Called ahead for a group order at lunch today. I paid over the phone so all I’d have to do is pick up in 15 minutes. The girl in the phone read back our order and all was accounted for. Arrived there and it wasn’t fully ready yet. I understand they have to freshly put the soup when I’m there so it’s hot. Anyway, they handed me the bag with the orders and just said that everything is in there. I left trusting(yes I shouldn’t have) what they said. Of course, when I was at the office distributing the food, we discover they forgot a ham and cheese sandwich. They also made incorrect charges by charging double for an item that wasn’t supposed to be doubled. And of course, they also charged us for the missing sandwich. Basically, they overcharged by $ 6 and didn’t fulfill all our order. If you’re ever going to order here… Make sure you double check and triple check your receipt /charges and the food.

Love this place, the service is fast and quick(even at noon.) the employees are great and remember when you come in here. I get the turkey avocado on sourdough road with all the fixings, and every time it tastes delicious. It is a half sandwich place, and half baskin-Robbins. This is also located next to a Starbucks. I will be back again for a delicious quick sandwich.

It is rare to be this impressed with a fast food restaurant. I’ve come here twice now, and I don’t think I’ve ever walked in and out of a place so quickly, yet completely satisfied and with my order in hand. They are so efficient here! It’s amazing! I give props to all the employees for working hard every day, and I give props to management for running a tight shift. This team has identified the fastest way to make the customers happy. I should know, I’ll be one of those customers for years to come.

The people that work at this location go way above and beyond. They’re always borderline-excessively friendly and remember me. Usually grabbing a sandwich for lunch elsewhere is a «nothing to write home about» experience but not at this location. I can’t get over how wonderful they are, quick and friendly. Really, can’t say enough about how much I love these people. Did I mention the friendliness?

I worked for Togo’s for 4 years and it is still a favorite of mine! I recently got a job in Palo Alto and the closest location to me is this one. I decided that is what I wanted for lunch yesterday, so I went ahead and used their super easy online ordering feature. When I arrived, my sandwich was ready to go right at the time I specified when ordering. The gentleman who made the sandwich realized he forgot the cheese and quickly added it to my sandwich while I paid. I was in and out in a matter of a couple minutes! The people working were really friendly and offered great customer service. When I got back to my office, my sandwich was exactly how I ordered it, very well presented, and of course DELICIOUS! I’ll be sure to return to this location for future lunches :)

Customer service x 10 at this place. They messed up an order and fixed it in less than 2 minutes. Even though it’s a chain, that’s what will keep me coming back.

I am a long time customer of togos my favorite one is the East Palo Alto togos everyone knows me by name and they know exactly what I want and what I don’t want on my sandwiches I can really appreciate that except for one sandwich maker by the name of Trinidad who gives me a very hard time every time I come in to togos and is waited on by her if she asked me a question I simply tell her if I said in Spanish she tells me that I need to say it in English and she speaks very fluent Spanish she’s very argumentative and will question me at times even after multiple times when I tell her what I want on my sandwich I think she’s just very rude and very unprofessional. She said that he’s rude to me because some of her coworkers don’t like me all I want to do is eat good food and have it prepared the way that I am paying for it to be prepared I feel strongly that she should be talked to and or reprimanded for her very obnoxious personality towards me in particular when I stop at Togo’s. I would really appreciate it and I will continue to eat at East Palo Alto Togo’s. I feel like she should be again talked to. Thank You so very much for taking the time to read my complaint about Trinidad.

It’s a great place to grab a bite for lunch, I decided to get the Santa Fe chicken salad today and it was great, fresh veggies with a crunch of tortilla bits. The interior of the shop is always clean with friendly staff ready to serve you. They also have Baskin Robins inside for all you ice cream lover’s. I’d definitely come back.

Most disgusting Cold meatball sandwich. She says… it doesn’t come with toasted breaf. Seriously? Gross. Never again.

Watch out, prices shown on the board are lower than what you are shown. If you question this, they will attempt to tell you the tax or other costs are added into the price on the receipt(All of which are line items elsewhere). After a few minutes of trying to explain to them how math works, they will finally tell you they raised their prices a while back, but never got around to raising their prices where the costumer sees it(only on the register). I gave them 2 stars because while they are scamming all their customers, the sandwich was decent, even though over $ 10 for a 6″ sub.

I’ve been going to this Togo’s for 10 years. I’ve hesitated to write a review before now because the staff are very nice and courteous. However, enough is enough. They need to *slow down and listen*. EVERY single time, I have to repeat my order at least 3−5x and watch them like a hawk and AGAIN repeat what I want while they are making my sandwich because more often than not, they will screw up because they are going extremely fast OR they’re not listening. Regardless of whether it’s 12:30 and peak lunch time or 2PM and there’s only me and one other person in line — it doesn’t matter. This always happens. I think the prices also went up? It used to be $ 5 for a mini classic combo, and recently I have been paying varying prices of $ 7 and up. Why? I have no idea. I try to ask, and they also give me strange explanations that really don’t make sense, and I’m in too much of a rush to argue. While I continue to go here because it’s literally the only sandwich shop close to my work, I really hope management takes a look and assesses this issue.

I like Togo’s, I used to frequent the original one when I worked in the area. But THIS Togo’s… everyone working there races to make the sandwiches as if their lives depended on cranking out a thousand customers an hour. They move too fast. On more than one occasion have they not gotten my rather simple orders right because they’re too focused on making them as quickly as possible. Even though the workers seem friendly and talkative, someone in charge needs to have them take a minute because this isn’t a drive thru with a clock ticking, this is a sandwich I’m going to take my time with and enjoy.

Subway is terrible and this place is somehow worse. Chewy bread, cheap ingredients, cheap meat. Ate half of my six inch and threw the rest away. Do not eat here.

It used to be in college Togo’s was a luxury. Nowadays it’s because Im in a hurry. I loved their pastrami back in the day and I was about to go for that. But then i saw the triple dip. Pastrami, roast beef and turkey? Sold. Au jus on the side with a stacked meaty sandwich. Perfect. And done in 15 min.

This is my favorite Togo’s. Good sandwiches, salads, and ice cream. Service is very courteous, and quick. Other places are slow and tend to skimp, here they focus on service. They even offer a slice of bread with a salad.

This place is shady. We ordered a half sandwich half soup combo. We were pretty clear about it. That’s $ 6.85 plus tax. They proceed to charge us over $ 10, for a regular sized sandwich and soup. My husband objects, and says, we just got a half and half combo. So what do they do? They proceed to take meat out of the half sandwich(half of the regular, so it’s 3″), and charge us the correct price. WTF? No bueno. Never coming back here again. There are other honest Togo’s that I’ve been to.

Conveniently located en route to HY-84 in a shopping center. The staff was friendly and helpful. I remember this, because I actually remember tipping them and being happy about my tip!
