Slowest people ever and I swear thats an understatement. Terrible service and they gave me the wrong order.

Took them 30 mins to realize they passed my order by 3 people. The only thing they could give me was a stupid ice cream cone.

I cannot say nothing but good things about the drive thru staff at McDonald’s! Great people and very friendly. .especially Mark!
I go every morning for my coffee and they are always the best!

Laziest people ever. Lied to me about their ice cream machine being broken. I hate them.
And people want to raise minimum wage to $ 15? Pft.

Bad customer service! They gave me the wrong item and when I came back to ask for the right one, the manager was already rude from the get go asking if I was sure that I ordered from that particular location. WTF?!! This isn’t the first time they messed up my order. F this place

Saw a homeless man pick out of the trash can and found a cup to use for drinking… then a saw a small roach. This place needs to be in better shape.

bad customer service. I ordered french fries and I soda using the drive trough when I wanted to drink they didn’t give me straw and no ketchup for mi french fries. and is not the first time.

I never write reviews but I’m upset that I had to drive to another McDonalds.
I went at 12:30am and ordered my food. She never told me the total (should have been my first clue) and told me that it would be a while. I agreed and waited for the other cars to go through the drive thru. I pull up to the window, and she tells me, «I’m sorry, what was your order again?» So I proceed to repeat my order and I’m expecting that she’ll know what order I am after mentioning a few items. She doesn’t and has me repeat the whole order, while asking for specifics (grilled or crispy? Cheese on it?). Mind you, she isn’t punching anything into her computer. I give her my card to pay. As she walks away, I hear her start taking someone else’s order. She’s staring at her computer and comes back and says it’s not working. She asks me for another payment, so I give her a different card and she goes back and tries it. She says that’s not working either. I know I have money on my cards, so it’s absurd. I say okay and leave. I drive to the McDonald’s on Figueroa and they take my order and I’m not waiting but five minutes. To top it all off, I pay with the card that she said wasn’t working. I should have asked her name, but hopefully, someone from the establishment sees this and takes appropriate action. I could tell she didn’t want to be there and was only taking the easy orders.
To the franchise owners, that’s money out of your pocket (today and in the future). Good luck to you, but I’ll never be going back to this McDonald’s. Thanks, but no thanks.

I live close by and have been to this McDonald’s a couple times — never having a good experience. The staff isn’t rude or anything like that but my order is usually wrong and the food has been cold on a couple occasions. This morning, I went through the drive through and ordered an sausage egg biscuit with cheese… they didn’t put the egg on it though.
The McDonald’s on Figueroa and 50^th is much better. Just go there.

if i could give negative stars, i would! i took my siblings there after a long day and we were all tired and hungry. i get in line (30min before closing) and the rude manager tells me that they are having fumigation come in so we have to leave right at closing time, which is fine with us!
we are waiting for our food for a good while… and the place is completely empty since they locked the doors so no one else can come in. the manager then comes up to our table and asks us to leave (after about 20min of waiting). i was so annoyed! i just told him «we would leave, if you guys ever gave us our food!» as i look around all the employees are packed up ready to leave, and fumigation is here. we then had to wait for them to go back and get us our food. i could not believe this horrible service! never again.

NASTY!!! Dirty, smelled like pee, and stuffy! It’s over 90 degrees outside and it felt just as bad inside. Gross will never go there again!

no ICED TEA… just sweet tea and coke and lemonade. no thanks. The healthiest I could order was not great. it is McDonalds I was not expecting much. on point for fast food!

I don’t understand how hard is it to not put pickles on a Mc Double. Every single F-​ing time they always put pickles so I refuse to go to this location anymore. Plus there was a couple times in the early mornings they «only excepted cash» no credit card or debit and it seems to be funny cause I would order the same thing every time, 2 Mc Doubles and a large drink which totaled $ 4.14 but when they asked for cash only it would be even numbers such as $ 3.50 or $ 4.00. Hmmm something seems fishy

They absolutely suck! Service is bad. They don’t even greet you at all. Everyone’s ghetto!

Super annoyed with this location at the moment. I went drive thru for a sweet tea & the employee didn’t secure the lid.
As he handed the cup to me, I felt it squeeze in half mid air, it spilled all over me, my cell phone, my iPod and my middle consul.
Freaking sweet tea everywhere!!! He handed me some napkins & said «my bad.»
Seriously!!! Now, a few days later, my car smells like dirty water because it soaked into my carpet. I’m still finding sticky spots around my steering wheel piece, my seat is actually stained, which makes me question what the heck is in the sweet tea.
Total bummer. Still kinda annoyed too :/

It is McDonald’s. I go for the dollar drinks. Best deal in town. However, all I ever order is a large coke, orange, or sprite so it is hard to mess up my order. I don’t eat their food, NASTY.

Im surprised that this location has such bad reviews i live right in between this location and the one on fig and 50 and i must say this location is great i come by every morning mon-​fri for breakfast its always fresh and they never get my order wrong unlike the one on fig ugh they need to be shut down!!! but any how ill continue to come here as long as they continue with the great service and FRESH food thanks.

This location goes from being fine to being absloutely terrible. I cannot count how many times they have gotten our orders wrong. A few months back, they gave my little sister fake currency. Some of the employees are just pricks. Stay far away from this location.
My reason for returning every time? I just hope it’ll get better. Clearly, I am a fool. To be fair, I probably shouldn’t expect much from a McDonald’s to begin with.

Stop eating McDonald’s food for over ten years, but the reason this place gets a star is because they serve Blue PowerAde and Hi-​C Orange. There drinks are actually cheap too.

Across from Galcos, my childhood had a many meals from this place. Now I get why America has an obesity issue when meals can be so cheap and bad for you at the same time. It’s been years since I’ve bought anything from this place. The inside can get dirty with all the stains an all.
