Jack In The Box

Every time I come to this Jack in the Box i always get treated very poorly by an angry woman named Maria. She is supposed to be a team leader yet she always treats her customers very rudely! There’s been many times where I come in and she doesn’t even greet me, she demands what I want and always has an angry attitude. How can someone so rude become a team leader? I used to be a shift leader at Carls Jr. and customer service was always #1. Apparently Maria doesn’t get the concept of being nice. I hope her boss and corporate see’s this so she can be disciplined accordingly.

It’s a Jack-​in-​the-​Box like any other. Good shakes, interesting choices in burgers, jalapeño poppers to go, and tacos that should be gross but are strangely addictive. Their regular fries are not that good, and I personally think their curly fries are over-​seasoned. Most people love the curly fries.
This place has a strangely busy drive through sometimes.

If u heard the rumors but have not tried it yourself, I say with confidence. You absolutely must give it a try. Regular tacos dipped in Buttermilk Ranch AND… And BBQ Sauce simultaneously. I must say, it is a revelation.

Great food, bad service. I did not receive my correct order, unfortunately I didn’t realize till I got home.
Did not get a receipt with my order.
Make sure to check your bag for the correct order before leaving the restaurant, also DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT A RECEPT. I paid with card, I have not record of what was charged to my account.

The one star is just a courtesy for the cleanliness of the place. But as far as friendliness goes, it gets a big Zero. On 3−15−15 @ 7:22pm as soon as I got to the counter, didn’t even get a greeting. I had to let the employee know that I was ready to order. She very rudely put my change on the counter instead of handing it to me. When she brought my shake, she kind of slammed it down on the counter that the cherry and some whip cream fell off. Her and another employee laughed about it, thinking it was funny with no need to apologize. The name on the receipt says Andrea, but the name tag she was wearing said Maria «team leader». I must say, if this is your team leader I would hate to be served by your regular employees. I would like to remind the owner of this establishment that Maria is not only representing you, but the entire Jack in the Box franchise. The message she is giving to the community is that she really doesn’t care about our business. If you would like to verify my bad experience that occur at your establishment, all you need to do is to look at your surveillance video for the date & time that I mentioned.

I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandich and i got a few eggshells in it!!! Aside from the rude cashier i didnt expectto have an EGGSHELL in my sandwich. this isnt the first time they have given me less than acceptable food

Ok just went for a late night food run n did t want to get out of the car. Guess what… drive thru seems to be under construction so don’t go there if u are expecting a drive thru…

2 Tacos, 1 large drink, hot sauce in the bag as requested, all via drive-​thru, and it was quick at 3:30 a.m. I’ll give it 5 stars.

It’s really a hit & miss when it comes to Jack in the Box. Been here more then a few times to see that the staff is friendly and fast on their drive thru, when I was younger always enjoyed sitting inside. But as I am older I just need my burger, tacos or oreo cookie shake and head home.
Like I said, hit & miss when it comes to their tacos. The can be made well or they seem they were old & squashed against a wall.
Won’t stop coming since it’s near home if I’m in the area but I’m glad they are there 24 hours for a late night fix.

Why did I go here? It’s like they’ve taken the taste out of their food because they’re afraid of what you’d say if you knew what it actually tasted like.

I would have to say this jack in the box has gone down hill from the first time I’ve been here since 1997.
All the coworkers are talking about meeting up with each other later or talking about what happened in their social lives while they have customers.
When I ordered they charged me extra for a drink and a burger and did bot even give us our drinks until we had to ask. The women gave me an attitude for asking for a refund and lying to my face saying I asked for it, when I honestly did not. I work in a fast food restaurant and to see this service makes me very disappointed with their choice in staff.

I love fast food. It is my passion. Jack in the Box tastes like donkey. The meat is dry. Always. Go to In N Out, Chick Fil A, McDonald’s, Burger King, Carls, anything over JITB…

Craving for sweets? Try the churros, it’s inexpensive and it will satisfy you. Drive thru is open till 2am

When you order at the drive thru, it clearly tells you what you ordered, as well as the receipt.
SO HOW THE F@CK DOES THE STAFF ALWAYS MESS UP THE ORDER AND GIVE YOU THE WRONG SH@T???
Idiots work late-​night there!!!

Its as classic as it gets for a J in the B. The drive through is fast and the people are friendly. I live right down the street from this place but have only gone there once. Expect solid service and fast food quality. Parking is available but I would imagine swamped during lunch.

Coupon deals really do entice you to come into their store. Without em, I would second guess on coming to a fast food joint. But with the coupons for BUY ONE, GET ONE FREE deals, its hard to pass up.
Just stopped by this Jack to get a Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich. I’ll admit this sandwich is better then the CHIC FIL A spicy chicken sandwich, but not as spicy.
If your really really really craving something cheap and quick. Then go to Jack with a coupon. You’ll save $$$.

Their employees were kind of rude to my dad because they won’t give him water for his medicine. What’s up with that!

Big chain fast food spots have never been for me. When I was a vegetarian, they offer so little options and when I recently decided to start eating strictly chicken breast and vegetables w/​no carbs at all!!! It became even more difficult.
Blame, the rating if you want on my diet, but I dont judge those who eat there, cuz if you like the place then by all means dont stop eating there because of some rating

Late night drive-​thru. YES.
2 junior bacon cheeseburgers… No, make that 5. And, uh, 6 tacos, and… um… a breakfast croissant and bacon cheddar potato wedges, and … umm… hash browns!
Definitely worthwhile. Because you’ll get HELLA food for less than $ 10. They can be skimpy at times with the sauces, but I’ve noticed that all fast food places are being really hesitant with the sauce packets. I mean, c’mon, we need our buttermilk sauce! Nevertheless, on the deal or no deal scale, J in the B gets a definite DEAL.
