There is a reason why KFC is losing customers they are slow to adapt to consumers taste. They are so thick headed that they don’t change that 40-​year-​old (greasy) chicken recipe. Colonel Sanders died a long time ago. Change the recipe if you want to survive in this consumer driven market.

This place is so slow! They give you no napkins and the food wasn’t really all that good. Don’t go here.

Gave me the smallest peace of chicken ever. It would be the equivalent of what you would give to charity if you win the lottery.

Having KFC for lunch instead of El Pollo Loco. Fast service.
I wish they clean the floor, its so sticky. But if you have a lot of time and if you’re craving for chicken I prefer Churches Chicken.

A hair in my cousins mashed potatoes and one of my friends has a chicken tender with something hard coming out of it.

First time I tried stopping here it felt as I was in the twilight zone, drove up to the drive thru speaker and no one was there, I drove up to the window and no was inside, maybe they were in a team meeting or they walked out, it wasn’t a holiday so I know they were open because I saw cars in the lot and it was during the week.
So today I gave it another try, and yes, someone was at the intercom and there was another car in front of me.
Tried their $ 5 Filler Meal and went with a two piece (leg & thigh) that came with a flaky biscuit and mashed potatoes with gravy.
Chicken was okay, not bad at all, typical KFC chicken, the biscuit was good as well, the gravy was a lot to the mash potatoes the container held.
Service was ok, the drive thru menu needs to face the driver a bit better to actually know what they offer, I got two honey two ketchup and two hot sauce packets without asking.
So the value I got was decent. I am truly amazed why so many reviews have 1 star, its KFC people not gourmet chicken.

its currently shut down by the health department for «vermin infestation» so yeah.

I can deal with not getting a spoon and the cole slaw container that dropped all over my car… But the Colonel would turn over in his grave if he saw the piece of chicken they gave my daughter. Her response when she saw it was «did someone eat my chicken»?

This kfc/​Taco Bell joint has some jacked up prices. The go cups are 3.50 instead of the usual 2.50 as shown in commercials. Almost everything else on the menu has a raised price of at least 30 cents. The shredded chicken burrito here is 1.99 instead of 1.69 at their taco bells. Whatsup with that?
Now let’s talk about the service. I only have a problem with ONE server. The filipino lady. She’s the cheapest lady ever. She’s forgotten a few of my friends orders and then accuses us like we are trying to hussle her or something. She gives attitude and makes faces when you try to use coupons.
I would say to avoid this Kfc if you can, but it’s the only kfc in the neighborhood.

We’ve stopped going here because the service is horrendous. The last time we tried the drive-​through we actually backed up and left because the guy taking orders was so rude. I don’t expect like… crazy good service, I get it, it’s fast food, but I’ve never encountered this level of bullshit anywhere else.

I don’t understand why service is so bad here and corporate hasn’t done anything about it, it’s a shame, don’t they look at the reviews here and see there’s Major problems here. I’M only here because I been craving gringo tacos and don’t wanna wait for the bus in the heat. THINGS NEED TO CHANGE HERE!!!

They act like they do not want your business. I was in the drive thru @ 11:00 and waited five minutes and no answer I even went upto the window and watched employees walk by and completely ignore me. Fuck this place ! DO NOT SUPPORT a business that doesn’t want your business. I wish I could give them 0 stars

I was working in the area so I stopped in for a couple of tacos (it is also a taco bell). I should have turned around and walked out when I saw how dirty it was but I was starving and didn’t have much time. I noticed the employee making my tacos with her bare hands, I mean all up in the things, fingers pushing in meat, cheese etc. I asked her to stop and asked her why she wasn’t wearing any gloves. She said she just washed her hands and didn’t need them. I insisted she start over with gloves and at that moment a beligerent unkempt nonpaying homeless guy started shouting at me –your just a clean freak! stupid b*tch etc… The employee ignored this assault so I yelled for her to get the guy out and please give me my tacos so I could get OUT. Ignored. I grabbed the two tacos (I paid $ 1.00 xtra for cheese) without the cheese and ran out. DO NOT GO TO THIS DIRTY HEALTH CODE VIOLATING ESTABLISHMENT for your own personal safety and health. Yuck.

They have the rudest employees i have ever encountered. A homeless guy used their restroom for like 15 – 20 mins. So as i was about to use it it smell HORRIBLE that i wanna puke! So i told them to use the employees restroom instead, and guess what they said no when in fact they’ve seen me going back and fort because i keep telling them i have to use the restroom and besides I ALREADY ORDERED! I I am dining in! And nobody attended me!

one time I happened to just pop open the top of my soda and guess what i found??? floating in my already dranked soda!!! DEAD ANTS! I mean i guess its better than roaches but wtf? thats FUCKING NASTY! well i decided to call corporate. and let them know ! lady said she would have someone get back to me!!! WTF? guess what happened? no one got back to me! Well my dumbass decided to go back like a retard…5 years later to get a 99 cent bean and cheese burrito. no surprise… tasted (as always) dried freaking beans hard as hell. ANYWAYS I WILL FOR SURE NEVER COME BACK!! EVERRRRRRR! I PROMISED MYSELF! oh and they got my order wrong again! and didnt give me a straw! dont u hate that shiiiit?

I’m kind of an expert on this place and I am somewhat– no, I’m VERY ashamed to admit it. This place is a dump and should be closed (which is kind of a shame, it being the only KFC /​Taco Bell combo in the area).
Once, the hot wings were sooo dry it was like eating jerkey off a bone. Another time, I found a feather in a drumstick (pulled it out and ate it anyway, I was hungry… I knowwww, I know). The last few times, the fried chicken was soggy. I don’t know how long fried chicken has to sit out for it to become soggy… days, maybe? I have a suspicion they started reheating the fried chicken by boiling it in water. It’s just a hunch, though. I will have to set up some surveillance cameras to verify.

This KFC/​Taco Bell ties for the most disgusting fast food place I’ve ever eaten at with a particularly gross taco bell in Portland Oregon off Glisan and 122ed.
I go through phases where my diet is disgusting and consists mostly of fast food, so I’ve become a fast food connoisseur in the area I live in. I’ve been here three times, which already should be a huge red flag to my lifestyle.
First, it looks sketchy as hell. This isn’t really a problem for me, but the PAINFULLY slow service while you’re staring at the side of their shitty building and trying not to make eye contact with bums rummaging through their dumpster makes it that much worse. They usually get your order somewhat wrong, but the worst part is when the food actually comes.
Half the time it’s hard to say if they got your order wrong because I don’t know what the fuck I’m looking at. I almost wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume there was some sort of takeover robbery in progress and an assailant with pantyhoes over his head and a severe learning disability had slopped together whatever ingredients were in front of him, crammed it into some paper and threw it into my car to deflect suspicion. After I went back a second time, I realized that this was not the case, that’s just how they roll.
This place is spectacularly bad. Save yourself having to look at it or interact with any of the employees and just take a tortilla and some cheese, mash it together with some hot sauce, microwave for seven seconds until it’s luke warm, cram it into some paper, and then throw it at yourself. Boom, you’ve now simulated visiting this taco bell.
Oh, and if you’re wondering, SURPRISE! The KFC is just as bad.

I recently got some KFC coupons in the mail and decided to use it at my neighborhood KFC. This location is poorly kept to say in the least. They need a remodel, stat! Everything looks dingy and dirty, and the bathroom was disgusting. I will never come back to this location. Yuck.

I love tacobell but this site is always dirty inside. Poor english speaking employees. if you go through the drivethru you always see clutter everywhere

This has got to the the nastiest kept taco bell in LA… it’s pretty gross in there, and lots of gang carvings on all the seats and shit… it’s just not suitable. I think the Taco Bell suits should do a crack down on their franchises and clean up the nasty ones… nearby McDonald’s and Burger King are kept 10 times cleaner than this place, but I guess that is still not saying much. Still gotta love the double decker tacos and the grilled stuffed burritos, but oh well… there are plenty of other taco bells to go to.
