The guy that helped me today was not very becoming at all. He also gave me the wrong items and overcharged me. Smh.

I ordered a regular and got charged for a large… Not sure if I got a large, so I called the place two different times. No one answered the phone.

UNBELIEVABLYTERRIBLE customer service! A week ago they forgot to return my credit card to me after I paid for our meals. We even sat down and ate in the store but I guess no one noticed that there was a card sitting there. That evening we realized it was missing and called them. sure enough they found it by the register. We asked them to hang on to it for us and we would be there some time in the next week(since we live an hour away). When I showed up Lucy could not find the card by the register. Certain that it must be in the store I asked her to look around. She made almost no effort toward that effect and concluded it simply must be elsewhere. I asked if I could speak to a manager, she said«she» was out. I asked if we could call the manager, to which she replied«she doesn’t like that». After going in a circle like that a couple times I called the number on the door that says«comments or concerns call here…» A very helpful gentleman got on the phone, he asked for the story, my details, the store details, and the name of the manager. I supplied him with all the information and asked Mary for the name of the manager. She said it was Faye. I asked for her last name and Lucy refused to give it to me!!! I’m on the phone with«corporate togo’s» registering a complaint for not letting me speak with a manager and she still refuses to give me the managers last name! The guy on the phone couldn’t even believe it. Finally I found her name on a health inspection notice posted on the wall. I registered the complaint and left very unhappy and without my card. I don’t want to spend another 2 hours driving there and back! Faye better find my credit card and mail it to me! I don’t care if you don’t LIKE to be called, if you want to manage a store you have to make yourself available for calls especially if your employees don’t know where the lost and found is in your own store! Please respond.

They make wraps and substitute whatever they want for something they don’t have. At least ask! She didn’t apologize or ask if i wanted anything else. The wrap i got, i like bc of the dressing!

This place has gone downhill since I started coming here. Every time I come in they’re always out of the bread I like(parmesan). The first few times I forgave them and settled for another kind of bread, but now this is like 10+ times in a row. I’ve mostly given up on them, but I periodically try again… and yet another disappointing visit today.

I love the warm hot sandwiches here! The place is very nice for casual meet ups and just catching up with friends! Get a side of chips and soda for the perfect combination! Tried the new Lemon pepper tuna sandwich very interesting taste but definitely great! Not a tuna person but decided to try it and it definitely was good !

Every time I come here I always get a bad service, especially from the old Hispanic lady.

The older lady in the red shirt is obnoxiously rude. I’m assuming her name is Faye from the name on her hat. I placed an order online an hour before it was scheduled to be picked up. I arrived 10 mins early to wait in the line labeled«online pickup». Faye approached me and asked why I was standing there and I told her I placed an online order. Before I could finish what I was saying she interrupted and very rudely said she never received the order without double checking. Literally seconds later a fax comes through with my order. She grabs the paper and leaves it on the bar where they make sandwiches and I stand there watching her and 3 other employees take walk-in orders. After awhile I ask her if my order while be ready soon and she walks away to the register and turns around to yell at an employee to make the sandwich. The employee was very nice and made my order perfectly. As soon as she was handing over the bag, Faye comes to intercept and remove the chips and drink that I ORDERED because it «wasn’t paid for». Yet it was clearly stated in the receipt and according to the receipt it was free with my sandwich. I told her that my order processed so how can it be on there if it never asked for a price option to choose from so that I could pay for it. At that point I saw no reason in arguing with her. It was $ 3.00 that she was willing to die for. I don’t see how someone in her position can be so rude and cruel to her employees in front of customers as well as rude to the customers themselves. This place is located across the street from Facebook and other businesses and this is the service that is being offered. It’s honestly terrible and I highly recommend investing money during lunch hours in the surrounding businesses. Togo’s how do you allow this? I understand that it takes time

For a togos I was very impressed by the Asian chicken Salad. Thicken is nice and tender, Asian dressing sauce is so flavorful and the wonton strip are so tasty and crispy. Quick service since they order out more staff from the back as soon as the line for a little longer.

I work right down the street so I come here quite a bit; the food is the same as pretty much any other Togo’s, but I feel that the service is less than average. The last time that I went, I ordered three sandwiches and it honestly took about 15 minutes to get them made. If you’re going to come here make sure to call in your order first and then come pick it up if you’re coming at lunch time. There are two employees that I believe are brothers, they look like twins, that are very nice and on to of their jobs. Try to get them.

Horrible parking. People are nice, but there is an old Spanish woman that does not listen to you. You tell her you don’t want pickles and she puts pickles in. Everytime I go there, same story. Also, the metal chairs need to be changed.

FYI they DONOTACCEPTCOUPONS here. I had a coupon from my email(buy one sandwich get one free) with this address on it and I had to twist their arm really hard to accept it. Even after giving in it was made clear the manager does not like to accept coupons and they were trying every excuse that I couldn’t use it…“it’s only for valentines day” — no, it’s good through today. «You have to get 2 sandwiches» — yes, I’m getting 2. «You have to buy a combo»(I ended up giving in to that even though I didn’t want chips & soda). Anyway, I will not be returning to this TOGO’s location!

The food at the 885 Hamilton Ave location is okay, but it’s definitely different when the business is in full swing than it is when you visit on a weekend or off hour. This applies to anything hot, be it soup, hot pastrami or any other variation of cooked food stuffs. In short, you may want to avoid the place if it’s not busy. :-\ The cold sandwiches are generally good most times and are fairly consistent. I’ve heard the Asian Chicken Salads are also good.

Staff is great and very friendly; however, the prices are quite more expensive than other Togos. I believe their daily special is $ 7.99 whereas other Togo’s have daily specials for $ 5.00. The portions are also smaller than other Togo’s and the amount of deli cuts are quite skimpy. The portions are smaller and more expensive because the owner is trying to cut corners and cut cost. I have also witnessed the owner being rude to her employees which discourages me from returning, but this is the closest sandwich place near my home. But like I said originally the staff is great and always smiling ready to prepare your sandwiches.

I love this place. They are right near my job and are very nice people. If you visited here a couple of years ago– it was HORRIBLE. That was a different owner. That guy is gone and now it has a new owner who is terrific. They never run out of breads or meat and the staff is actually pleasant– not ghetto like the previous owners staff. He was a slime-ball who probably never paid his people and so they acted accordingly.

This review is about the customer service Terrible Terrible service Older lady(think manager). is so unfriendly — rude to other staff Members! Sucks because this is the closest Togos to me but would rather Drive a few extra miles, to a place where they treat staff and paying Customers with Respect. Not like you are being an inconvenience when placing an order ! Take your Business else where !

Good amount of meat for the price. Lines aren’t that long during lunch. Decent prices. Quality of avocados and tomatoes and lettuce is lacking. Good cheap filling meal for the limited amount of food in the area.

After all these years, Togo’s is still a good option if you are craving a sandwich and want it quickly. The daily special for $ 5 is a good deal, you get a sandwich, drink and a bag of chips. Not bad at all. I like their roast beef the best. I wish they would hide the microwave though, not very appealing to see if being used in front of you. Always amuses me how they weight the sandwich to make sure it is standard.
