The reason for the 4 stars is because this location brought back the fried cherry and apple pies!!! Mcdonalds had discontinued them for so many years ;(Too bad the other locations in highland park still only served the baked ones :/ P.S I dont know why but all the Mcdonalds(especially here and highland park) have a bad problem with having too many homeless people inside and asking for money. Its kind of gross when youre trying to eat

Today is 04÷19÷262:40 pm, corporate and management is supervising drive thru it seems. I don’t think I’ve ever saw the employees so friendly, and the line moving so quick. It took approximately 2 minutes for us to order pay and our food was already being handed out the window– we even asked for an extra bbq sauce and got it with no attitude. But then remember like I said this is one of the better McDonald’s we come to down the street from posh school, so they already seem on top of things. It’s also nicer and cleaner then most. It’s the only location I will visit, unless I’m naked, scared and starving. I’m giving 4 starts because management gave them the extra umph today.

We went drive through with my husband. I heard him loud and clear when he said mc chicken sandwich, no mayo, no bun just lettuce wrap. When we arrived home, the mc chicken was in a bun. I got really pissed off and called McDonalds. What’s crazier was Martha who attended to my call couldn’t understand a thing. I don’t know if she did that on purpose or not but to be fair I made a recording out of it… Never coming back to that place even if I live nearby.

I don’t even no where to began with this review. This location is built on a tiny corner. Parking is an issue, along with not staffing your location with the proper employees. First and foremost, cross train your employees. Your POS system will tell you how many employees you should have on the floor each and every hour. You see many fast food locations have this speed of service though the drive-thru, and yet they forget about the customers in the front.3 employees working the drive thru and 1 in the front. I was the 8 person in this long line. Service is the key to your success and not only providing breakfast all day long. Also providing the proper staffing levels at this location. On paper it probably looks like this store was staff properly, because their where several other employees doing other tasks. One was cleaning the windows outside. Now I’m all for cleaningness, but what’s important. Now if this employee was cross-trained, he could have helped the front cashier to expedite the orders in the key. The employee could have stopped an assisted the front cashier, an as soon as the line went down go back to cleaning the windows. Set your employees up for Success and not failure. Give them the proper tools to be able to do the best job that their capable of doing. Staff and retrain the importance of service in this Industry. 017⁄100 Unilocal Challenge.(2016)

*** Pitstop Review(Los Angeles) *** Just another Micky D’s, but with a nice new face-lift. This location is right at the edge of Eagle Rock. I needed a spot to get some coffee and eliminate the happy dance :-) ha ha ha… Here’s what liked… * Newly remodeled and looks pretty modern and nice. Here’s what I didn’t like… * Not so close to a freeway. Not a convenient location to make a quick pit-stop. * The parking lot is sooooo small!!! I think the parking spaces are meant for bicycles not cars, and definitely not full-size vehicle friendly. Food = OK, as expected Seating area = clean Service = average Restroom = looks new, but already damaged and vandalized. That’s too bad…

Come every sat/sun before work(530−540am) and yet today it doesn’t open until 6am? That’s weird… called them and all I heard was some music playing in the background. I just find it strange that they didn’t mention the hour change.

Three days ago we went around 11pm and once we get to the drive through the peraon tells us they are put of soda and they still charged us as if they gave us a soda. first of all what mcdonalds doesnt have soda!!! that was ridiculous! to top ot off we were pretty thirsty and we were craving soda and they had completely no kind at all. ot was absurd!! absurd!!also the lady that handed us over the food was rude. she could have at least offered a free water bottle for not having any soda at all!

Oh McDonald’s, you’re not doing to well with your«breakfast all day» campaign at this location. I’m a huge supporter of breakfast for dinner but your lack luster of customer service is terrible. And when you promise someone a hashbrown to their vehicle to make up for the inconvenience maybe you should do it in a timely manner. I guess I shouldn’t figure better customer service from a sub-par establishment.

I decided to check this place out after some friends recommended it. Billions served? I was simply not impressed. I ordered a parfait and the person that served me did not look French at all… I was asked for change a number of times by the homeless men occupying the bathroom and everyone looked at me weird when I used the play place. I heard this place puts a smile on but my asshole was frowning for hours after eating the food. THUMBSDOWN.

Horrible experience today. There were 2 drive thu windows to place your order and due to an unorganized employee a car in front of me, behind me and I were stuck for a good amount of time while cars that came before us were all passing us by. When we did get a hold of an employer they told us to wait until all the other cars(mind you there were 4 cars that came after us waiting) on the other window had been helped — which I thought was not okay as we were ahead of all those cars. I thought to myself well at least find out who came first and what was the situation. I guess the employee thought we were just being impatient. I tried calling the listed number and what do u know they unhooked the phone. Over-all I wouldn’t suggest for u to stop by here if u are in a rush. There’s a Habit burger joint across the street I’d say if u don’t mind spending a bit more I’d go there.

This is a pretty good McDonald’s. To be fair though I love McDonald’s. Say what you want but it’s consistent and they have good breakfast and coffee. Don’t judge me.

Don’t let the reviews fool you, this McDonald’s Is always dirty, restrooms are always smelling bad and full of homeless showering and harassing you outside, only come here for the drive through but make sure they have your order right

I hate the location. Bad traffic just to turn into the drive thru. So many accidents. Other then that it’s a good McDonald’s everything made good. Meals are always hot. Maybe some new staff that can speak English well. Where are they getting these people, parking is small.

McDonalds does it again. Apparently there debit/credit card machine still doesn’t work and they aren’t in any rush to fix that. This is the second time I go to this location within the month and they only take cash. That defeats the purpose of fast food ! If it wasn’t for my brother-n-law being the manager at this location I’d give this place one star and call corporate! It’s a 9 out of 10 failure rate for this franchise making it a huge disappointment . Have to go to the Glendale location now. Thanks a lot Eagle Rock McDonald’s you screwed us again!!!

I’m not really against McDonalds, If I need something to eat late it’s a good place to go. However, the service often takes a long time given what you are getting. The servers are nice and polite. It would be nice if the service was prompter.
