McDonald’s

I didn’t know McDonald’s stopped offering 4 piece nuggets alone. I asked for two 4 piece alone, and Maria D. said I can only order it as a meal. Guess who stopped by for 8 piece snack, and paid for two 4 piece MEALS?

Worst McDonald’s ever. There’s always something not working (ice cream machine, soda machine etc.) they also never get the order right. There’s always something missing. Also the way the design of the drive thru is not the best. You can never pay until the person getting they’re good in the next window is done.

McDonald’s name are very well known world wide but there’s lot of differences in every branches. all foods are the same so I have no complaints.
The only thing that make a different is the way on how the staff and all the employees treat their costumers.
For this location is great, my breakfast is here most of the time because i’m always in a hurry getting to work everyday, people working here knew me already and they are very nice to each day stopped.

Right off the 10 freway, convenient perhaps from afar looks nice and when craving an old friend (a big mac is my poison) but man was I wrong.
Place looks greasy and dingy rather dirty, employees do not make any effort to welcome you.
I know this is a McDonald’s but come on at my local micky d at least they try.
Somehow they get my order wrong even though it was pretty simple, two bigmac combos and one all day breakfast (there is only three choices) but still they’ve managed to screw that up.
Soda is flat and watery, fries and sandwiches no complaints.
They do have an amazing view but they totally fail to take advantage of it and their parking and drive-​thrue lay out is awful.
Can I thrash the place even more? Hell yes, their restrooms are nasty not fit for human use my son wanted to use it and he gets back like he’s seen a dead body, I think he is exaggerating so I go to wash my hands and yuck the toilet is totally covered in human waste. You get this feeling that even the hand soap is dirty.
Will never comeback, it is amazing this place has been in business for such a long time.

This McDonalds is always fucking up orders. When I received my food it was cold due to lack of employees. Also they didn’t have enough change in the register and owed me and my friend a couple cents. This McDonald’s needs remodeling, it’s so 90’s and I feel like it needs modern twist cuz I feel like I’m stuck in the past. I hate this place. Food is cheap though.

Filthy unusable restrooms. No toilet paper, seat covers, or working hand dryers. Ordered food (tasted fine) and was not give a receipt. Avoid.

The worst McDonald’s on the planet earth. How does this McDonald’s operate. We ask for ketchup and they said they don’t have any ketchup. Plus they gave me my food in a recycled previously used bag. It is completely wrinkled it looks like they just took it out of the trash. And they gave my daughter half of the happy meal toy. where is the second half?

I was getting dizzy just driving through the drive-​through, what is the need for the second window of two cars can’t even fit??? maybe it was for motorcycles only, back in the day… I ordered a number 4– two sausage Mc muffins and a hash brown, with a orange juice, The worst tasting food I have ever had in any McDonald’s around the world… McDonald’s should be ashamed of themselves to have a store like this… Stale bread cold sausage, cold hash browns, I would’ve taken it back, but it was so difficult to get in this place The first time around, and made me sicker trying to get out…

When in late morning for some coffee only to find myself completely lost by the drive thru configuration. For anyone coming here or that has been here, be careful! Service with two windows didn’t help them out either! My mcafe was subpar and I am not coming back to this location again.

Worst mcdonalds ever. Bad employees, dirty restaurant, luke warm food. These things are all often a sign of crappy management.

This one sucks always running out of ice cream, how the hell you gonna run out of ice cream when it’s on your every day menu a staple in fact!!! unbelievable

I’m giving 4 stars because the food came fast and it was actually fresh. I have to say this McDonalds is really stepping it up :)

Worst customer service. I called because they don’t pick up their phone. They didn’t return my atm card. The manager manuel. Has had me waiting over 30 min to check if they have it. I’m still waiting…

This is the worst McDonald’s on earth! The dangerous cross traffic drive thru configuration doesn’t work at all.
The restaurant itself is laid out poorly. You order up front facing the street, Eastern Avenue, but the dining room is on the side, the employees can’t see the diners, and the diners can’t see the employees, so you can’t see when your order is ready, and the employees can’t see when they need to mop up the floors, and wipe down the tables.
McDonald’s is famous for their French Fries.
This location served me stale fries, which I returned and asked for a replacement.
The replacement fries were just as stale, and I realized they hadn’t changed the oil they fry the potatoes in in a while.
If you get your order from the drive thru window below and behind the restaurant, the order comes from the kitchen above and in front of the restaurant via a conveyor belt.
Not the most efficient, or rapid arrangement.

This rating is for the drive thru experience, and not for the food.
Either shut down the drive thru or fix the operations!
We waited about 25 minutes to get to the window. There were only 4 cars ahead of us. Once we reached the window I found out they hadn’t made my order yet.
And they started to give the order to the food preparer.
At that point they told me to park my car and they will take the food there. I said no, I’ll get whatever you have ready, I need to keep going, it will be my loss.
So I waited more time at the window to get the food.
Totally unacceptable service at the drive thru.
Note: stay away from the drive thru. Park and go get your food inside.

I have been coming to this McDonald’s since growing up in City Terraces as a kid. The restaurant needs re modeling very badly this McDonald’s have been in the same location in the 70’s and other s old McDonald’s are getting remodel.

Let’s all admit it. We all have a guilty pleasure for McDonald’s breakfast. If you’re from Los Angeles chances are you grew up eating this as a kid. So let’s not come up with excuses for why we stopped by McDonald’s.
Back to the review. There really is no excuse for screwing up an order at McDonald’s. Everything is premade. It’s just a matter of reheating and presenting it nicely in a paper sack. So if any McDonald’s employees are reading this. Take the time to read the orders correctly because when we’re at McDonald’s it’s because we’re craving it. So don’t screw it up for us. If I order a Big Mac don’t accidentally give me a filet o fish.
I think the issue with this particular McDonald’s is their employees lack of social skills or maybe they just hate life in general. No one smiles. Also, a good morning, hello, or even a thank you would be nice.
Im only rating this McDonald’s two stars because I did enjoy my breakfast sandwich this morning.

Worst men’s restroom I’ve ever seen in a McDonalds anywhere in the world and I’ve been to many. Toilet is undersized (probably not up to code), bathroom covered in graffiti including keyed in scratches, and it accommodates only one person at a time. Nasty!

I don’t think this is a horrible MCD’s. I think it’s a unique drive thru I have ever seen one quite like it and interesting too, but of course you need to pay attention to traffic. I’ve been to other MCD’s and I they are bad cuz you wait a in straight line. Anyways I don’t know why everybody is complaining about food and managers, customer service or even the drive thru. Well I think coming here food, service and drive thru it’s was all awesome. So I give it 5 stars. Believe me I know what bad service and food is and this is not it. They have improved alot for a year of bad comments. If you don’t like my review, well too bad. Next.

The set up is awkward as well… something just isn’t right when the person handing you your food gets to be all alone with it., who knows what extra ingredients were added. Yuk .,.,
