and curly fries has been sitting under the heating lamp for a while. I normally have good experience with the other JITB because the experience has been fresh cooked food. Apparently, the«we(JITB) won’t cook it until you order it» slogan doesn’t apply at this location. Oh, on top of that, i think my sprite had a hint of bleach smell to it. I barely even ate my fish fillet sandwich & just threw away the hamburgers because i started wondering about the how clean was the place. this was the worst JITB experience I have ever had.

Worst wait ever. Wanted something quick after work, might as well have went to a sit down restaurant. The drive through lady told me to wait and never said anything for a good ten minutes. I think she forgot there was someone there.

Over ten minutes for wedges and a jumbo Jack. They had alarms going off like everything was over heating or something. What a joke.

I ordered #15 which is a meal. I didn’t say«chicken rice bowl», and JASMINE(if that is her real name) still asked do you want the meal? Then gave me my receipt only… then I noticed everybody else had cups… so when I finally got my meal I had to ask if it comes with a drink? DUH! I started to walk away and saw I had no fork!!! So I went back and her co-worker gave me one. Fantastic! I should eat here every meal of every day!!!

They hella suck. The girl who worked the drive thru couldn’t hear me so I kept having to repeat my order. My grilled cheese was soggy, our iced mochas tasted watered down with NOFLAVOR and since they didn’t have any fruit punch or lemonade, I got an apple juice for my son. BUTTELLMEWHYTHEYNEVERGAVEMEMYAPPLEJUICE?! It’s whatever though. That Jack In The Box is a hit and miss.

Ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger 3 different times. They screwed it up. I am never going back there! Horrible! Needs a new crew!

Are these guys stupid? Okay one time I give people the benefit of the doubt, errors can happen. But regularly absolutely idiotic errors? Hell no. One time, a while ago, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and a croissant. So they charged me a sausage egg cheese croissant sub bacon for 1.00 extra. I said no. Instead give me an ultimate croissant(bacon, egg, sausage, cheese) on croissant, hold the sausage. These retards give me a egg and cheese alone. I went back to fix it actually drove back for the principle and after a lot of attitude, a shitty one with unmelted cold cheese. C’mon son. They fix it and probably spit in my food for all I know. Anyway I let it rock. Today I order a REGULAR ultimate croissant sandwich. These idiots give me sausage and cheese nothing else. Wtf are you kidding me? Idiots. I understand mostly everybody probably is earning 8.00 an hour except the manager but hell no. Idiots. Rarely am I this annoyed by awful performance but people need to know. This jack in the box location SUCKS.

These 4 stars are all for the great service the employees gave us. Ariel(I hope I spelled her name right!), our cashier, was super nice & patient. Mauricio(ok, I know I messed up that one, so next time I go, I’ll get the correct spellings of their names & edit this review.), who was the manager I think, was also very kind & helpful, as were the 2 other guys who helped put our order together. They all deserve a raise, because they treated every customer(not just me & my Mom) w/respect & appreciation. I loved that they now carry Daisy Sour Cream packets(for the tacos, I guess, & fajita bowl) instead of that low fat, generic brand. I appreciate that they’re not stingy w/the sauces & condiments, as most fast food places are these days. Minus 1 star for, well, because it’s the usual Jack in the Box food, haha. Their new Turkey Egg White Breakfast Sandwich was really rubbery, tough, dry & bland(not the employees’ fault, though, that’s just the standard low quality ingredients & how they are made at all locations). Not getting those again, but will definitely come back when I’m in the area, for the few menu items that I do like(& to get the correct spelling of their names, ’cause my OCD is not letting that go!).

$ 6 for 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches. Not too shabby. Usually steer clear of JitB, but I may be back for another quick and easy breakfast here. Coffee was and will be obtained at the nearby Starbucks.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered chicken fajita pita, i have never had so much chicken placed in my fajita pita ever. and i ordered 2 tacos, and i have never had such spicy tacos from Jack in the Box either. i will return here again, it is on my way to or from work.

Very impatient and surly order taker in the front. I go to Jack all the time but this guy made me realize the food here is more expensive that it should be.

This is Jack in the Box. NOT a schmancy gourmet restaurant. I just expect a nice, greasy meal for cheap, and that’s what I got. I don’t understand the poor reviews – it’s fast food, people! For convenience, this place outranks anything else for me, as it’s down the block from where I work, and super-fast. And I must confess, I just love their 99 cent tacos! They’re disgusting and delicious all at once. I got some of those and was set the rest of the afternoon. And, I found the workers there very nice – can’t complain about anything.

I was never a fast food person, but with a string of store closings striking the only plaza within walking distance from work, I have been going there quite a few times. My English friend Marcus used to have breakfast there every morning, and he would come back to say«Jack is well, but he’s in a box». They must have hired some fairly inexperienced people lately — understandable given the circumstances — so the service was slow and erratic. In tough economic times though you ought to cut these guys some slack. We all need to save money and Jack delivers on that promise and keeps the store open. Their chicken sandwich and fatty breakfast can ruin your health in the long run, but they can also save your life after you skipped two meals in a row to save money. OK, I may be melodramatic, hypocritical or just plain goofy here. Bottom line is albeit still in the old fast food box, Jack is alive. Let’s appreciate all we can get, seriously.
