I called to order a pizza and they put me on hold for more than 10 minutes. I was getting irritated so I asked my sister to call. They answered and took her order right away. I thought it was pretty funny, but annoying at the same time. They might have forgot that I was on hold which is understandable. So if this happens to you, use another phone to call and see what happens.

Where do I even begin? I ordered pizza here about a month ago and it was delivered cold so I called them and told them. I couldn’t wait for a new one to be delivered so I said that I would take it the next time I order. So I called back today and placed my order and asked for my complimentary pizza… The lady on the phone told me that I have no complimentary pizza on file so I explained to her the situation and told her that the guy I spoke to previously told me to call in and tell them what happened and that everything would be taken care off. Anyways she was unhelpful so I ordered the pizza and paid for it. When it came… Guess what??? It was cold and stale. I called them again and the lady said she will make another one and deliver it. The pizza came but this time it was raw!!! The dough was not cooked at all… Save your self the horrible service, and bad food and go somewhere else. Horrible horrible horrible!!!

The lady that picked up the phone call. she is SORUDE and unprofessional. I asked for delivery, she said they dont deliver to my address, which is okay. I then told her then I will go pick it up. she then put me on hold… then she asked me «do you know our address?» I said«Of course, i called you, didnt i? I live only 10 minutes away» she said: «what is our address?» i said:” 1759 Colorado Blvd“ She said: «if you dont know our address, you mess up the whole order» … wow, i am so speechless.

I will NEVER order pizza from this establishment again. EMMA was the most unprofessional person I have possibly ever encountered in food service. I ordered pizza for my daughter’s baseball team and forgot paper plates and napkins. My husband, remembered that he has been offered paper plates at other locations. Long story short, EMMA, rudely stated, «We don’t give NO plates, forks, knives spoons nothing». I let the poor grammar slide and asked her, «can you bring napkins please?» EMMA then mumbled something that I couldn’t understand. So I politely asked her to repeat herself as I couldn’t understand her due to her heavy accent. Then she spits, «YESWEGOINGTOBRINGNAPKINS!!!» Wow. I asked her name and then she hung up on me. Who even knows if «EMMA» is her real name. NEVERAGAIN. I’m going to Mamas and Papas

The lady who is in charge of this store should really go through some customer service skills. Her tone is rude and demeaning. She doesn’t even know how to nicely talk to customers. She treats customers like you’re nobody. This is my second time but this will be my last time to come to this store. For the management — the price of the order often comes to more than $ 20. It is absurd not to accept more than $ 20 bill.

If you’re a college student, you can get delivery right to your dorm. You can select your college name and your dorm name. It’s fast and easy and cheap. It’s dominos, so the quality is of course only okay, but it’s good FOR a Domino’s and it’s SUPER convenient when you’re drunk on a friday night or too lazy to go out. I recommend it.

Pizza is good but one issue that should concern management is the poor customer service skills that one of its employees has. Unfortunately, it’s not a one time experience. Everytime we walk in to place an order we feel unwelcome whenever this person is working that day. There’s no greeting or how can I help you, instead your received with a very stern facial expression. Not even a thank you upon your purchase. Please retrain your employee on that important matter, her name is Eva. Thank you.

This place has never failed us!!! After a long day at work and not in the mood to cook on a Friday, there no better thing that to call your order in to this place and in about 30 minutes you grubbing on a pie!!! I loove the Brooklyn style pizza as well as the regular hand tossed!!!

Worst customer service ever… I called at 12:46am to order piZZA. A mexican associate answered and asked me if he can put me on hold. … 13min later over the phone still waiting.. I called back and no body picked up. seriously 10÷4÷2014 if your were on this shift late night. You shouldn’t work there at all

Usually I don’t have any issues here. I order, I pick up, I eat. Today I ordered through the phone app and selected the pay at the store option. When I arrived I handed over my card and apparently the machine froze. The female associate helping me rebooted the machine and tried again. I only had a few dollars cash and I had groceries in the car. I told her I’d have to leave without my pizza. She told me she would call her supervisor. They told her to try running her own card. Eventually her card worked. So I handed over my card again. Nothing. She told me it must be my card. I told her I had just used it for groceries. I gave her another card. Nothing. She called her supervisor again. She told me she would have to call the corporate office, etc to get it working. Basically, sorry but no pizza for you. My total was $ 8. After 20 minutes she told me she would just take my $ 6, but I should really try to have cash next time. WHAT?!? Then I got to go home and eat cold pizza. I won’t be back anytime soon. I knew I should have just ordered BMPP!

Ordered a pizza with 2 toppings and some wings. Got the order wrong on both. The female associate on the phone argued over the phone with me that they have spicy wings not classic hot wings. she obviously doesn’t know the menu. Took 40 min for the first order to get here. Now wait another 30 min for the correct order and all we for extra was a 2 liter soda??? Wtf! Customer Service people people its not that hard!

I’m writing not for the food, which we know is excellently prepared at this location, but for the service. The crew is the nicest people you could ever talk to. One time they put the wrong topping on my pizza and the person comes out to apologize to me personally admitting it was his mistake. I don’t look Sicilian, even far from Italian, so I don’t know why he had to apologize like I was gonna put his feet in cement and push him off the Pasadena bridge! But man, every time I go to this place, doesn’t matter what time — day or night, busy or light, the people are just extremely professional and courteous.

Ok, I have been getting pizza from this place and it is always good, until today. Well, maybe I exaggerate, you tell me. I recently found out you can get a white garlic sauce instead of a tomato based sauce. Awesome, garlic is so good. Anyway, the guy taking my order for delivery sounded new and I had to repeat the order and all my info about 4 times. No big deal. Anyway, then the pizza came and the toppings were wrong. Hmmm, I called back, as the delivery guy had already left, and they swiftly brought the correct pizza with toppings. They were good to cover their errors, which is always a good sign of a great business, and they did not give us any trouble. I will continue buying from this store as it has been good to me. This last interaction was not as smooth but overall Good stuff.

I like this Dominos. Mainly because it’s conveniently close… but they also have consistently made me GREAT pizza! They only completely ‘effed’ up my food once. An asian guy employee made the pizza dry and without the new crust seasoning and with random pineapple pieces mixed in…(mind you it was supposed to be pepperoni and mushroom… so the random pineapple was quite the gross surprise). Even after this gross mess up… I continued to go there(like I said ‘conveniently close’). I would have given them 5 stars… But that one employee messed it up for me. :/ I forgive you though, Random Employee. Just dont ever get near my pizza :)
