What a bunch of whiner reviewers! One #$%@ reviewer said the«staff is not very welcoming!» Oh, shut up. It’s a Subway! You make five thousand sandwiches for whiny people like yourself every day, while yelling«welcome to Subway» every time the door opens, and you’ll tell me how welcoming you’d be. It’s a Subway, it’s a minimum wage job. The quality of the food is controlled(which is the whole point of the franchise). So, it’s a little small. The sandwiches are fine, and it’s like every Subway. You want higher quality of service, a sincere welcome, you go to some Cordon Bleu restaurant you whiny babies, and TIP! Whiny, entitled people need to get a life.

The food at this Subway is mostly not unlike food at any other Subway. But the stingy attitude is rather notorious at this place. If you order the tuna sandwich, for example, they will scrap the edge of the scoop so hard so as to give you as little tune as possible.

Worst Subway ever!!! The staff was not very welcoming. They seem pissed at the world. The subway guy Hugo was the one making my sandwich. I asked for turkey breast and black ham he made me a half turkey breast and half black ham. He said that’s how it’s made. The fuckin bread he gave me is like rock hard. This is the worst subway ever! This store needs to get there shit together.

This subway is pretty clean looking when you come in! But the con about this place is the staff here! I have never had a problem with any subway when I request extra olives till today! I told Elias(sandwich maker) if he could add extra olives since he had only added like 6 of them and he told me he couldn’t because they had to fallow a portion well I asked him if he could charge me for them I wouldn’t of mind paying extra he denied me my question with our letting me finish! Well as in paying with the cashier I asked her for mng name he starts telling that mng won’t do anything about it girl chashing me was whatever somewhat rude as well and told him to just continue working! Won’t be back beware the rude staff

Best subway location I have ever been. Workers like the one that attended me yesterday her name was Melanie make me always want to come back to this place I been to a lot of different subways but since I came to this one like 5 years ago this is the only subway I get my sandwiches from now I live like 20miles away but every time I feel like eating a subway I come to this one I enjoy the service, the place is really clean and workers are really friendly For example yesterday I was eating here and young lady named Melanie help me with my sub as soon as I came in she said«welcome to subway» as usual then she asked me how I was doing, how my day was, I thing that was really nice of her, plus the sandwich she served me was really good, I was able to taste every ingredient on every single bite. If I was the manager of this place I will give Melanie a raise because the effort she puts at her position.

Lunch time! This location from 12pm to 2p is busy, but they move fast so you wont spend too much time. Parking is a pain though so heads up. Employees here are very nice and chill favorite: Tuna w/mustard on Honey Oat 2nd: Chicken Breast, Honey Oat with veggies

The bread used in my sandwich was old and hard. I paid $ 4.50 for a 6-inch when I could have had a foot long for $ 5. That was my bad for not checking prices but I would have loved for someone to mention it. But truth, the bread was gross and my sandwich wasn’t very good. $ 4.50 for a tiny, no good sandwich. Won’t go back.

The service here sucks. There’s a fat guy who wears a visor backward and is a jerk. No sandwich skills and very rude. Just about every other subway i’ve been to is way better with the exception of the Pacoima store on Foothill.

Nasty place, the girl behind the counter has no customer service what so ever. She was rude and impatient. Their food is not that cheap either. I WILLNEVERGOBACKTOTHATPLACE.

I’d say that Subway’s in general have gone downhill across the board. This one is no different. Went in a couple of weeks ago. Stale bread, like literally stale. The guy who looked like he was supposed to be in charge was busy chatting away on his cellphone while the dining room had tables with garbage on them and garbage on the floor from the moment I walked in to the when I finished my sandwich when I left. Dude chatting away on his phone the entire time.

Sorry to rip this place, and nearly all of my reviews are positive, but there’s one guy that is the rudest person to ever walk the planet. When I gently corrected him on my order he actually leaned across to get close to me and said slowly, «No, that’s not what you ordered.» I was in shock. Yes, it was what I ordered, 100% certain of it. And here’s this guy saying«No, that’s not what you ordered.» There’s a nice lady, probably the manager, and I could see she was squirming, but she didn’t speak up. I give this place an F. If the guy goes away, it’s a solid B.

Decent location… pretty small line area which makes for uncomfortably close orders… haha. But in general I would come back here no problem.

Disgusting. Don’t get me wrong, I love subs. But one time it was packed, I ordered a sandwich. The guy making my sub was also making 2 other people’s orders at the same time. There was a lady in front of me. The guy said«Is that all for you?». She said«That’s not what I ordered.» He took the sub he was holding & brought it to the back, to throw it away I assume. She got her sub, paid, & left. It was my turn. He was looking for my sub he had just made, but it wasn’t in front of him. We both realize had thrown away my order. He goes to the back, retrieves my sandwich, reassembles it in front of me because it fell apart, & tried to give it to me. I was disgusted. They threw away a sub, retrieved it, & reassembled it… NO.

Five stars, since its the only subway in the neighborhood. My go to place for $ 5 sandwiches(when I’m trying to cut costs). Service, not bad. It’s always the cold cut sandwich or marinara for me. Free refills on drinks. No restroom. Gets busy at around lunch, of course, and around 3, since the kids get out of the nearby elementaries and hs. Not a lot of seats inside, but no big deal, I always get it to go anyway

So the subs are good. Tastes like every other subway… But the workers are so immature. I guess Subways been hiring a bunch of 16 year old boys. Whenever I go there and see them behind the counter, I just walk back out cuz they are always laughing and playing around back there. They’ll be whispering to eachother and bumping against eachother. So I just wait for adults to be back there so I’m not wasting my time waiting for them to stop talking to eachother so I can continue ordering.

Nothing spectacular just a sandwich! Parking is horrible, food is average. Customer service is ordinary. Will I go back? Maybe or not…

I’v been here once, don’t plan on going back. Don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing wrong with the food. It’s Subway, all franchises follow the same guidelines. It’s the staff. They’re loud, obnoxious and don’t remember your order. The restaurant is small and cramped, inside a large shopping center so it’s a very busy area. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra two minutes down Eagle Rock to a new location at Eagle Rock Blvd. & Ave. 40/Verdugo Rd… MUCH larger restaurant and far nicer staff.

Veggie Delight, Veggie Delight, Oh Veggie Delight. This Subway definitely hooks it up. Every time I get foot longs here, they always make sure to pack that shit. So I can’t help but give this place 4 stars
