Wow! This place closed. It had been here forever. Wasn’t terrible as people say but wasn’t great either.

I don’t get it, all the bad reviews. This was the best KFC I have been to. It’s closed and I’m pissed. i never had a problem, and the chicken was always fresh and big pieces. I went to the one in Glendale, they wanted me to wait 20 minutes for legs to cook. At dinner time. Get prepared for God’s sake!

The cashier person was nice, she reminded me to get my cup, and I enjoyed my food so much! My meal was complete and exactly like from the menu. In fact, I got 4 chicken tenders instead of only 3! Hahaha: D So that’s good right? And I like how their mash potato side is in a bigger container than from other KFCs

I ordered a meal in the drive thru lane, they asked me to pull over to the side. I pulled to the side and waited, and I could watch the employees. After a few minutes, I watch the employees help other customers — but nobody came out with my meal. About 20min later, I went in and asked what happened to my meal? They preceded to pack my meal right in front of me… totally forgot they asked me to pull over, even after paying! I am totally annoyed!

Food is KFC franchise quality! Good fried chicken. The location is not the best, but it’s not their fault… Safe enough.
Employees are very nice.

the girl with a big old tattoo on her neck that say something along the lines of «fuck you»? No thanks. I’ve never had problems with this kfc the few times I’d gone in the past. But recently when I’ve gone this girl doesn’t seem appreciative of what business they do get.

Service was disgusting rude no communication skills, inadequate, very disappointed, dissatisfied the employees like the Manager Plain Rude!!! Close that one up

On my way back home from helping my nephew prep for his kids birthday party got a quick lunch since I skipped breakfast.
No more $ 5 box which I was a bit disappointed but oh well.
Ordered a two piece meal that came with a side and a biscuit. Didn’t request if I wanted dark meat or white meat but I got a leg and thigh, went with Mac n Cheese for my side and that golden biscuit.
Used the drive thru and it was empty, the speaker at the drive thru can be a bit off since I am not sure if it needs a upgrade or their headset is low.
Was on my way in no time and got home and enjoyed my meal.
To some reviewers complaining you should look in your bag before driving away, don’t expect zero error. And it’s KFC not a steak house so lower your expectations a bit.

Wow !!! I have been waiting to help this super crappy place for so long !!! Where can I begin ! Well for starters, NEVER COME TO THIS KFC !!! The worst management in the world !
They for some reason thing that it is okay to have someone on drive thru wait 30 mins for there food. It’s happened to me about 4 times and I’ve left 2 of those times.
Tonight they came across and even bigger failure then any other time. What the girl said to us was that they were out of crispy chicken. What the heck does that even mean ?? Maritzza said they forgot to order it so there out for the night. That’s what you call stupidity .
One thing is to be bad at your job and the other is to really be a screw up.
I hope this place gets shut down ! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID BUSINESS HERE !!!

oh no, absolutely not. critters in the food is a deal-​breaker. see photo.
i used to get tweaked when they would be out of chicken, on top of the subpar customer service or endless drive-​thru causing me to bail with no food. now i consider those misfires blessings.
please just burn it down or bulldoze it into a pit, give it to the homeless so they don’t have to live at burger king up the street, but please, stop the offensive representation to everything associated with the letters k, f, or c.

They are rude and no customer service at all. We ordered a special that came with a cake And they didn’t even remember Until we told them.
Don’t really like KFC anyway but the service just doesn’t help either. Food is always greasy.

Does the management even read these reviews? ABSOLUTELY THE WORST KFC EVER! So no grilled of extra crispy chicken after 8? I ask is there a sign stating that? I get «no that’s just the way it is» That’s what I was told. I was also informed that they had run out of chicken… On two separate occasions. The staff is ridiculous and rude. GET IT TOGETHER!

This has got to be the crappiest location in Los Angeles. Each time I come here they always screw up my order, give you an attitude, and simply make you wait at the window for a long time before someone notices you. I don’t know how this business stay open but my god the service sucks ass!
These kids at the window need a lot of customer service training. But even if they did I will never come back to this place!!!

They’re always conveniently out of whatever I want to order. Why they don’t make more food so they don’t have a bunch of customers waiting outside in their cars for 20 minutes… I’ll never know.
I just want me some hot wings and boneless chicken!

This place ALWAYS gets the orders wrong. ALWAYS.
The workers are okay, nothing special, the restaurant needs an update, PRONTO. They never give/​offer you napkins, straws, forks, ketchup or anything when going through drive-​thru. Which is extremely frustrating when you’re on your lunch break!
They just need some good olé all around training. Maybe a manager who enforces rules, and owner who gives a shit! (**Hint Hint owner)

Last time I visited this KFC, their power was out :/​Got really upset coz I was SO HUNGRY. They’re the only kfc in town that offers the $ 5 deal (2 pc chicken, 1 side, drink, biscuit). Still my go to kfc :)
They make sure to keep the place clean, the restrooms as well. And the employees are nice.

well ill be… after 20 years living here and going to the same KFC for our fried chicken needs, they really messed up. I normally get the 14 piece family meal because that is what we have been getting for years. i ordered the «grilled» style chicken, and the lady, «Jessica,» said that they only had 10 pieces. ok, that was fine; so the rest would be original. after she gives me the change, she hands me the entire bag without even paying attention to where she was guiding the bag to. sure enough, she hits my side mirror of my car in the drive thru, continues without looking at me, and pretty much just throws the bag at me. HORRIBLE. she closes the sliding window and leaves my there without any utensils or napkins, and doesn’t even say «thank you».
so, i got home, and my family was waiting to have KFC. the same great chicken people know it to be. we try the first bite of the grilled chicken, it was DRY and TUFF. never have i had chicken like this. I will NEVER go back again because of this. there was also little bugs collecting inside the bucket after a few minutes of having the chicken at home. I even called the «talktokfc» survey thing so i can express my frustration over horrible chicken along with the possible health risk after seeing those nasty little bugs.
Just don’t go people. you are better off eating inside a dumpster. after all, you can find the same fly’s accumulating inside the chicken. i swear that chicken must have been at least 2 days old.

The absolute WORST KFC in existence, and I’m including communist China. I should have learned my lesson over the past few years. «Maybe they have hired less ignorant people.» Maybe they started giving a F@!k.” BUT NO! If you have to ask yourself these types questions DON’T GO THERE! Every employee that interacts with costumers has a serious attitude problem. Whether its because of a soft spot on their head that never healed or inter-​family breeding i could’nt tell you. But what I can tell you is there is a Popeyes about a mile down Colorado blvd. and if it MUST be KFC head over to Glendale, trust me it will be worth the extra trip to not have to deal with the mentally defective.
Now onto the product… the food is always off: too dry, too salty, no skin (NO SKIN?!). When i do trick myself into going they always, always get my order wrong. This is what happens when you order: «I would like chicken please.» «Did you say 1 biscuit, 10 forks, and some hair?» How hard is it to get simple orders right. Your register has pictures on it! Please don’t breed.
Close this place down. Condemn it. Kill it with fire.
There is a Panda Express right across the way. Go there, and laugh at the people at this KFC.
