Love the food and the friendly customer service. Delivery was fast too, especially considering it was dinner time on a Saturday. The gentleman who took my order was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you, will be back :)

yikes. i just moved to the area, and placed an online order for a cheese pizza. after about 30 minutes, i realized i never got a confirmation, and also thought about how the other reviews mentioned how fast the delivery was. something seemed weird. i called to make sure they received my order… they did, whew! they read it back to me, and said they would be there soon. fiiiinally, 20 minutes later, the pizza arrived. i took it upstairs and noticed the box had something written on it. i couldn’t tell if it was secret code or if it said ham… hmmm… i got a LITTTTTLE nervous, but was like no, no… and THEN… I opened the box… to discover a pizza covered with pepperoni and ham. i was somewhere between horrified and starving and disgusted and annoyed but mostly soooo sad. it was almost 11pm. i had a huge headache and really just needed to eat something. you’re probably thinking, um, just scrape off the meat, weirdo… but this will never be an option. i have never eaten a pig in my entire life and have super sharp taste buds(and i DEFINITELY do not enjoy bringing pork into my home). i called the delivery man back to explain, hoping he had my plain pizza in his car… but he did not. he was incredibly nice, really, i could tell he felt bad, but he seemed very confused how to handle the situation.(especially because the restaurant was way past closed because it had taken so forever!) i told him i would NOT be eating this pizza with meat on it, so he came back to get it. i tried to explain that it was ok, i just wanted my money back… he said NO, and kept insisting on going back to the restaurant to make me another pizza and he would bring it back in «maybe about 20 minutes». this was nice, but UGHHHHHHHHH. more time. this time, the delivery was fast… and it showed! the pizza he brought was HUGE, and did not seem to have spent enough time in the oven. the taste resembled cardboard. and i REALLY like pizza. but not this pizza. i ate a few pieces but honestly felt sick afterwards. i would still really like my money and night /all my time back :(i think the staff means well and that they are good people. it just was a very unfortunate experience.

Westwood Pizzeria deserves a 5 star review for so many reasons. We live in Westwood and we have been a frequent customers for delivery and pick up. We tried almost every item on their menu and they have been consistent through out. The freshness and food quality is superb, prices are excellent and service is consistent. It is hard to find a parking sometimes, but this is Westwood village. We highly recommend Westwood pizzeria and we will always go back.

Pizza is so good specially for its price! Ordered twice already, 1st for delivery which was really fast like 20mins then 2nd for pickup was ready for 15mins. And it was both good. Got a great deal too! Definitely a gem in westwood. Love their pasta too! :)

Wow! What a find! Generous sized pizza(we ordered Jumbo), enormous Fresca Chicken Salad, and even the side dishes were immense. Not to mention everything fresh and tasty. Quick delivery. Nice website and great customer service via phone — we’re hooked!

Westwood pizza is a very interesting place. You would not expect the décor to be like it was. Really high tables, really low tables, it’s a mixed bag. The low tables are actually really uncomfortable because you’re kinda leaning over a small table that isn’t the right side. Regardless, the service was fast, and fun. I got a ziti which I enjoyed significantly more than anticipated.

The guy who sells dollar slices at night is one of the friendliest people you will ever meet. Dollar slices and a variety to choose from; not small slices!

I like Westwood Pizza, even if their name is different on their signage.(Lucia’s) Whatever, it’s pretty good pizza with a couple ways to go: more traditional and also more gourmet. Got ours for Pick Up. Time was quick, like 20 minutes or so. Call when you’re outside the Shop, and they will walk it out to you. There’s Original and there’s Gourmet style pizza menus, which is kind of cool. Tried the Cheese Pizza from the Original, and it was fine. A little too saucy for some in our party, but still pretty good. I did like it(especially after warming it up in the oven at home as it seemed like it may have been made a bit earlier). The bigger concern I had was an indescribable flavor on the crust. It gave the pizza a strange aftertaste. I would try this pizza again, probably. But, the pizza I would try again Definitely would be Lucia’s Combo. Pepperoni, Sausage, Bell pepper, olive, mushroom and onion. Even if you have some of those customized(i.e. removed), it’s gonna be one packed ‘Za. This one also highlighted how much fresher/made to order than the standard Cheese Pizza was. Another big winner is their Salads. There’s some fun, fresh, imaginitive ingredients available here. I snicker when I read one guy’s review that, as a Walk Up, his salad took awhile. Well, duh. We got the Green Wood Salad which, according to the menu includes: Grilled chicken with crumbled blue cheese, mixed green, candied pecans, fresh apples, and avocado served with house vinaigrette. Got the dressing on the side, natch. For $ 10, it’s a pretty good deal, and it’s very satisfying. Would absolutely return

Place used to be Lucia’s café. Same place really, same menu, same hours, same food. Different name. Came in for a salad to go, and waited about 20 minutes. I don’t know why it takes so long! The place was deserted. I was the only customer in the place at 6:30 and the only one for the whole time I waited! Not a good sign guys :( Anyways, the chicken fresco salad was good, except for the chicken seeming a little in the overlooked side. The lemon juice dressing was just ok. For $ 10 it was«ok» for something healthier than a burrito or noodles, though not amazingly incredible. If you stop by after about 6:30 pm, that’s when the«99 cents» super-animated and friendly pizza guy sets up his cart outside. Pizza isn’t too good, but after a few drinks it’s definitely a good«staggering home to bed» food. I give it a lukewarm 3 stars and a firm«meh.»

Pretty solid pizza — good cheese and toppings, sauce had good flavor. Crust on the softer side but didn’t get soggy at all on the drive home(takeout). Large pizza with 1 topping is 7.99 takeout, which is hard to beat. Def. a few steps up from the common chains. Haven’t tried anything else yet, will return.
